Naturhaus Altmühltal

Our nature house consists entirely of natural building materials and uses the synergy effects of radiant heat and solar energy. The untreated wood is constructed according to the system of Bio-Solar-Haus, whereby no paint or other preservatives were processed. The solid wood floors throughout the house are oiled. In addition to natural wood such as stone pine and oak, other natural materials such as natural stone from the region (Jura marble) have been processed. The construction of the Bio-Solar house allows a natural air circulation and thus dispenses with the disadvantages of ventilation systems. There are no convection formed due to a built-ceiling and wall radiant heating.Through the house-in-house system (without vapor barrier), the water vapor can diffuse freely to the outside, causing no condensation and mold. Given the low heating energy demand in the house and the use of solar radiation, no fossil fuels are needed. Solar energy is the main energy source, only in winter can be heated if necessary with the wood stove. Service we are happy to bring you fresh, crispy and wholesome bread rolls from a BIO-bakery from our region.

The Walting vacation home is wonderfully located in the countryside - in a village, about 8 km from Lake Brombach, in the Franconian Lake District. The house has 180 square meters of living space and extends over two floors. On the first floor you can cook and eat. On the upper floor are the bedrooms and bathrooms. The vacation home is tastefully furnished with many nice details, such as lamps, dishes or bed linen. The house is ideal for a family with an attachment or two friendly families - up to 8 people.

Nimm dir eine naturnahe und minimalistische Auszeit im Tiny Anlautertal. Im idyllischen Anlautertal, einem Nebental des bekannten Altmühltals, kannst du die Ruhe im Tiny House und außerhalb genießen. Beim Betreten begrüßt dich ein angenehmer Duft nach Holz. Du schläfst in einer Koje mit zwei Fenstern, hast eine Essecke für zwei Personen, ein Bad mit Dusche und WC und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Vor der Haustür kannst du auf der kleinen Terrasse vielleicht den Eisvogel hören und entdecken.

Die Wohnung ist direkt an der B2 gelegen und ca. 40 Min. von Ingolstadt und Nürnberg entfernt. Donauwörth ist in 20 Min. Fahrtzeit erreichbar. Optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Familien. Legoland, Playmobilland und Dinopark je 1 Stunde Fahrtzeit entfernt. Die Wohnung liegt an einem Bootsanlegesteg und Fahrrad-, und Wanderweg (Altmühlpanoramaweg). Besonders beliebt ist bei den Urlaubern das Fossilien sammeln in den Hobbysteinbrüchen. Entspannung findet sich in der Altmühltherme in Treuchtlingen.

My apartment is located in the upper old town of the Renaissance city of Neuburg on the Danube and thus in the best residential area of the city. The Upper Old Town is like a beautiful Renaissance village on a hill above the Lower Old Town. The apartment is located in the completely renovated Bortenmacherhaus (17th century) with original beams, wooden floor with underfloor heating, a great bathroom with shower, tub and glass ceiling, a gallery, a small balcony and historic vending machines.

The Franconian metropolis of Nuremberg can also be reached by car in about 45 minutes. We are an animal-loving family and shared our home with four-legged friends. We therefore ask for your understanding if a dog hair should get lost despite careful cleaning.

The apartment is on the upper floor (elevator available) of our vacation home. The courtyard can be used for barbecuing, sitting together and relaxing. We are located in the Altmühltal Nature Park. Bieswang is a small district of Pappenheim, so you are in a quiet, rural area. Shopping is available in Bieswang directly (butcher, vegetables, egg shop), as well as in the surrounding villages and towns such as Pappenheim, Treuchtlingen & Eichstätt.

Welcome to Fürstentor Greding. Stay in a historic city tower in the middle of the old town and just steps from the market square. The Fürstentor is not a standard apartment, but a place with history and character – for guests who consciously appreciate extraordinary places. Perfect as a special overnight stay near the A9 and at the same time an ideal starting point for cycling and hiking tours in the Altmühl Valley.

The quiet cottage is on the edge of the woods near a residential estate. There are many leisure opportunities because the cottage is located between the "Altmühltal" and the "Fränkischen Seenland" so you can do many different trips. Because of the quiet and peaceful location of our cottage we decided not to install WiFi so our guest can take time out.

Our romantic gallery apartment is part of our farm, which is in an idyllic secluded location (with a neighboring farm next door) only 1.3 km from the north shore of Lake Großer Brombach (Allmannsdorf). The apartment has a cozy garden with a walnut tree, gazebo and barbecue.
