Access is with a key, very practical. Marcela was in contact before, during and after the trip, with a very good attitude and super clear communication. I definitely recommend it.

It is located in the middle of the beach of Piratininga, height of the delirium kiosk, a space aimed at those who enjoy rock in roll, as in my case, our host, Bruno, was extremely kind and polite. Because it has a lot of green area, there is a lot of mosquito, but nothing that repellent does not solve.

We were 8 friends and the house accommodated us very well for what we needed, the condominium is quiet and safe. It is a few meters from the beach, which has kiosks and huts, however, there are not many restaurant options nearby, but less than 10 minutes away you can go to Olégario Maciel, which has complete options of restaurants and bars. Carol was helpful and promptly met all our needs and answered all our questions.

The area is full of bars and restaurants of all qualities, accessible by walking, although there are also excellent options further away. Everything is designed to comfortably enjoy the vibrant local life. Anna, the host, was attentive, although there was no need to contact her thanks to the quality of the place. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for a comfortable and well located stay in Rio de Janeiro.

Sergio's apartment is a real refuge! The room and living room are very spacious and the view is simply stunning - the Lagoon with the Corcovado and the Dois Irmãos in the background is a postcard setting. The apartment is beautiful and well decorated, and the building is elegant and well located. Although I noticed a little street noise due to busy traffic, it didn't stop me from enjoying the beauty of the place. I would definitely return to this apartment!

The apt is great, spacious and has useful equipment for a good stay. The location is spectacular, close to Rua Vinicius de Morais, good restaurants and Posto 9, on Ipanema beach.

Good place for those looking to be immersed in nature but relatively close to the center and the beach. The house has an interesting architecture, peaceful environment with beautiful kittens and many plants. Mr. Antônio is receptive and we are very comfortable. We had a quiet night.

The house is beautiful, cozy and comfortable. We loved the colonial style. The street is calm and quiet, easy access to the beach and supermarkets in the region. Antonio was very helpful and companionable, gave tips about the city, always called for an afternoon coffee and a game of dominoes at the end of the day. The house is immense, the garden is wonderful and there is a delicious swimming pool next to the hoses and banana trees for a nice swim. The house is rustic, but with all the amenities described.
