A beautiful space with amazing views. My family of seven had more than enough room. We arrived at 2am and had no issues accessing the home. There was a 24/7 security Marco was wonderful and was always up waiting for us. The house is located in a quiet residential area. people were friendly and we were close to everything We used uber to go everywhere it was super inexpensive. The kitchen was well-equipped and l was able to cook meals for a large group. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive to all concerns l loved the peace and serenity this home provided during our stay in Brazil. Thanks to our hosts

Recentemente, tive uma estadia incrível em um Airbnb que superou todas as minhas expectativas. Localizado em uma área excelente, o lugar oferecia fácil acesso a diversas atrações e comodidades. O anfitrião, Igor, foi excepcional – sempre disponível e rápido nas respostas, o que fez toda a diferença na minha experiência. O ambiente era super confortável e acolhedor, perfeito para quem busca um tempo sozinho para relaxar e recarregar as energias. Com certeza, recomendo essa hospedagem a todos que desejam uma experiência tranquila e agradável.

Our experience at Sam Río’s art deco mansion was wonderful. Everything was great from check-in, cleanliness, communication, outstanding location, and even some playboy posters make for an authentic rio feel inside of the beautiful art deco mansion. The balcony has breath taking views of the sunrise and sunset. We had a group of 8 guys, who all had plenty of room for themselves. This mansion is located near the favela’s but we never once felt unsafe and even got to walk through and explore the favela area, just be smart. Located right between Ipanema and Copacabana, we felt like we were located in the middle of everything. Short walks to the great beaches, shops, and restaurants. Overall, if your looking to get the authentic rio and cultural feel I highly recommend staying with Goitaca in this beautiful art deco mansion.

Bruno is an exceptional host! His house managers Jardel and Dora are the most caring people! They truly made the difference in our stay. Oh, and the breakfast every morning was the cherry on top. Anytime we needed help, they were always willing to go the extra mile. My friend even accidentally left her phone in the van from the airport and Bruno was able to coordinate with the drivers to retrieve it for her. We were so grateful to have him! Our group of 6 had a fantastic time in Rio at this Air B&B. Highly recommend staying here!

Andre was a truly amazing host. He lives nearby and treated us more like friends than guests. We were even invited to his birthday party — an unforgettable and authentic dive into Brazilian culture. The home is located about 1.5 kilometers up a rocky dirt road, with a 300-meter elevation gain — which probably makes a huge difference during the hot season. The views of the granite mountains are stunning, and you really feel immersed in nature. Monkeys are frequent guests There are fantastic hiking trails nearby, including one that leads to a waterfall, and I especially recommend the trail to Chinesa Vista — one of the most breathtaking views of the city from above. It’s about a 30-minute walk each way and a great little workout

A casa é linda! Um casarão antigo mas com uma manutenção maravilhosa. Super espaçosa, acomodou muito bem aos meus familiares e eu. Era exatamente o que eu precisava e ainda super equipada. A Márcia foi muito gentil comigo, respondendo sempre rapidamente, esclareceu todas as minhas dúvidas. Recomendaria com certeza

Estádia excepcional, começando pela recepção, com check-in presencial, onde foi orientado e tirado todas as dúvidas e esclarecimentos, apresentou lugares locais e estava a pronta disposição para nos atender, o local é um aconchegante, continha tudo que havia na descrição, super recomendo e voltarei quando estiver na cidade. A segurança com porteiro 24h, único ponto a ser citado é algo que não depende somente da Anfitriã, o prédio é antigo, possui dois elevadores e um deu uma pane (porém foi resolvido em menos de 4 horas) e o segundo está interditado, mas, esse quesito depende mais da administração do prédio mesmo.

Fue la segunda vez que me alojé en el departamento y siempre es un placer. Impecable todo:la atención, la limpieza, los detalles. Es por lejos uno de los mejores lugares donde he estado. Eliane es una dulce. Siempre está atenta. Me recibió con una canasta de frutas. Lo que más necesitaba después de viajar en avión y comer harinas. Internet es rápido para quienes trabejen en casa. O apartamento é lindo, tem uma vista PERFEITA! Estava muito cheiroso, limpinho… roupas de cama e banho muito boas! O atendimento foi excelente, tive alguns contratempos pessoais e o Evandro foi extremamente compreensivo, uma pessoa super fácil de lidar, entrada e saída foram tranquilas, sem excesso de exigências! Indico 100% e quando precisar, é lá que eu vou ficar de novo!

Fomos muito bem recebidos. O apartamento é lindo, confortável e com ótimos equipamentos, deixando a cozinha muito útil, por exemplo. O anfitrião foi muito atencioso e respondia rapidamente às nossas solicitações. Numa próxima visita a Niterói certamente ficaremos no mesmo lugar, se possível. Amamos!

I really enjoyed my stay! The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and had a great location - it is literally across the street from the beach! Camille was extremely helpful and responsive during my stay, even sending my friend and I several recommendations for activities to do in Rio. The location of the apartment is great, with great local restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. It is also just a quick Uber ride away from big attractions like Sugarloaf Mountain and Christ the Redeemer. Overall, I had a great experience and would stay again if I came back to Rio.

O apartamento é incrível, novo, bonito, espaçoso e muito bem equipado. Dá até vontade de morar nele rs. A localização é incrível, perto da praia e com ótimos restaurantes ao redor. Gilmar é um anfitrião muito gentil, o porteiro também foi muito gentil em nos ajudar com as malas. Com certeza voltarei em outras oportunidades.

Sidney was very helpful to our one member of our group that had a later flight, which she really appreciated. Sidney supplied great information ahead of time which helped us with planning. It took us a couple of days to figure out where things were around the condo. It’s close to the beach and there was an evening open air market for souvenirs, local art, hats, tshirts etc. right along the road next to the beach. We really enjoyed our time there.

Excelente lugar! muy recomendado, es difícil encontrar en Copacabana lugares que cuenten con ese diseño y comodidad, es fácil de encontrar y de moverse en la ciudad, con restaurantes cerca y la playa al frente!
