The location is centrally located between the old and the new town. The apartment is on one level on ground floor with sea views from the spacious terrace in a quiet complex with well maintained gardens and communal swimming pool with children's pool. Via a few easy steps you are directly on the boulevard and the beach.

The Beach House

The house I rent was my childhood home, where I grew up & made countless memories. Its location, steps away from the beach, made it truly special. Living by the sea shaped who I am today. I welcome guests to share its magic with them - feeling the sand between your toes, hear the waves crashing at night, & experience the joy of simple pleasures. The house has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, living room with beach view, Internet/WIFI, and laundry facilities.

Ana y el Mar is a cozy house just 15 meters from the water, with panoramic ocean and sunrise views. It is newly renovated, with all the comforts of a current and modern home, located in one of the most beautiful places on the island, in a practically virgin environment. Los Cocoteros is a community with very few neighbors, surrounded by nature and tranquility, in the municipality of Guatiza, very well connected to get to know the entire island.

My accommodation is good for people who are looking for rest and privacy. If guests want to, they don't have to have direct contact with other people. The bungalow is in the front row of the sea and has amazing views. We provide clean towels every 4 days and clean sheets every 7 days. If traveling with children, there is a sofa bed in the living room so that 2 children can sleep comfortably (supplement of 10€ per day for extra child).
