The cabin is perfect. The unbeatable location, we were walking everywhere. The exit to Route 40 also very direct. The facilities are beautiful, all very well cared for and was super well equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacation. Super comfortable beds and Cecilia a charm, always attentive to what we might need. We went with families with children and it was perfect, highly recommended!! Thank you Cecilia for everything.

José Luis' house is very functional, and it shows that it is a house that was made to live in. It has many details that make it very practical. We spent a week and enjoyed it very much, the view is great and with direct beach access. Everything works well and José Luis' service was excellent. It is recommended!

The place is amazing, a beautiful view and a quiet environment for those of us looking for a pleasant rest... our attentive host, quick response, very friendly... the cabin is as shown in the photos, comfortable, with all the technology available... the gazebo is spectacular... too bad we couldn't use the hot tub due to a health problem, but next time we won't miss it... a 7

The house is extremely comfortable, both the bedrooms and the living areas; the kitchen is well-stocked. It has everything you'd expect, and everything works. It has a well-equipped and comfortable gazebo. The house is on high ground and has very nice views, the property is very spacious and the garden is well maintained. The area is very nice; it is inside a gated community with security - which gives you extra peace of mind - but since it is so big there are walks to take within the neighborhood itself. In addition, both Cristian and Mrs. Ermy, who is in charge of maintenance, respond quickly to any questions. Without a doubt, an excellent option, highly recommended.

Cecilia and Mark helped me from the beginning to the end of our stay, always very requested, polite and very friendly. Our flight was changed and they were super flexible with our check in as well as helping us with our car rental and rental of the van for airport transfer. They also gave us tips for cool restaurants around the city. I only have compliments about the house. Facing the lake, a private beach, spectacular gourmet space. The house is extremely beautiful, clean, comfortable and very well equipped. I look forward to coming back!

We were lucky enough to stay at this beautiful home during our holidays and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were surprised by the cleanliness and order that reigned in every corner of the house. The house is perfectly equipped and everything worked properly, allowing us to enjoy a comfortable and carefree stay. But what we really loved was the garden with a grill, which was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the natural environment. The garden view gallery was ideal for breakfast or snack while contemplating the beauty of the south. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and cozy, which allowed us to rest and recharge to make the most of our vacations. Barbara as a host made us feel very comfortable and was always available to us, which made this option a place to escape the stress and daily routine and feel truly on vacation.

House located in a safe, quiet area. It is not close to downtown Osorno (there are no restaurants or supermarkets nearby) but there are neighborhood stores to stock up. Good heating, the shower works well, everything is super!

Carola is a good host. The house is 100% recommended. Everything is clean and has everything you need. Also close to everything ... I recommend it and we can't wait to be back. I congratulate Carola for having a very nice and cozy house. My wife and daughters were happy

This little cabin is much cuter than the pictures! Charming, cozy, surrounded by nature. The owners were incredibly efficient and responsive. I made my reservation 30 minutes before arriving and everything was already ready, the fire crackling in the fireplace!

5 stars. Highly recommended as a family, we were in Julio, all snowy, the cabin is very warm and comfortable, in the middle of the forest but very close to the village center and Cerro Bayo. Juan Ignacio's family service was excellent. We'll be back for sure!

The house is beautiful! The photos reflect quite well what it is like, but in person it is even more beautiful. It is super equipped The views are a dream, the whole environment adds a lot of peace and beauty to the experience. Serena's service was excellent. He always responded quickly and willingly whenever we wrote to him. Even when I told him that one of the hair dryers didn't work, he offered to replace it right away, although it wasn't necessary because there were two others available. When we arrived, the heating had already been turned on so that we were comfortable from the moment we arrived. He also recommended things to do and places to shop, which was very helpful. The only thing to mention is that on the last day there was a general power outage throughout Bariloche, and they forgot to warn us. Since we had not charged the devices during the night, Serena was very understanding and allowed us to extend the check-out time to be able to charge cell phones in the car. 10/10

Everything was impeccable, from the first day he responded to all our concerns without any problem. Very clear instructions on how to get there. And the best part was when we arrived at the place. Carolina welcomed us with incredible kindness, she made us feel right at home, an excellent host. The cabins are as seen in the photos, beautiful and comfortable with amazing views. If you are looking for peace and quiet and to enjoy the natural environment, this is the ideal place. We were left wanting to try the homemade breakfast, but what we did try and recommend are the homemade cookies, a real treat. Thank you for everything Carolina. The location is excellent, it's close to everything. Claudia welcomed us, and she was attentive to everything. The apartment's plus is the pool that relaxes you after a day of a lot of activity. We would definitely come back.

Our stay was very good , the house fully complies, very nice surroundings, good games room, good beds , well equipped in general . Jorge is always available for any problems or concerns . Don José and Teresita are very friendly and the pan amasado that they make is very good Highly recommended to go and enjoy with the family and go to rest

A good place to spend a few days with your family, Sergio is super friendly and makes everything easier to feel at home The cabin has everything you need, (it is super equipped )we stayed 5 days and we did little for everything we could enjoy in its wonderful facilities we will definitely be back here .

Gines' house is as shown in the publication. It is a very comfortable house and strategically located in Bariloche. From the house one can go quickly to all points of interest in Bariloche. In our case we had a car, in my opinion it is highly recommended to take a car or rent to drive without problems in the surroundings .

The house is even nicer than what's shown in the photos. Very well decorated, in a beautiful setting and quite a distance from the rest of the houses. It has lots of kitchen accessories. It's spacious, comfortable, cozy and super clean. They make you want to stay and not go out! Her co-host Jimena was always attentive and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to spend a few days there with my family again. 100% recommended

We highly recommend Ignacio's apartment. It has a very good location within the Arelauquen club as it is very close to the entrance and the clubhouse that has a restaurant, pool and entertainment for the kids. The apartment is very comfortable. Excellent heating, good wifi connectivity, very well equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The spaces are spacious, it has 2 full bathrooms of a good size and a smaller toilet. It's super quiet, no noise, with a very nice view over the polo fields. We were very comfortable throughout the stay and when we needed something Ignacio responded quickly and well. In our case we went skiing and it was very good for us because of the proximity to Cerro Catedral, it is about 15 minutes by car.

The house is beautiful, just as seen in the photos and even better. We are a family of 4 and we were more than comfortable. A few more people could be accommodated without any problems. Carlos always responded quickly and the one or two minor needs we had were resolved quickly. I totally recommend this property and would definitely come back.
