Beautiful little cottage on homestead just 12 minutes from Qualicum Beach. Come connect back with the land and walk the gardens on this quaint little farm. Self-contained guest suite in beautiful North Qualicum Beach. Our two acre property is private and surrounded by old growth trees. We are in a rural area on the outskirts of Qualicum, a short 10 minute drive to downtown and numerous beaches. A lovely forest walking trail is less than a block away, there is a convenience store 5 minutes away and little qualicum falls park is 5 minutes as well. Our goal is to provide a place where you can relax and get away from the everyday stresses of life.

Welcome to the Lazy J Ranch. We offer a self-contained walkout basement suite that sleeps four comfortably. The suite has a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a bathroom, and a fully fitted kitchen/living room with a sofa-bed. It has its own patio with table, chairs and barbecue, and a view out over the fields and the forest. Nestled on 13 acres, The Lazy J is home to our alpacas, horses, goats, chickens, dogs and cats. Walk down the trail to watch the animals, and relax beside the creek.

Bowser is a quiet village on the eastern side of Vancouver Island, right on the Salish Sea. Our space is quiet, bright and a 5 minute walk to the local beach. We are pet friendly, and as such, we have our own dog named Sam who is very friendly and quiet. Enjoy a time of rest and relaxation while discovering the many hidden gems that the area has to offer. There is a grocery store, coffee shop, salon and gift shop near by. We look forward to welcoming you to our little piece of paradise.

We are very close to the famous Parksville beaches and the highway to Tofino.

We are a few minutes walk to Sunny Beach Road, a favourite beach spot amongst locals. A cafe, pub, ice cream shop, and many nature trails are all just a short walk away. The cottage is equipped with a queen size bed. A fold out cot is available for a 3rd guest.
