The location is central, about 5 minutes to Nanaimo Regional Hospital, 10 minutes to VIU and downtown. The ferry is about 10 mins away Departure Bay and 20 mins to Duke Point and the airport. Some hiking and bike routes nearby. 5mins walk to Beban Plaza and park. A few mins walk away from transit. 2mins walk to tim hortons
