Cabin with parking.

A one-room cabin with capacity for a couple or 1 married couple with 2 small children. For this we have a sofa bed. Located in a private plot minutes from downtown Puerto Varas. Excellent access to Route 5 and only minutes from Lake Llanquihue and on the way to the Volcano. Ideal place for rest and relaxation, where if you also need to work, we have everything you need. The kitchen has a countertop (4p), minibar, electric oven and dishes.

Our space is special because it combines rest, nature and comfort. It has a hot water tank, a large garden and a large Fuegos del Sur grill, ideal for sharing in a group (7 adults + children sleeping with parents). Only 5 minutes from downtown Puerto Varas, but with a unique value: Walking access to the Maullín River, perfect for disconnecting, cooling off and enjoying the natural environment with total tranquility.
