Fantastic stay at the apartment, so light and airy. Spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Great spot for the Harbour side of town but easily walkable to the far side of Puerto Del Carmen

Great apartment and wonderful host! Highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to stay near the Puerto Del Carman area. Lovely little sun trap on the terrace too and the apartment has everything you could need for a short holiday. Small supermarket about 30 seconds away too - ideal! Marielle is friendly, helpful and very quick at replying.

My wife and I stayed at Josué's apartment for a week. It was lovely, clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. We found the apartment to be conveniently located too - a short walk to a supermarket, bus stop (we got the bus to Playa Blanca one day), and to a lovely cafe and a few bars/restaurants etc. We walked each day to the beach front or the harbour too but could've got taxis (the routes we took were a little uphill/downhill in places but that was fine for us). We used the shared pool area almost every day, which is kept lovely. We would definitely stay here again. We didn't want to leave. Josué was a great host and was very helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will most certainly be back.

The accommodation was very nice, clean and well located. Contact with Borja was timely and stress-free, leaving no concerns on arrival. Would highly recommend!

Ambra and Celso were amazing hosts. They were very flexible on our arrival and departure times to allow us to enjoy the accommodation longer to allow our baby to rest. The accommodation is very cozy with a beautiful view and is ideally located. I would recommend it 100%

Excellent stay, very nice property. Had an issue with a power cut which wasn’t the owners fault however they were very quick to come with an electrician and it was fixed in no time. Really great communication and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

This is my second time staying, the last a year ago and it’s just as brilliant, if not somehow a tiny bit better. It’s home from home, you couldn’t want for anything. Super clean and decorated really nicely. Great book collection. Free parking. I would 100% recommend and will definitely be back.

Very clear check in details and directions. Apartment was as described - if not more than we expected! Lots of local shops, handy to gain access to island road network as well as the beach. 3 double bedrooms with space for everything we needed. Virginie answered everything quickly and without fuss - an excellent host with a lovely apartment. Can fully recommend this to anyone.

Silvia and Mattia's accommodation is very nice, well-kept and clean. Very convenient for walking to downtown and Puerto del Carmen beach. Hosts were super friendly and nice, we had a quiet and happy stay. Highly recommended!

Loved our stay at Giuseppe's place, a lovely apartment on a beautiful peaceful complex in a fantastic location. Apartment was great and had everything we needed, nice modern bathroom with a walkin shower, good water pressure and plenty of hot water. No toaster but oven had a grill which we used for our toast. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge. Loved the very spacious and private balcony which gets the sun all day and offers shade if you sit further back. No sunbeds on the balcony but no problem, I took one from the sunbathing area out front and used it on the balcony, it was great . Plenty of towels, sheets etc for our stay and a having the washing machine was great. Iron as well and a proper hairdryer! Would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again. 😁

The apartment is really cozy, we felt right at home. Patricia is a very kind and attentive host. The apartment has a beautiful view of the sea and is very well-equipped! We had a great vacation The apartment is very well located in Lanzarote and the pool is lovely.

The apartment is small but nice. It is comfortably furnished and the kitchen is really well equipped, so you can easily cook. When we checked in, Romina set up German TV for us. The balcony is small and not suitable for outdoor dining. The apartment complex is very pretty and the walk to the beach and the nearest supermarket is not far. If you want to experience Spain or eat Spanish, however, you have to leave the place, the beach mile is completely British/Irish oriented. The small city beach is very suitable for digging and bathing with small children. Communication with Christian and Romina worked wonderfully and both responded immediately to a small problem. The only drawback is the location of the bedroom. The expressway is sometimes quite noisy and the garbage cans are right behind the house. All in all, we felt very comfortable and spent a few really nice days here!

We enjoyed staykng at Sunset Balcony. The apartment was very nicely decorated and the view was stunning. Only a 6 minute walk to the harbour and lovely restraunts. Thanks Robi for everything ...and late checkout also.Caitriona and Declan.

had a wonderful holiday here and would highly recommend. I was looking for somewhere I could work remotely and the WiFi was first class. A terrace gave you a beautiful view over the harbour area of Puerto Del Carmen and it was just 5 minutes walk to the old town. Highly recommend. Maybe a wee slip mat in the bath would help in relation to having a shower but really, an excellent apartment eith everything you need for a pleasant holiday. thanks Babs X

Marta’s apartment was incredible, in a quiet area just a 5 minute walk to beach, restaurants and shops. It was so peaceful for a well needed break. Apartment in a beautiful area, our first time staying in Matagorda and it wont be our last!! Marta was so helpful, recommending places to go and always responded quickly to any Q’s I had before arriving. Bed is extremely comfy 🫶🏼 apartment was spotless, pool area clean too and sunbed also comfy. We cant wait to come back ♥️♥️♥️

Very quiet and relaxing environment. The pool and other equipment was very good and well adapted!!! The place was very clean and everything was available, nothing to say about hygiene. The host was responsive and gave us tips on a lot of things

Very nice apartment, clean and equipped with everything you need to cook and spend your holidays (sheets, towels and beach towels). Fantastic heated pool. Great views of the volcano and sea. The owner was very kind, responded in a very short time and gave us great tips about the area. We took the vacation with a small child and he provided us with everything we needed (towels, cot, child seat, dishes, bathtub and baby body soap). Highly recommended!

A great place to stay in Puerto Del Carmen. Exactly as described in photos and description. A big plus for me was the Flix app on the telly having all the English and Irish channels. Great view from the balcony also with pool just outside and view of the sea in the distance with boats and people parasailing. It is in a gated complex with the apartment located at the very top so I felt safe. Quiet enough complex but not so much that you'd feel isolated as theres so much nearby. Shops (Hyper Dino which has all the essentials) and pubs/restaurants nearby in just a short walk. Only a 10 minute journey to/from the airport. Great communication from Neil the host who gave me all the info in time for check in (location of keys etc), and facilitated a late checkout. He wasnt needed throughout the stay as there were no issues. Clean and tidy apartment with all facilities you'd expect. Would stay again.

It's been a perfect week. The apartment is exactly as seen in the photos. Everything is very well maintained, very clean and with everything you need. Nothing was missing. Cora is very thoughtful and kind, the welcome gift is greatly appreciated. We were very comfortable and the area is very quiet. If we return to Lanzarote, we will definitely stay in this apartment again. Thanks Cora!

Lovely apartment and great location. close to all the action but also enough Distance to allow some downtime. Olga is very nice to deal with and very helpful. I would highly recommend this place for a holiday 😊😊

Beautiful apartment, close to the start of the strip but in a private complex. Great amenities in the apartment and host responsive.

Dara Apartment was the perfect base for our holiday. The place was spotlessly clean and well decorated, with all the amenities you could want or need. The bed was comfy, and extra bedding was provided. The location is great, with lidl over the road, and only a 10 minute walk to the bars and restaurants. Daniel was also fast to message back which was really appreciated. If we return to Tías we will certainly be staying at Daniel's apartment again!
