Very friendly host willing to solve problems. Since I didn't bring a hair dryer, he kindly lent me one daily. The house is comfortable, spacious and the best part is that it's between 15 to 20 minutes from downtown. I look forward to returning very soon...

A cozy, quiet place and close to everything. It is safe and the hosts were friendly and always willing to answer questions and concerns. The cabin is cozy and comfortable. Ideal for families and children. A pellet stove that heats everything. It has a water heater, microwave, the kitchen oven works, a kettle, and a refrigerator with a freezer that works. We had a great time in Hornopiren and I recommend this place 100%.

Lindy and her husband were great hosts. Friendly, kind and very concerned. They even brought us freshly made bread for breakfast the two days we were there! Very loving. Their information about the area was very valuable too. The place is wonderful. It has a privileged view of the bay of Pichicolo, the cabin is well equipped, it is warm and cozy and even has a nice piano. Hornopiren is just 20 minutes away by road, making it very accessible to several tourist attractions in the area. Ultra recommended!

First I'll say If on my vacation they find me in the accommodation, leave me right there where I want to be... The place is spectacular. I don't think the photos show how spectacular the place is. In what part do you fall asleep with the view of all the volcanoes and also the awakening... Zero noise, it's too relaxing. Maria Elena was very concerned. I was there when there was a power outage throughout Chile, and she informed me about it right away. She was always concerned about everything, about how we were doing, and also tips on how to get around, where to go, what to do, etc. Simply Thanks a lot

Beautiful apartment, very conveniently located, close to two supermarkets and the center of Pto. Varas. Everything was very clean and organized. Marcela is very kind, and was willing to move the check-in time for our comfort. It is a fair and ideal space for 2-3 people; I would definitely come back and totally recommended!!

There were 3 of us to explore the city and its surroundings. We took Uber because walking was difficult for my mother, due to the inclination of the sidewalks on the hill. It's a very peaceful place, the apartment has everything, even drinks, snacks, so you don't have to go out shopping right away. We slept very well, the beds are a luxury, everything seems new in the apartment. I recommend it. I made a great choice by choosing this place for my family. Daniel excellent host . He responds quickly and I help us with restaurant facts that were open in Easter. The Depto is cozy and well decorated, clean and tidy. He describes it perfectly . It is well located and also the condominium has a cafeteria that is quite good .

We went with my daughter and my little boy, a really spectacular week. Mrs. Gladys is a 10, attentive to what we needed, the accommodation was all very clean and tidy, with business a few steps away, in case something was missing, very central, good collectivity everywhere, a few blocks from the center of Castro, perfectly walkable. First of all, the apartment is very comfortable, and easy to enter, since the service staff is very friendly and they make everything easy upon arrival. Diego responds very quickly, and I appreciate him guiding us with some activities we did during our stay. The apartment's surroundings are very quiet and with beautiful views. We had a wonderful time at your place. The view from the bedrooms and living room were magical being 14 floors up overlooking 180 degrees of the bay. So many extras, we felt right at home. We loved being at the beachside end of Puerto Montt away from the noise and traffic, too.

Great place. Great view of the volcanoes. Totally worth the price. Ale is very responsive and is a great host. Would highly recommend this place. We had 5 people and there was plenty of room. Also, the workout room and the laundry are nice and easy to use. Very close to restaurants, local supermarket, etc.

Excellent location, supermarket 1 block away. Vans that go to Puerto Montt, Ensenada, Petrohue, all 1-2 blocks away. Currency exchange offices, shops. The apartment is excellent! Highly recommended.
