Vacation rentals with a pool in Rainey Street Historic District, Austin

Enjoyed my stay! Great place, and grateful for the host. I always end up booking Airbnbs on short notice or same day. The host accepted my reservation and had everything ready for me. The space was cute, had everything I needed, and was just enough for me. The instructions were clear to find the place , but I came at night so it was hard to see. Lastly, I booked because I thought I could use the garage as well, but after booking found out I had to do street parking around the corner. That was the only downside for me, when I was getting food and things like that at night. Lastly, I’m big on appliances and the host definitely did beautiful work with this space, down to the nice Bosch appliances in the kitchen. Loved it! Great space❣️🥰

Stayed for a business trip. After a long days work the team enjoyed being able to cook, watch tv, play some games, and enjoy their own private space. Lisa is so kind and helpful she made our stay even better. Will stay again if back in the area.

We've stayed at 10 different airbnb's this year and this place was by far the best! From the spacious secluded backyard to the extra amenities throughout the home. We loved spending the holidays here. Their family decorated the place for Christmas to make it feel like a loving home. We come to Austin several times each year and look forward to coming back!

I’ve stayed at a lot of airbnbs in Austin for family trips and this one is the best ever! Zilker neighborhood is beautiful, safe and close to everything. The backyard pool and hot tub were divine- we even had an impromptu family ping pong tournament! everyone slept great on the comfortable beds. Can’t say enough good things! Will definitely stay again on our next visit.

Our stay at this property was perfect for a bachelorette party of 19! Plenty of space to spread out and allow everyone to have a bed and bath, pool and lounge area to enjoy, two kitchen and living areas big enough to hold 19 people, and great location to bars and restaurants with easy access to main interstates and highways!! Would definitely recommend!!

Hello Serita, Dustyn. Chelsi, and Jami, it has been a pleasure staying at Charm House! Gina and I have had a relaxing comfortable time inside and outside the house. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, with the pool an added bonus to it all. The house is turn-key, which is exactly what we needed. Nil’s place was great! The condo was perfectly sized - spacious but cozy. And clean! The pool was also so nice to relax at and watch the sunset behind the skyline. The coffee, cocktails, and convenience shop that was attached to the lobby was a great amenity. The only downside about our stay was just the building itself. The elevators were very faulty with the key card function and we usually had to wait awhile to get on an elevator once called. Other than that, we would definitely recommend this place. Nil was also very responsive and helpful, especially with getting an early check-in!

Shruti’s apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay in Austin. The apartment itself is spacious and very modern, with a great view. The facilities in the apartment block were also great to have and use. Only a 2 minute walk from Rainey street so it was very easy to get around. Highly recommend

Excellent experience at the Hollows on Lake Travis. John was an incredibly responsive host and the condo and nearby amenities were just as advertised. We wish we could stay longer. We highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a peaceful stay nearby to Austin. Thank you for your hospitality.

Great place to stay! Bars/food trucks were within walking distance!

Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. The condo was beautiful, spacious and the amenities were great! Having a doorman to facilitate the checkin made the whole process feel just like a hotel. Really excellent BnB. No complaints.

Himesh was very responsive and communicative throughout our stay. The place is great, clean and quiet with lots of restaurants nearby and easy walkability to downtown Austin/Congress Ave as well as Lady Bird Lake trail. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend this location to any friends travelling to Austin in the future!

Had a great 3 night stay. Luis was helpful, friendly, responded quickly to any questions, and provided a great space for our stay in Austin. Also really enjoyed that we were less than 10 minutes to anything we had planned and unplanned for our trip. Heb and south congress strip few blocks away, short drive to bat bridge, zilker park, downtown, all things we enjoyed during our stay! Would stay again!

First off Jason was super communicative. The instructions for this location are superb. The layout and amenities were perfect for our four person group with one set of bunk beds, a pull out sofa, and a master bed. It has a full kitchen as well. The location is incredible and definitely worth every penny. There is a bar downstairs with friendly bar tenders and this location is such a melting pot it was fun to start up random conversations with interesting people. It took less than 5 mins walk to be at Rainey St. It felt like everything else was about a 7 min uber ride. Thanks Jason for the detailed instructions and quick response times. Your place helped us make many amazing memories. Can’t wait to come visit again!

Shanna’s large covered patio, deep pool, and perfectly equipped house was so relaxing! Also relaxing was listening to the frogs and other creek animals at night (from the safety of our porch, haha) and watching the birds and squirrels during the day!

We had an amazing stay! The house is set in a beautiful location, and the pool was definitely the highlight of our trip. Mike was extremely communicative and helpful throughout our stay. We also loved exploring the area—there were so many great attractions nearby. Would absolutely recommend!

We stayed for one month and had all we needed. Location was great, and walkable from the city. Close to restaurants and parks which was great with the Alli was helpful and responsive, overall great host. Highly recommended

Two families for a “lets explore Austin” vacation. Had a great time at the house! Felt almost like 2 separate apts with the layout. Loved the pool and scenery looking out. Not much close by but we didn’t mind driving a bit to get places, and we wanted to do some cooking. Seeing goats was a highlight. Overall a fun place to stay.
