Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Puerto del Carmen

My husband and I have just spent a wonderful week at Sunset House. The apartment is very spacious, peaceful and clean. The big balcony is lovely. Gina is a great host, providing detailed information about the apartment and always quick to respond. The location of the apartment is good, easy walk into Tias where we enjoyed some great evening meals and easy to get to other parts of the island. Thank you Gina for sharing this lovely apartment.

We truly enjoyed this little pearl. We should have brought friends to enjoy the great garden, bar and bbq together. Since we were here with a baby we didn't take the most out of the lovely accomodation but really everything we needed for our little one was there, just perfect. She loved the toy tower :).

Had an absolutely incredible stay at Casa Milena! Can’t recommend this beautiful villa enough. It was so private, peaceful and absolutely pristinely clean. Can’t wait to visit again in the future!

Lorenzo s’est montré très accueillant et bienveillant. Hyper réactif lorsque nous lui avons posé des questions. Concernant le logement tout est complet pour pouvoir y séjourner. Les lits sont faites à l’arrivée, des serviettes de douche et de plage sont mises à disposition. Le mobilier de cuisine est très complet.

Me and my son stayed for 3 nights and it all went well. Area was clean quiet and safe and 10 min walk to the beach. Apartment is in a very small complex. it met all our needs and the private outdoor area and bbq area was the highlight as well as the communal pool that no other residents used while we were there so my son had it all to himself. coffee, tea, water, wine and snacks on arrival was a bonus. communications were clear and quick. some minor downsides was a bit of noise from neighbours at times but that is expected in a complex. was a few hours of loud noise from adjacent construction site one morning. the shower was very good but ran out of hot water after a few minutes. i think it would feel a bit cramped for 4 people but for 2 or 3 its perfect in size. overall very happy and would recommend.

This place is stunning, villa gorgeous and spotless, with a very comfortable bed- the location is unbeatable- cross a pedestrianised road and you’re on a beautiful beach. Right beside a shopping centre with great shops and restaurants. Safe to walk day or night, along the Promenade which goes all the way to Puerto del Carmen. There is nothing negative I could say about this place and Juan Jesus was a great host, responsive and pleasant.

We visited Lanzarote for SwimLab therapy for our daughter. Hanna's place was the perfect location for us, level access for our daughter, beautiful views, beautiful villa, very well equipped and simply stunning. We have already booked again for next year! Hanna is responsive and extremely helpful, wonderful experience ! Thank you so much

Victor's apartment is ideally located: it is very close to the beach and the restaurant/bar strip, but still very calm, and most importantly with a great view of the ocean from the living room and from the lovely terrace. It is also charmingly decorated and well lit, and practically designed. It had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay especially for cooking and washing our clothes. Victor was always reactive and very helpful. The only tiny issue was that one of the taps had low pressure, but Victor said he will get it fixed. We would love to come back there very soon.

Great place to stay local to the strip yet just enough privacy on a night. Tatiana was very helpful throughout the stay, balcony/terrace is great with lovely views, can’t fault the place, will definitely be back

The apartment looks as described and the pictures match the apartment perfectly. The apartment is within minutes of the strip yet extremely quiet. If I could have stayed longer there I would but reality called. I would highly recommend to anyone to stay in this apartment.

First of all Lucia was a lovely host, extremely welcoming and very helpful. The apartment was stunning with so much attention to detail. The bed was so comfortable, all the facilities you could possibly need and an exceptional shower! The garden is such a lovely space as well, so we'll thought out and relaxing with lots of comfy seating. The pool is a great addition also. Only a 20 minute walk to the shops/resteraunts/beaches. Only 4-5 euros to get a taxi back if you prefer. Thank you for a fantastic 7 nights!

Es ist wirklich eine sehr schöne kleine Wohnung mit ruhiger Umgebung. Ich habe zu dritt mit meinen Freundinnen eine Woche dort verbracht und wir haben es sehr genossen. Der Ausblick ist wunderschön, zudem war die Wohnung sauber und so wie beschrieben. Man kann den Pool nutzen, aber auch der Strand ist ein 5-10min Fußmarsch. Auch die nächste Bushaltestelle ist wenige Minuten entfernt. Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Il posto è meraviglioso, in oasi di pace in cui rilassarsi davvero , vicina ad ogni cosa . Per accedere alla struttura bisogna percorrere un piccolo tratto sterrato non del tutto visibile dalla strada principale, ma Melchior è stato così gentile da venirci a prendere sulla strada principale per farci da guida per arrivare all’alloggio! Struttura unica nel suo genere per chi desidera soggiornare in un luogo intimo e rilassante al di fuori del caos urbano e dal turismo di massa! Melchior è sempre stato disponibile e pronto a rispondere alle nostre esigenze! La casa aveva tutti i comfort immersa in un giardino spettacolare da cui si poteva ammirare anche l’oceano!

Lovely stay in a nice safe complex close to everything

Myriam’s appartment will absolutely not disappoint! We have stayed in Puerto del Carmen a number of times and this has been our FAVOURITE stay so far! :) The interior of the appartment was gorgeous and it was absolutely spotless! We had everything we needed for our stay and the appartment is so well equipped and has anything you could possibly need. If you are looking to stay in a quieter area, I couldn’t reccomend more! My sister and I love traveling to Lanzarote for a more relaxed holiday and the location of this appartment was perfect for this! Myriam met us on arrival and went through everything with us and she couldn’t have been more helpful. We had a week of bliss in Myriam’s appartment and there isn’t a thing we could fault. Thank you so much for such a gorgeous stay!! :)

Environnement très calme et reposant. La piscine et les autres équipement était très bien et bien adaptée!!! Le logement était très propre et tout mis à disposition, rien à dire sur l’hygiène. L’hôte était réactive et nous a donner des conseils sur plein de chose

I had an amazing stay here. The place is very calm and perfect to find peace after a day of outdoor adventures. Everything is easy to reach by car. Susan was a great host, reactive and helpful. Whenever I ll be back in Lanzarote, I am sure I ll be back here!

Estrellas Place was such a lovely find. The house was spotless, super comfortable, and had everything we needed. The view over the vineyards from the garden and sunroom was just beautiful, ideal for slow mornings and coffee in the sun. The location is perfect for exploring the island if you’re planning to rent a car. The house is in the middle of the island, so everything is just a short drive away. Our host was so kind and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. We’d love to come back again!

This is a beautiful, well equipped apartment with a full size fridge freezer and cooker. It's close to the old town and a 15 minute walk to the strip (though its a horrible hill back). There were plenty of sunbeds round the pool and the complex is quiet. Communication was very good and we would definitely come back again

Had a wonderful time here. Beautiful apartment with all we needed for our stay. Lucia was extremely helpful and very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Even replaced the broken kettle within a couple of hours. The complex was very clean and peaceful, although the pool was freezing, so we didn’t use it. Only thing that became a slight problem was the water. It was sometimes off. Which we were told is quite common for the island. Lucia recommended a car hire company (which we used) and supplied us with the contact number of the taxi to take us to the airport. Overall we had a great time. Thank you Lucia x x

Lovely apartment, perfect size for 2 - exactly like the photos which feels rare on Airbnb these days. Immaculately clean with many thoughtful touches (beach towels, beautifully decorated, very well equipped kitchen). Thanks again for a great stay!

Bell’appartamento, pulito e con tutto il necessario. Zona tranquilla, vicina a un supermercato e comoda per muoversi in tutta l’isola. Daniel è stato disponibile per tutta la durata del nostro viaggio e ha accolto subito anche una nostra richiesta,super consigliato!

Superb apartment..peaceful surroundings very quiet all day..easy access to shops and restaurants. Monica was very good to respond to any questions, excellent host thank you. There was some renovation going on in another apartment but limited disruption. Overall Excellent choice.
