We are located 5 min drive from the airport, a short walk to Kye Bay beach & 45 min drive to Mt Washington.

Less than 5 minutes drive from downtown Courtenay, mountain bike trails to Comox Lake, Mount Washington Alpine Resort is 30 min drive, several golf courses with Crown Isle being 15 min away. Plenty of fresh or saltwater fishing to choose from so don’t forget the rod!

There is no beach access from the property but we're just a short walk to the Alders Beach which offers long stretches of sand for walking, swimming and exploring tidal pools. Book with confidence and come relax with friends or the whole family at Peaceful Parkside Cottage. We do not fall under BC's new policies as the cottage is on our primary property. The cottage is steps away from a trailhead right into Seal Bay Nature Park, yet only 12 minutes from downtown Comox and downtown Courtenay. The property is a great hub from which to enjoy local restaurants, wineries, sandy beaches, parks, hiking, mountain biking trails, golf and Mount Washington Skiing Resort.

Curved boat like getaway adjacent and overlooking Helliwell Park, it's in the grassy oak grove meadowlands with spectacular open southern views, beach below. Featured in handmade builders of the Pacific Northwest. Stone, cedar, stainless steel, driftwood and sod. The house is best as getaway for 2 with occasional guests in separate bedrooms. all amenities plus a fireplace, heated stone floors and outside bathtub. Watch the storms or the full moon from the bedroom.
