Lake Travis views/Austin/ 2B1B waterfront property

The property was great. Location was perfect. We would definitely come back. Had some bad weather and didnt get to BBQ outside, but feel that would have also been enjoyable in the courtyard area. Great mini vacation spot.

31F Luxury Rainey St Penthouse w rooftop pool

BobRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Fantastic in every way. The condo was great. The fact that it had a coffee shop at the bottom of the building was a huge bonus each morning. :) We also made many stops at Royal Blue Grocery for snacks and drinks. It's right around the corner from the building. The proximity to the river trail made a huge difference for us. We used the trail every day we were there. We walked a couple times and we rode bikes. We even rented retro boats and cruised up and down the river. We had such an epic time. The condo was the perfect home base for our adventure.
A bright living area is arranged with a mix of seating options, including a plush rattan chair and a leather sofa. A round glass coffee table sits at the center, surrounded by decorative plants. Natural light filters through large windows adorned with blinds.

Largest 3bed/3bath Lake Travis Villa at Hollows!

TanyaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
My 2 teen daughters & I spent 2 months (mid Jan- mid Mar) at Paula's place. Lovely views from within most of the condo, comfy furniture & beds, large master bath, very functional kitchen w/ pretty much whatever we needed. Loads of dishes, silverware, pots & pans. Awesome Ninja blender that we used daily. Paula was very kind & responsive. Very easy to work with. Deck was nice w/ plenty of its own furniture & morning/early afternoon sun. The gym was small but mostly well outfitted. Rarely too crowed. It was a windy road to & from the condo & I kept wishing I had a sports car every time I drove it, haha. I'm not a city gal, so I intentionally chose a place out of the city that was quiet. But when we wanted to, the city was easy enough to access w/in 40 min w/o paying tolls. We saw a few concerts, visited the main Austin sites, & caught the vibes during SXSW. It was a good location to visit surrounding small towns and do some nature walking/hiking, as well. I definitely recommend it!

Relaxing Oasis

We’re so glad we discovered this place at last minute just outside the hustle and bustle of downtown Austin. The house is absolutely amazing—technically still in Austin, but it feels like a peaceful retreat. Its spacious enough to accommodate large groups, and the backyard is incredible, offering a variety of outdoor activities and heating option for pool. There was plenty to do indoors as well, with TV’s also everywhere. Cooking was a breeze in the kitchen fully stocked with cooking utensils. When we didn’t feel like cooking, there were many great restaurants and grocery stores nearby, and delivery was fast and easy. Uber rides were also just minutes away. The host was very responsive and helpful, especially with our last-minute booking. We really appreciated the assistance in getting settled so quickly. Thank you, RAYS, for an unforgettable stay! We’re sure coming again !!
A serene outdoor space is highlighted by a large, ancient oak tree providing shade over a thoughtfully landscaped garden. The area features a gravel path, modern stone fountain, and surrounding greenery, leading to large glass doors that open to the living spaces of the home.

Nichole's place is very comfortable and cozy. We loved the bathtub and all the windows. The kitchenette is brand new and set up well. Cold AC / Heater. It was raining when we were in town and we needed the heat in the morning. Nichole was very easy to communicate with and responsive to email and texts. We had a lovely stay.

Relaxing Moments Getaway at Lake Travis Island TX

LindsayRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Love the location of this condo complex overall. It’s clearly written in the description that this particular unit does not have a lake view, so no complaints — I just should have read it better. We were booking last minute and I missed that part. The condo was super comfy, had cute Easter decor that my son enjoyed, and came with everything we needed. The hosts were responsive and detailed. We were able to enjoy the pool and views from the pool deck the morning before checkout. Will recommend for friends or family visiting the area.
