Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Puerto del Carmen

Eva’s communication set air BNB newbies minds at rest. Villa Kenia was really well appointed, close to local amenities and perfect for our family holiday. Eva gave us assistance with airport transfers and made us feel very welcome. Playa Blanca is a brilliant resort with lots of lovely dining options at the harbour as well as further into town. I loved the washing machine. I’ve come home with barely any washing to do. I cannot recommend villa Kenia enough and have personally recommended to my friends and family.

José est une personne très sympathique, très prévenant et très arrangeant (sur l’heure d’arrivée, de départ...). Et il répond très rapidement aux messages La maison est très propre et fonctionnelle. Il ne manque absolument rien. La piscine est ultra propre et surtout elle est chauffée : et cela est vraiment très important en avril. Nous avons donc pu l’utiliser pendant des heures dès le matin jusqu’à tard le soir. José est venu la nettoyer pendant la semaine pour qu’elle reste propre. Enfin il y a un emplacement de parking pour que la voiture soit garée en toute sécurité. En voiture la maison est situé à 2 min du centre ville de la ville PLAYA BLANCA, et 15 min de la plage Papagayo. Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances

Todo genial, el apartamento es tal y como se refleja en el anuncio. Lorenzo, muy atento y rápido al contestar. Parking y piscinas son un verdadero plus. Muy bien situado, cerca de Puerto del Carmen.

Amazing stay. Thank you so much Carlos for everything we absolutely loved it. An incredible view, peaceful, lovely private pool. We didn’t rent a car but Carlos helped us with a taxi number and we had no problems. Would love to stay again ❤️

Nous avons séjourné 9 jours chez Mariana, avec nos enfants de 2 et 4 ans. La maison est magnifique, avec vue sur la mer. L'endroit est calme et paisible, un magasin d'alimentation à proximité, la piscine chauffée et le lit extérieur vue sur la mer est un vrai plus. Des vacances de rêve

I fell in love with the accommodation at first sight. We arrived before the check-in time, and Alex kindly allowed us to drop off our luggage at the accommodation. The house feels more like a private resort than a typical home. It is fully equipped and incredibly spacious. Alex was always responsive and came to clean the house every two days, which is not common practice for Airbnb. Truly the best Airbnb ever!

This was our fourth year in Lanzarote for the whole of February and this location near to Arricefe was the best. The house lived up to all expectations and in being able to see port traffic gave a very authentic feel to our stay. It was a clean and spacious residence and particularly private and away from heavy tourism. The sitting room was comfortable and smart TV provided easy access personal streaming accounts. We both were able to do some on line work and the internet provided good reception in the lounge.

Una de las mejores estancias que hemos tenido en Lanzarote Llevamos años viniendo a Lanzarote y Villa Nerea es, sin duda, uno de los lugares más bonitos y cómodos en los que nos hemos alojado. La casa es amplia, decorada con mucho gusto y cuidada al detalle. Tiene un ambiente tranquilo que te invita a relajarte desde el primer momento. La zona exterior es espectacular: amplia, tranquila, privada y perfecta para disfrutar del sol. La piscina está impecable y hay espacio de sobra para comer, leer o simplemente desconectar. De verdad se siente como un pequeño santuario. Además, el wifi funciona de maravilla, algo que agradecimos mucho para mantenernos conectados y también para trabajar un par de días desde allí sin ningún problema. Los anfitriones fueron fantásticos: muy amables, siempre disponibles y se nota que tienen mucho cariño por la casa. Todo fue fácil y agradable de principio a fin. Sinceramente, no podríamos haber pedido más. ¡Ya estamos deseando volver!

Erg fijn verblijf gehad, ruim appartement en erg centraal gelegen. Alles was keurig netjes en schoon.

We had a fantastic stay at Maria's! Maria was above and beyond helpful apartment amazing quiet and comfortable but less than 10 mins to the sea vars and restaurants plus less thanc15 mins from airport would definitely recommend

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Paul, le logement est propre et bien équipé, la résidence est calme, nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu profiter de la jolie piscine car le temps ne si prêtait pas. très bonne communication avec Paul qui est très réactif allez y les yeux fermés aucune mauvaise surprise

A fantastic home from home experience. Well equipped kitchen with all utilities you could need, excellent comms from Oscar both before arrival and upon arrival. Quiet and peaceful location, but only 5 mins walk to Supermarket, 10 mins to the Old Port and 15 mins to Ave de las Playas. We cannot recommend highly enough. 5*

This ground floor apartment is within a few steps from the shared well kept pool. There were always sun beds available but you have to be brave to go in the unheated pool in January! The complex is very quiet day and night but only a few minutes away from bars, restaurants and shops. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of spare bedding and towels. The apartment had everything we needed for our month stay. We would not hesitate to return.

Absolutely fantastic place - great location - first time I’ve stayed in Airbnb when on my holidays and honestly I will never go back to staying in hotels . I could not recommend the apartment , location and facilities enough - it was totally 5 star ⭐️. The host was fantastic and checked on us after a bad storm to make sure we were ok . It is fantastic value for money and you will not be disappointed. Looking forward to my next stay - thank you

Excellent apartment with good facilities. It was very clean. The location was very good with access to the coastal walkway. The apartment has great views. The complex was very tidy and the pool was clean and warm enough to swim (in April). Tao was very responsive, flexible and helpful. Thank you!

Asunción’s place was lovely. Great amenities in the kitchen with fridge freezer, cooker/oven and excellent washing machine. The beds and bedding were comfortable and very clean. Communication was excellent. Always plenty of hot water. Excellent location for the beach and restaurants. It can be a little noisy at night due to the location.

Carlos’s apartment in Costa Teguise is located really well and sits within a private complex that is beautifully maintained. There is an outdoor unheated pool which in our kids loved. The location is about a 5-10 minute walk from the beach and there are plentiful bars and restaurants close by to keep everyone happy. As others have said, the apartment probably needs refurbished in the long term but this didn’t dampen our stay. Beds were comfy and if you ever needed anything, Pili who manages the property for Carlos was available immediately via What’s-app Such a lovely little holiday home in the sun. Would recommend!

Vacanza straordinaria con i miei due ragazzi. Appartamento meraviglioso, dotato di ogni comfort, pulizia ottima, possibilità di passare una settimana con tutte le comodità. Altra cosa importante: sicurezza, tranquillità, e possibilità di godersi il mare e la spiaggia a due passi. Consiglio! Monica super Host: molto attiva e sempre presente, attenta ad ogni particolare nella casa e alle nostre esigenze.

Great stay at Bruno’s place, view from the balcony just as you see on the photos. Bruno was always communicating before and during our stay, very friendly individual. Lots to do in the surrounding areas or if you like to sit and chill on a balcony or by the pool you are on a winner. When we do return to Lanzarote it’s an easy pick to look at Bruno’s place again. Fabulous stay in a lovely little apartment. Super clean and well equipped. The location was absolutely perfect just a five minute walk from the beach frount, shops and bars. We were celebrating a special birthday and Adrian was fab giving us lots of recommendations for places to eat and enjoy the evenings. Great communication and really helpful. The only problem we had was that we didn't want to Leave! 10*
