Amazing place with a wonderful friendly host. Highly preferrable for the location, accessibility and Amenities.

Location , pool, house ambience, security and helper make it amazing. But there were issues. Like many airbnbs we have visited, handholding and calling was needed to get things fixed but they were fixed promptly by the local manager and helper. Only thing to fix here is better and closer management with a very regular visit and checkup with a checklist. If that is done this is one of the best airbnbs for a family.

Fawaz is a great host, very proactive and responsive. This listing of his is in a remote yet very beautiful location, the waterfall within the property is well maintained, beautiful and very private. He maintains a very good housekeeper too, she served us delicious, authentic Kerala foods at very nominal charge. I highly recommend this place for people visiting waynad. one word of caution, please reach the place before sunset, it is hard to locate.

My parents and I had the most wonderful stay at Vindhya's place. The pictures don't do the place justice, it is absolutely beautiful. With the seaside view and breeze from the balcony(from each of the rooms!) and the beach just being a direct walk from the house, one couldn't possibly ask for a better place. The house had all the amenities as needed; and the caretaker Mr. Dillu was always available for any help, and very refreshing in his spirits and humor. Hope to stay again here, and highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful has-got-it-all getaway :)

Peaceful stay, neat and clean place, walkable distance to beautiful kappad beach. Well maintained property. Well responsive and helpful host, secure stay. Recommended!

Peaceful, Clean, Simple, Clutter free, Homely Waking up to birds in the morning and going to bed after looking at the starry sky has been an experience that will stay with us for a really long time. Soochipara waterfall is really close and so are some of the entertainment spots. In house kitchen is outstanding, we really enjoyed food, hospitality and the fast service. Mr Ansar does his job perfectly and knows about the local spots which is really helpful in planning the day.

It's good property, well maintained and in front of the beach. Conservative society couldn't recommend for friends group.

Séjour d'une nuit seulement, vraiment trop court à mon goût, mais ce fût de qualité dans son ensemble. Cet endroit est à la fois génial, ressourçant et attachant. Famille sympathique, souriante chaleureuse et très active (j'ai aussi très apprécié qu'elle s'offre à faire ma lessive). Magnifique petite maison, bien décorée et j'ai bien apprécié pouvoir occuper le 2e étage avec la mezzanine qui sert de chambre à coucher, ainsi que le balcon entouré d'une riche végétation. La ventilation et plusieurs fenêtres aux 4 coins de la maison permettent une bonne aération, en plus d'offrir une belle luminosité. Tous les appareils et installations sont parfaitement fonctionnelles. Excellente connexion WI-FI. J'ai pu le lendemain matin à mon départ déguster un bon jus d'orange frais au bar à jus juste en face.

We had a great experience staying at Whitefort Holiday Home. The 5 bedroom Villa was spic and clean, well equipped and absolutely clean kitchen and all aspects to keep the guests comfortable was well thought off. Perfect place for family outing and the villa can comfortably accommodate 10 to 12 people. One of the best parts was the view from the room—it opened right out to a beautiful tea garden, which looked absolutely amazing, especially in the morning. It was so peaceful and refreshing. Host Vimitha was very responsive providing detailed information right from the time of booking till we checked in. Caretaker Abhijit was excellent and the hospitality was warm and welcoming, and everything was well taken care of. . Would definitely love to come back again next time
