Family-friendly vacation rentals in Puerto Morelos

Great place to stay, we are a big family and the house is very comfortable. Overall, everything was very good.

It was just as shown in the photos, the location is quite good since the buses pass by right outside and in general everything is fine

Perfect location in Playacar. It’s easy to walk to town but yet a gated and quiet place at night! Loved the stay and would return or maybe even buy a place here. It’s the best of all worlds and a great complex.

Nothing like arriving at some place and feeling that it was prepared to receive and welcome you warmly. That is how we felt when we get to the Kaan 204. The property is well maintained and Saúl, the concierge made everything to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. Tha staff at Quadra Aléa is kind, professional and extremely efficient. You can notice it by how well taken care of the common areas are (gardens, pools, gym, outdoors terraces), perfect! The condo is at walking distance from basically anything you might need during your stay. We definitely would look forward to staying at any unit managed by Matt.

This Airbnb is in a great location. Grocery stores are a block away, as well as a fruit stand and several restaurants. The apartment was nice and clean, the air conditioning worked great and the pool was refreshing. As others have noted there is a bar near by that plays loud music…but you can just dance along or wear ear plugs. Our stay was wonderful.

Stayed at this place in the past and it’s never disappointing. Smack in the middle of everything. Rooftop is nice and clean. Spacious and clean rooms. Effective communication and close to all good spots - Martina. Mamitas. Coralina. Beach. Good restaurants

Very nice little condo, super clean, central, close to lots of good local restaurants and the tourist area. Really nice for a week-long stay! Recommended.

Perfect for our family visit. Ana Paula was very communicative and helpful both as we planned our visit and once on island. It was so nice having Martha greet us and be available during our stay as well. Many great restaurants nearby, especially loved La Cuisine for their vegan offerings. And, have to mention the brand new Pickleball courts, PikaPok that are within walking distance. Snorkeling, a visit to the Mayan ruins and the gorgeous east side, and a day at Buccanos made this trip a happy adventure. Thank you!

This was a great family apartment. It was spacious and had all the things you need. The pool is heated. Anna was very helpful, she could recommend a really good massageterapeut and Anna also gave us recommendations where to rent a car. The place is close to supermarket and a lot of restaurants and approx 15min to the beach. I would definitely stay at this place again.

Great place perfect stay

Everything was pretty good. Only on the 1st, there was no water coming out at the top. But it was solved pretty quickly. They told us that they had done maintenance and it was probably air in the pipes. It was fixed in 30 minutes. Everything is very clean, the WM and Chedraui are 5 minutes away and Seven is 3 minutes away. Everything is very quiet, the pools are impeccable and they have just put new cushions on the lounge chairs. I think the only thing I would recommend would be to unclog the showers a little to remove the limescale from the holes. The water comes out well, but it could come out even better. Other than that, everything was good, punctual check-in and check-out.

Excellent location with an easy walk to the 5th Ave and restaurants/convenience stores etc. Apartment is well laid out with plenty of space and a very comfy bed. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and as a bonus the doormen are super nice and attentive. Highly recommended.

Erin's place is comfortable, quiet and beautiful. There are four really good restaurants right outside the gates of the complex, and the restaurant owners are very friendly. There is also a small market in the same area, where you can get last minute items.

So many positive things to say. First, the place is better than the pictures, rooms are nice and the pool is really great. Also, Myrna and the property manager respond quickly to any questions or issues, which was much appreciated. The house is in Playacar community, which is peaceful and the beach is top notch. Location was great, it is hard to get a taxi here so make sure you get the phone number for a good taxi person before you arrive. Otherwise, you will have to walk 10 minutes to a taxi stand in town. The one downside with that was we always experienced an issue with getting past security. One of our group lost their bracelet and the guards gave us a hard time pretty much every time we returned. We also rented ATVs and that was a huge issue to get thrpugh. A lot of time was wasted trying to sort through that. Overall, the stay was excellent and comfortable and I would definitely return.
