We spent a wonderful week at Mi Mar! The view from both terraces was breathtaking, and the location was peaceful and conveniently close to Puerto Morelos. Considering the challenges of maintaining a beachfront property, we truly appreciated the unique details and creativity that went into the construction of this home—especially the stunning ceiling on the second floor and the way the palm tree shadows danced with the light in the fountain area on sunny days. While it’s not luxurious by typical U.S. standards, it’s a perfect vacation home for a group of 8 family members or friends. Appreciated owners fast communication and checking on us!

Excellent stay in a beautiful house with great amenities. The house is surrounded by nature and located 10 mins from the center of Puerto Morelos. Alejandro was quick to respond to any questions we had and made sure our stay was enjoyable. Will definitely return.

The location is good and central to visit several places, the property is as described, very quiet and pleasant subdivision, the pool is nice and clean, the guards are always ready to help you. The host was helpful at all times, the house was fully stocked with all kinds of supplies. Highly recommended, I hope to return again.

The place is very quiet and safe. Having access to a bike was very useful for getting to the beach (about 5 km). Several restaurants near the apartment. Yvonne and her husband are very attentive! I'll be back for sure!

We had a lovely two week stay in Felicitas's place. It's exactly as described in the listing and pictures, and even better in person. The place is beautifully decorated, which makes it feel more like home than a rental property. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals and even includes plastic containers to store left-overs. The air-conditioners work well in the bedrooms and main living room. The furnishings and beds were comfortable. The internet works well, and having a washer and dryer is very convenient. The neighborhood is very quiet allowing for a good night's sleep. Our favorite part of Felicitas's place was the back-yard patio area, which is a great place to relax in the morning or evening. Lastly, we really appreciated the use of 2 bikes, which made it easy to get to all part of Puerto Morelos, including grocery stores, restaurants and the beach area. We highly recommend staying here.

The location is very accessible, the house is almost at the entrance of the residential complex and the route passes in front of it, it is very close to the port I highly recommend it. The house has the necessary amenities

The house was a work of art: beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Lots of thoughtful details like fresh flowers, bikes to use, and the fan running to cool us down when we arrived. The garden was a peaceful place to enjoy my morning coffee. The location was quiet and peaceful. Great house for 2 couples or a family with older kids.

Super attention to the place just for what was required well equipped, peaceful, quiet and you could rest very comfortable. Very close to very nice places and the host's attention is always attentive and on order. Highly recommended

My family and I had a wonderful time at Victor and Laura's place. The location is perfect, right at the center of town and one block from the beach, ( literally 1 minute walking distance ) . Laura was super responsive and helpful, and she always took her time to answer all my questions!!! We loved to stay at their apartment and we will for sure come back!!!

The condo was clean and comfortable and the hosts very accommodating to our last-minute stay. We even got a tour of the area and some valuable real estate information. Thanks again for your hospitality - we’ll be back.

Everything was great. There was an issue with the water in the shower, it would get hot and then cold, so it was hard to shower. Other than that it was all good

The price is reasonable for the apartment. Location only for people with their own transport, but you can also walk to the beach about 3.5 km. The owners and amenities are perfect. Warm water, an equipped kitchen, and everything you need for your stay. A good taco place nearby and the market.

We are really happy with our decision to rent this place for our vacation. It was beautiful, clean abd secured. The apartment was organized so well, with all needed staff. The bedrooms had air-conditioning. Beds had soft mattresses, so we rested very comfortably. Kitchen had big fridge and stove. We appreciated the microwave, and big dining table. This residence had very nice pool besides and all needed amenities: gym, youga room, barbecue areas. Pool designed so beautifully, with small fountains. The place was close to the beach zone, with lots of shops and cafeterias. It is only 15 min from Cancun and 20 min from Playa del Carmen. We definitely will recommend to rent it and hopping to come back.

Awesome! Definitely the best place you can find in Playa del Carmen, the apartment felt like being at home, it has absolutely everything, the apartment and the luxury facilities, the great amenities, Olivia was very attentive and very kind, walking to 5th Avenue was a great walk, it's about 12 minutes, I will definitely return! The best place in Playacar is here!

Excellent condo! This was my first time renting a condo in Mexico. This condo was better than advertised!! Super clean! The location was perfect. Walkable to everything (beach, shopping, restaurants, taxi)! Beautiful view! Comfortable king sized bed with quality linens. Fresh bath towels. All listed amenities were in working condition. The rooftop pool was stunning. Beautiful ocean view! Peaceful, quiet and safe location! Most of all, the host was so quick to respond to requests and questions. Their communication was spot on. They made us feel welcomed. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this condo again in the future. It was perfect!

We had a great vacation in Dovile's apartment. We were 2 adults and 2 small children (1 and 4 years old). Dovile kindly provided a cot and a highchair. The apartment has a great layout - the bedrooms are separated from the living room by a corridor. The terrace became our favorite place, where we spent a lot of time and often cooked food using the gas grill (Weber). The Vaiven Del Viento complex itself is very calm and peaceful. We will be happy to come back here again.

Great apartment in a nice condo complex. It’s worth noting that if you’re after beach time to note that Playa del Carmen and that coast gets a lot of seaweed from May thru August apparently, so be prepared for the smell and not using the sea much. The apartment is wonderful, well lit, very spacious and well equipped. The host is very responsive. The pool setup is great, added bonus having same shade over the pool. Staff at the complex are fantastic. Overall we enjoyed our stay here

Jim’s place was absolutely amazing! The snorkeling right off the ladder was incredible. The water was crystal clear and a blast to swim in. We had a great jumping off the wall into the deep clear blue water! We felt right at home as the place has EVERYTHING you need to relax, cook and enjoy a great vacation!

Absolutely loved my stay! The place was clean, stylish, and just perfect for a relaxing getaway. The private pool was peaceful, refreshing, and perfect for lounging any time of day. One of the best parts was the beautiful view overlooking Playa del Carmen, truly breathtaking, especially at sunset. Great location to get to 5th street and the restaurants. Would definitely come back and highly recommend.

The apartment is large enough for a family of four. It was very cleanly cleaned. It's great that water and coffee are available. The pool was nice. The only thing we didn't like was the parents' bed. It was very small for 2 adults and not comfortable. The chairs at the dining table are also not comfortable. And that the air conditioning in the living room was defective. But for the low price it was ok and Puerto Morelos is just great. We enjoyed it very much.
