Frankly, this exceeded our expectations. It looked very nice in the pictures, but when we got there, WOW! This apartment is very clean, spacious, well equipped and cozy. Inna and Matt were very friendly and helpful with our late checkin, everything went well and we got in without problems. Even later they stayed in touch and gave helpful guidance about what to see and do in the area. I got the impression that they really wanted us to enjoy our stay here. There's a safe place to park the car in the garage, which is very good. Just a little note that it's a bit cramped, as they often are, so it's useful to have a good reversing camera in your car. We stayed in several places on our holiday, and all in our group of 4 persons agreed that this was clearly the best one. This is a gem!

We had a lovely time at the apartment! The kitchen was super well equipped, including orange press and hand blender. The TV was very big, so we were able to watch nice movie. From noon the sun comes to the terrace, and the terrace was much larger than I thought based on the photo. The arrival is a bit complicated, but you will be sent all the information in a clear way. Highly recommended.

Really comfortable apartment with all the amenities for a great stay,amazing view and quiet peaceful location. Faultless communication from Gunar and even gave me a lift to the bus stop,above and beyond. Transport is essential at this location as stores are a distance away.

This apartment right by the marina near Altea is an absolute dream! The view of the harbor ensures a pure vacation feeling during breakfast on the cozy terrace. Thanks to the air conditioning, the apartment is perfectly tempered both on hot summer days and in cooler months. The amenities leave nothing to be desired – everything you need for a comfortable stay is available. The loving and cozy decor creates an atmosphere in which you immediately feel comfortable. A special highlight is the perfect communication with the landlady An, who is always helpful and warm and gives you the feeling of an all-round successful vacation.
