Family-friendly vacation rentals in Puerto Morelos

Excelente lugar para quedarse, somos una familia grande y la casa está muy cómoda. En general todo estuvo muy bien.

Era tal cual como en las fotos,la ubicación es bastante buena ya que justo saliendo pasan los camiones y en general todo bien

Espacioso apartamento en un condominio residencial, familiar. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones, muy bien equipada. Muy sencillo y claro el ingreso. Además tiene un estacionamiento bajo techo para un vehículo. Quizás la ubicación observación es que la playa está un poco alejada para ir caminando; aunque se puede ir en bici.

Fue una estancia magnífica, muy agradable. Muy tranquila, estaban al pendiente de cualquier cosa que se pudiera ofrecer, esperamos regresar pronto. Muchísimas gracias. ;)

Nothing like arriving at some place and feeling that it was prepared to receive and welcome you warmly. That is how we felt when we get to the Kaan 204. The property is well maintained and Saúl, the concierge made everything to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. Tha staff at Quadra Aléa is kind, professional and extremely efficient. You can notice it by how well taken care of the common areas are (gardens, pools, gym, outdoors terraces), perfect! The condo is at walking distance from basically anything you might need during your stay. We definitely would look forward to staying at any unit managed by Matt.

This Airbnb is in a great location. Grocery stores are a block away, as well as a fruit stand and several restaurants. The apartment was nice and clean, the air conditioning worked great and the pool was refreshing. As others have noted there is a bar near by that plays loud music…but you can just dance along or wear ear plugs. Our stay was wonderful.

Stayed at this place in the past and it’s never disappointing. Smack in the middle of everything. Rooftop is nice and clean. Spacious and clean rooms. Effective communication and close to all good spots - Martina. Mamitas. Coralina. Beach. Good restaurants

Très beau petit condo, super propre, central, près de plein de bons restaurants locaux et de la zone touristique. Vraiment agréable pour un séjour d'une semaine! Je recommande.

Perfect for our family visit. Ana Paula was very communicative and helpful both as we planned our visit and once on island. It was so nice having Martha greet us and be available during our stay as well. Many great restaurants nearby, especially loved La Cuisine for their vegan offerings. And, have to mention the brand new Pickleball courts, PikaPok that are within walking distance. Snorkeling, a visit to the Mayan ruins and the gorgeous east side, and a day at Buccanos made this trip a happy adventure. Thank you!

This was a great family apartment. It was spacious and had all the things you need. The pool is heated. Anna was very helpful, she could recommend a really good massageterapeut and Anna also gave us recommendations where to rent a car. The place is close to supermarket and a lot of restaurants and approx 15min to the beach. I would definitely stay at this place again.

Excelente! mi familia y yo amamos el lugar, sumamente cómodo y bonito, limpio y ordenado! Fue justo lo que necesitábamos, tanto la casa como la zona muy tranquilas y Juan Manuel siempre muy amable, atento y disponible, listo para apoyarnos en cualquier momento, así como el personal muy amable también. 100% recomendado, sin duda alguna lo elegiría nuevamente.

Todo bastante bien .. solo el día 1 no salía agua en la parte de arriba Pero se solucionó bastante rápido... nos comentaron que habían hecho mantenimiento y seguro tenía aire la tubería se arregló en 30 min .. todo muy limpio, el WM y Chedraui a 5 min y seven 3 min. todo muy tranquilo, las albercas impecables y acaban de estrenar cojines en los camastros. creo que lo único que recomendaría sería destapar un poco las regaderas para quitar el sarro de los hoyitos sale bien el agua Pero podría salir al super bien ) .. de ahí todo bien puntuales en la entrega de la casa y en la salida

Erin's place is comfortable, quiet and beautiful. There are four really good restaurants right outside the gates of the complex, and the restaurant owners are very friendly. There is also a small market in the same area, where you can get last minute items.

So many positive things to say. First, the place is better than the pictures, rooms are nice and the pool is really great. Also, Myrna and the property manager respond quickly to any questions or issues, which was much appreciated. The house is in Playacar community, which is peaceful and the beach is top notch. Location was great, it is hard to get a taxi here so make sure you get the phone number for a good taxi person before you arrive. Otherwise, you will have to walk 10 minutes to a taxi stand in town. The one downside with that was we always experienced an issue with getting past security. One of our group lost their bracelet and the guards gave us a hard time pretty much every time we returned. We also rented ATVs and that was a huge issue to get thrpugh. A lot of time was wasted trying to sort through that. Overall, the stay was excellent and comfortable and I would definitely return.
