Perhaps the city's nicest neighborhood. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need. Recommended. The door security could be improved, although the neighborhood seems to be quiet, to the point that children play and leave their bikes on the sidewalks. The street where the house is located does not have much traffic because it has no exit. You can rest very well and have everything very close at the same time.

The hosts were very friendly and flexible with the requests we had to make for the opportunity. The house is cozy, clean, has all the comforts, the decor is beautiful and the patio is an extremely pleasant place to share and/or rest. I hope to come back another time.

First I'll say If on my vacation they find me in the accommodation, leave me right there where I want to be... The place is spectacular. I don't think the photos show how spectacular the place is. In what part do you fall asleep with the view of all the volcanoes and also the awakening... Zero noise, it's too relaxing. Maria Elena was very concerned. I was there when there was a power outage throughout Chile, and she informed me about it right away. She was always concerned about everything, about how we were doing, and also tips on how to get around, where to go, what to do, etc. Simply Thanks a lot

Beautiful apartment, very conveniently located, close to two supermarkets and the center of Pto. Varas. Everything was very clean and organized. Marcela is very kind, and was willing to move the check-in time for our comfort. It is a fair and ideal space for 2-3 people; I would definitely come back and totally recommended!!

There were 3 of us to explore the city and its surroundings. We took Uber because walking was difficult for my mother, due to the inclination of the sidewalks on the hill. It's a very peaceful place, the apartment has everything, even drinks, snacks, so you don't have to go out shopping right away. We slept very well, the beds are a luxury, everything seems new in the apartment. I recommend it. I made a great choice by choosing this place for my family. The place is impeccable, very clean and cozy, we felt right at home. José was always attentive. He is an excellent host. We felt comfortable at all times. We would return without hesitation!

Daniel excellent host . He responds quickly and I help us with restaurant facts that were open in Easter. The Depto is cozy and well decorated, clean and tidy. He describes it perfectly . It is well located and also the condominium has a cafeteria that is quite good .

First of all, the apartment is very comfortable, and easy to enter, since the service staff is very friendly and they make everything easy upon arrival. Diego responds very quickly, and I appreciate him guiding us with some activities we did during our stay. The apartment's surroundings are very quiet and with beautiful views. There are very good restaurants nearby. I would definitely come back if I had the chance.

We had a wonderful time at your place. The view from the bedrooms and living room were magical being 14 floors up overlooking 180 degrees of the bay. So many extras, we felt right at home. We loved being at the beachside end of Puerto Montt away from the noise and traffic, too.

Great place. Great view of the volcanoes. Totally worth the price. Ale is very responsive and is a great host. Would highly recommend this place. We had 5 people and there was plenty of room. Also, the workout room and the laundry are nice and easy to use. Very close to restaurants, local supermarket, etc.

Very clean place, very, very central, easy to access, with excellent heating, close to everything, and Gaston responded immediately, 10 out of 10 !!!
