Beachfront vacation rentals in Qualicum Beach

We enjoyed our 6-day stay at this cottage. It was quiet and peaceful, and very comfortable. It was also well-located for our explorations. The kitchen is well-equipped, including a good assortment of herbs and spices. We also appreciated having plenty of towels. The long-stay neighbours are friendly and helpful, including giving us information about the area. The binder in the cottage was also useful for this. A couple of tips for future guests: - the coffee maker is a Keurig, so bring pods if you want to use it - if you use the coat-hooks on the wall behind the cottage door, remember to check them before you leave - easy to not think of it in the flurry of packing up and leaving :-)

This was a comfortable, lovely space. It is right on the beach. It was easy to access and we let ourselves in and checked out. Clean, comfortable and a great vacation getaway.

Everything was great! Bob was a fantastic host and the suite was very well equipped.

My husband and I stayed here for a relaxing anniversary weekend with our dog and we had such a great time. The suite was clean, well laid out, and comfortable. Dean and Amanda were lovely hosts and we felt right at home. Not to mention the beautiful view from the patio. The easy access to the beach allowed us to walk down with our dog for a peaceful evening stroll. Overall, we had a fantastic time staying here and would definitely recommend it to our friends and family hoping to visit Gibsons. Thanks Amanda and Dean!

Had a wonderful stay, our pups had a great time, just walked across the street and we were on the beach. The road in front is a dead end with more people walking on it than cars! Wonderful view out the bank of windows - even saw a Black Bear early one morning walk down the driveway. Place was well stocked and exactly what a rustic cottage should be.

Hello, My friend and I stayed there 2 days. The place is so peaceful and has everything you might need. They, hosts, were really friendly and helpful for us. Whenever we ask something, they respond really quickly. We didn’t face any issues either home or hosts. Also, we would love to stay there in summer again, i am sure the place will be more beautiful. I highly recommend this place to anyone who looking for accommodation in this area.

Lovely peaceful place with stunning views!Loved watching the many eagles, we even saw dolphins, otters and a seal. You could hear the waves and the breeze in the trees. There was a bear down by the rocky beach 2 days but Margo and Pat would send us a notice when they saw it on their shed security camera at the shore. Margo and pat live above the suite and are quick to respond to any questions. It was very clean and we enjoyed the fire table late evenings. The yard is beautiful and they obviously take a lot of pride in their Airbnb for their guests. We would definitely stay here again! 🥰

Our stay at this Airbnb of Ronan and Alex was absolutely wonderful! The location was unbeatable – just a short walk to the beach, which made for some truly beautiful and relaxing moments. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The amenities were very good – everything we needed was provided, and the place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It really felt like a cozy and welcoming home base. The host was also great – communicative, helpful, and thoughtful throughout our stay. Also they went out of their way to help us and that speaks volumes of their commitment to help and make this feel like - HOME AWAY FROM HOME ! We had such a memorable experience and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway. We’d definitely love to return in the future!

This was a perfect place to stay while we were visiting Vancouver Island. The location made it easy to explore other areas of the Island as a day trip. The condo itself is situated right across from the pool and hot tub as well as the beach trail which we were able to enjoy while we were staying. Overall, the condo is equipped with everything you need to have a pleasant stay and the host was easy to contact and responded quickly. I would recommend this airbnb!

We had a really great time at this very comfortable townhouse! Derek was a very responsive host and was incredibly accommodating of us traveling with a baby. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was amazing!! Christina had snacks placed out for us which we loved, the heated floor in the bathroom was awesome, temperature in the room was great, we really enjoyed the hot tub on sight and the restaurant within walking distance. We went for a walk on the nicely maintained walking trail beside the ocean, and then sat by the propane fireplace and watched the sun set. Lots of available covered parking, wish we stayed longer to try out the pool and other amenities. We loved our stay and would give 6 stars if possible, would stay again

We had such a great stay, what a beautiful place! The surrounding area was very scenic and peaceful with lots to do nearby. Melissa is a wonderful host! She was quick to respond, very friendly, super helpful & accommodating! I would highly recommend her air bnb, it was such a lovely place to stay and I wouldn’t definitely go back! We couldn’t have asked for a better weekend or a better host. 🤩

Enjoyed the privacy of the unit and the beauty of Pacific Shores Resort. The kitchen was well equipped with lots of dishes and pots and pans. Heidi communicated well with good information.

We had a great time. The pool and hot tub were perfect, and the cabin is cute. The setting is amazing and Sally and Dale were very helpful and nice. This is the perfect little vacation for a family with young children - it felt like a tropical vacation when we were in the pool in May. Thank you!

My boyfriend and I booked an early birthday getaway at Raylene's suite. It was spotless and very nicely decorated. The view was amazing! Walking around the beach and rocks at sunset was beautiful. The bed was SOOOOO comfy!!!! Communication was excelleny and Raylene was very helpful and super friendly. Can't wait to return for another beautiful relaxing stay! Thank you Raylene!!

Beautiful location!! Talk about waterfront, you are literally on top of the water 😊 We saw many seals and otters, geese and even Eagles on the beach eating their fish. The sound of the waves and the ocean lapping on the rocks… and the refreshing scent of the beautiful ocean air. The caretakers, Tani and her Husband were very nice and accommodating. Tania’s cabin felt like going home, but with the added bonus of being located on a beautiful, private section of lake overlooking provincial park land. We couldn’t have asked for a better location to enjoy the lake and nearby trail systems. Directly behind the cabin is a steep, paved pathway down to the dock and beach - both were hands down the highlight of our stay - spacious and set up for relaxing, while also acting as a launch point for paddle boards and kayaks. The cabin was also incredibly comfortable for our dogs - Tania added thoughtful touches just for them including comfy beds, treats, and towels. I especially appreciated the large, working grill on the back deck overlooking the water. This made meal prep easy and an absolute joy. We will be back!

Michelle has created a custom retreat with plenty to enjoy. You are surrounded by elevated pieces all while feeling comfortably one with the space. The kitchen was a pleasure to cook in, and the tub was so nice I used it twice during our short stay. Our girls felt the magic of their sleeping quarters, using the desk, cozy reading nook and the canvas tie backs for the bed area with joy. We were well greeted and given a lovely rundown of the ins and out of the beautiful space. A special experience was had by all. Perfect for our family of four. This was our last stop on a multi-legged tour of the eastern side of the island. A haven between hikes, markets, and secondhand bookstores, I am so glad I booked last. True RnR.

If you want to truly experience the west coast lifestyle, this is it. From the moment you arrive, Sabina’s place gives off the air of peace and tranquility. Her attention to detail inside and outside is impeccable. The location and view is stunning, with seals occasionally coming around, and the resident seagull. Sabina’s place had all we needed for cooking and comfort. Her bed and pillows were so comfortable, she really spared no expense to make a guest feel welcome and have a very zen west coast experience. We are a family of four and we had a wonderful stay at John and Wendy’s. The suite was very well stocked and the hosts went out of their way to make our arrival comfortable with drinks and snacks. There were lots of games and books to entertain the kids. The location was fabulous, literally across the road from the beach where the kids built shops out of driftwood. We would love to come back!

Kim’s place on the beach was exactly what the doctor ordered, quiet, peaceful and private, well appointed with a pile of extras that were beyond expectations but deeply appreciated. Beds were comfy and the place was impeccably clean on arrival. The deck had an awesome view of the ocean and there was abundant wildlife present, we had an excellent stay, the only complaint was that we didn’t book for longer… will definitely book a stay again, feeling like this might be the new favorite spot….
