I really enjoyed the building and amenities ! IT was awesome .

This place was so clean and pretty. Cory makes sure you have soap, conditioner, shampoo, laundry detergent everything that you will need he even made sure that you have Q-tips to clean your ears and everything. This was the best Airbnb. I've been to in a while, and I definitely will be checking out some of his other places too.

Amazing stay! I would recommend and would definitely stay again. Beautiful location which is right next to ladybird lake and easy to walk to downtown. I personally loved the balcony as it has a great view and lots of wildlife to look at. It’s a great walking spot. It also has a pool area which we loved. I don’t have any negative things to say at all. The host was very responsive and gave clear instructions on where is best to park and even let us check in one hour early! Thankyou 😌

Ray’s place was a delight! He was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay. We originally booked another Airbnb that we had to relocate from last minute due to issues. Ray quickly had the property cleaned and turned around for us within a couple hours, even though he was not expecting to host that day. Whenever we had questions about codes or access to the pool/fitness areas, Ray messaged us back within minutes each time. The area was lovely and convenient. Plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. Even the urgent care was close. The pool was very serene and not busy at all. We loved sitting out there. We would love to stay again!

Keith’s place was perfect for my stay while in town for work. I had everything I needed to cook in the kitchen which is always a big plus for me. The couch and living room in general are soo comfy/cozy for watching movies or relaxing to read a good book. The bed is very comfy and on the more firm side. As mentioned before the upstairs neighbors are pretty heavy footed. I slept so well and noise was not an issue for me. There’s a sound machine that helped. I would absolutely stay here again. Everything was walkable (food, bars, shopping).

Shruti’s apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay in Austin. The apartment itself is spacious and very modern, with a great view. The facilities in the apartment block were also great to have and use. Only a 2 minute walk from Rainey street so it was very easy to get around. Highly recommend

Very nice condo with great views of the city and lake! Very clean and very comfortable, plenty of room to spread out. Absolutely no problems with condo. The only problems we had were street noise ( unfortunately I’m a light sleeper) and wait times for elevator. Check out on Sunday was a bit crazy, waited for elevator for about 25 minutes and then it stopped at every floor going down because so many people were checking out at the same time. Would I stay here again? Yes!

First off Jason was super communicative. The instructions for this location are superb. The layout and amenities were perfect for our four person group with one set of bunk beds, a pull out sofa, and a master bed. It has a full kitchen as well. The location is incredible and definitely worth every penny. There is a bar downstairs with friendly bar tenders and this location is such a melting pot it was fun to start up random conversations with interesting people. It took less than 5 mins walk to be at Rainey St. It felt like everything else was about a 7 min uber ride. Thanks Jason for the detailed instructions and quick response times. Your place helped us make many amazing memories. Can’t wait to come visit again!

We had a lovely week staying at this apartment. The apartment had all the facilities that we needed and it was far better than staying in a hotel. The Rainey street area had plenty of bars and restaurants and it was close to Lady Bird lake and some lovely walks. if we come back to Austin, this will definitely be our first choice stay.

Even with a checkin snafu — which the hosts worked hard to rectify — this was a wonderful, bright condo to stay during SxSW. Clean, modern, great views, good amenities. Would stay again.

we enjoyed our stay in Austin for our anniversary. place allowed us to chill as if we were home while we explored the food scene that was a quick walk our drive near by. comfy couch and bed. clean kitchen. near a bodega to pick up snacks and drinks to take back. Great view. thanks for the stay.

Cute little stay. The only negative thing I have to say is the elevators. There are 33 floors so it took at least 5 minutes every time we needed to go up or downstairs. When we needed to check out the process took 30 minutes. Everything else was really pretty and great.

Amazing spot. Walkable to a bunch of Austin and very easy to access any ride share options to other parts and the airport. Very, very quiet (although close to a middle school it wasn’t disruptive at all during any hour of the day). House itself is beautiful with plenty of space and backyard are. 10/10 experience.

We were a group of five ladies on a "Girls Trip". Everyone in the group loved the house. It was furnished beautifully and had all the amenities any group would want and enjoy. Our hosts' communication was quick and helpful. The home location is close enough to the airport and downtown for ease and the area surrounding it had all the amenities one would need. We all said that if we returned to Austin together or with our own family's we would want to stay at this place once again. Thank you to our hosts for a wonderful stay!

My family and I were very comfortable in Benjamin’s home. The home was clean and nicely decorated. It also had comfy furniture and a kitchen with everything we could possibly need. Communication was top notch! I would highly recommend this home and would definitely stay there again!

Our group, mixed with in-laws and our toddlers, had the best time here! It is a really lovely and comfortable space that, in many ways, felt like home away from home. The backyard is incredibly peaceful and relaxing, and was a highlight for our crew. The beds were all very comfortable and the living room large and cozy. We had all we needed and the location was ideal for being off the path of hustle and bustle but everything you need being quickly accessible. One note for consideration is that while the guest is cute and modern in many ways, the bath is a drop down tub and may be tricky for older guests to navigate if the primary shower is unavailable. Erin was a great hostess and very communicative! My oldest toddler was devastated to leave the “special house” and we were not quite ready either. We would happily return to this property!

Host was absolutely amazing! The door code initially didn’t work but were able to quickly get it resolved at our early check in time (host allowed one of our girls to go in 2 hours ahead!). We accidentally didn’t turn the hot tub off properly but thankfully the host was still on the property and was able to show us how to do it. I would highly recommend this bnb to anyone visiting Austin!! Great location, quiet, private pool/hot tub, everything you need in one place!
