Monthly Rentals in Rainey Street Historic District, Austin

This was my second time staying in this building, but my first in this specific apartment — and it was an all-around fantastic experience. The building is in a prime location, offers excellent facilities, and has an incredibly attentive staff. The apartment itself is quite spacious, very comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a longer stay. Communication with the host really stood out: they were courteous, quick to respond, and always ready to help with anything I needed. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again.

This was our second stay at Michelle’s. We absolutely loved it! Such an ideal and idyllic place! So private yet so close to every thing. Michelle is a fabulous host!

This place was great! Great location, easy access to all the Austin spots. The roof top pool was great! I would suggest bringing a large pool towel or Turkish blanket as the chairs up there are a little dirty, which has nothing to do with the host. Outside that I would book this location again.

Excellent accommodations for a single traveler or couple. Right off I35 near downtown Austin and a short walk to Rainey St and a 15 minute walk to the heart of downtown. Easy access and check-in. The condo was clean and in a safe location. There is a small grocery store just around the block. The rooftop pool is an excellent bonus giving fantastic views of downtown Austin and South Congress St. Plenty of Ubers if you don't want to drive, but if your activities are in and around downtown, you can walk everywhere. Hiking trails around Lady Bird Lake are 5 minutes away. Nightlife on Rainey St. is lively and fun with excellent cocktail bars and interesting food choices. Austin is a great city to visit and this condo is perfectly situated, especially for the price. Outstanding value. Would definitely stay here again.
