Friendly host. Food was prepared on time and it was delicious. Surroundings are serene. Swimming pool was clean. It is a must visit place.

This without a shadow of a doubt, was our best experience at an Airbnb! The home is set by the river side and both balconys have a view of the river. The entire property was beautiful, however the open kitchen area was our favourite spot, so much so that we cancelled all our plans to go out to eat at local restaurants. We just stayed there and ordered in. The host prasanna maam was lovely to talk to. Always available, proactive and extremely helpful in finding us transport when we couldn't find our own. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to kerala.

When you enter it you immediately feel the island vibe. Doc and his 4 dog buddies are the reason that makes the place even more magical. He's willing to tell you everything about the island and the Indian traditions like Theyyam and Kalaripayattu. Also willing to answer all your questions, especially the ones about coconuts; he's the coconut master. And he gave us an inside look into the real Kerala. We stayed in the Matsya house; it was cozy, comfy and clean. The house looks exactly like the pictures on air bnb. You can really see his artistic influence in the house. Besides all of this; the served food prepared by a chef is so finger-licking delicious, 3 times a day you feel like you're in heaven. We'll definitely come back for some liming, nalla. Their hospitality was exceptional, and the highlight was undoubtedly the delicious home-cooked meals they prepared with love. The hosts, both talented artists, have beautifully infused their creative essence into the house, making it a true reflection of their personalities. Situated next to serene backwaters, the property offers breathtaking views of the sunrise in the morning—a perfect start to the day. Adding to the charm is a swimming pool on the premises, surrounded by lush greenery, coconut trees, vibrant plants, and a picturesque fountain. If you're looking for a serene escape surrounded by nature's beauty, look no further! This cabin in the middle of a coffee plantation is an absolute gem. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the neatness and coziness of the cabin. The cool, misty weather was simply enchanting, creating a dreamy atmosphere. Exploring the plantation was an incredible experience, with the aroma of coffee beans filling the air. And the food? Oh my goodness, the food was absolutely divine! Every dish was bursting with flavor and clearly made with love. This was truly a fantastic getaway, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and exploration. I can't wait to return!

Amazing host, beautiful & well maintained property, great play to stay with family!! Pros: 1. 5bhk villa, can easily accommodate a large family 2. Fully furnished kitchen for cooking 3. Large dining table, the entire family can dine together 4. Large courtyard, ample parking space 5. Badminton court was lot of fun 6. Two living rooms and balcony, good place for bonding and spending time with family/ friends 7. Kids loved the bathtub We would love to come back, highly recommend the property to fellow travelers !!

we really had a great time staying here.The fully furnished apartment is awesome in terms of its layout/amenities and ofcourse the wide sea view from the 7th floor. Its well ventilated with attached bathroom with all the 3 double beded rooms, well enough to acomodate a group of 6 people. The host is really humble and made sure to help us in all aspects.Its really worth staying here if someone is planning for a nice vacation in Kannaur.Thanks

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Villa Avni. The villa was clean, tastefully designed and furnished, and had all amenities we needed. The kitchen had refrigerator, stove top, and was stocked with pots and pans that allowed us to make light meals and tea/coffee as needed. Our host, Naren, was very hospitable and tended to any requests we had immediately. He offered to show us around, though we could not take up the offer. The highlight though was proximity to the beach - we could easily walk up to it in mornings, evenings and even after dinner. It was beautiful and the section of the beach was mostly empty except for a few locals.
