The place is just as shown in the photos: modern, very clean and well-equipped. In addition, the location is excellent: in a quiet neighborhood but a few minutes walk from downtown Puerto Varas and the waterfront.

There were 3 of us to explore the city and its surroundings. We took Uber because walking was difficult for my mother, due to the inclination of the sidewalks on the hill. It's a very peaceful place, the apartment has everything, even drinks, snacks, so you don't have to go out shopping right away. We slept very well, the beds are a luxury, everything seems new in the apartment. I recommend it. I made a great choice by choosing this place for my family. We had a wonderful time at your place. The view from the bedrooms and living room were magical being 14 floors up overlooking 180 degrees of the bay. So many extras, we felt right at home. We loved being at the beachside end of Puerto Montt away from the noise and traffic, too.

i host my elderly aunt, the apartment located right outside the elevator, I would only recommend a grip bar in the shower for the elderly but it is not limiting

We came on our honeymoon to this home in Puerto Montt and, from day one, we felt right at home. Isolde and Sergio are incredibly kind, always with an interesting conversation and an affection that made us feel like family. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts, long talks with Don Sergio and fun board games with Isolde. As a finishing touch, we were lucky enough to try a spectacular curanto, the best thing we ate during our stay. We leave with a full heart and sure that we will return. In addition, the little dog "Guacolda" is the cutest part of the stay!

Our stay was very good , the house fully complies, very nice surroundings, good games room, good beds , well equipped in general . Jorge is always available for any problems or concerns . Don José and Teresita are very friendly and the pan amasado that they make is very good Highly recommended to go and enjoy with the family and go to rest

Excellent location, near business and restaurants, a strategic place to tour the island. Very clean, large and welcoming house, with everything you need to spend a very good vacation. The tub is great for relaxing after a day touring the island. Yohana next to Pablo are excellent hosts, always worried that our stay was pleasant, they gave us tips to be able to visit very beautiful places on the island. All it was a very good choice, highly recommended, my daughters were very happy. We wouldn't hesitate to come back.
