Beautiful condo, very close to an amazing beach. Good amenities. The property management was quick to reach out and deal with anything. We had a lovely visitor we named frank the ghecko every morning while we ate our breakfast.

Our stay at this condo was wonderful- appreciated the central AC during a warm humid few days in Kona! Great amenities, plenty of beach/snorkeling gear, well-stocked kitchen, and comfy couch and beds. The guest room queen bed was a tad firm, but worked well for one of the couples. The king bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast on the lanai with a peek ocean view and the occasional rooster noises (bring earplugs if you like to sleep in! This applies to the whole island, tbh). Oh, and the pool area was great too when we needed a break from all the great beaches nearby! Would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay at the cottage! It was one of the best equipped Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in - had everything we needed. Communication was super easy, and Kenya was really helpful with info and suggestions for beaches, etc. The beach directly across the street (less than a 5 minute walk) was amazing for watching sunsets and for a quick dip. Would definitely stay here again!

This condo is right on the water - nothing but a strip of lawn between you and the water. It has a nice lanai ( balcony) with a dining table and chairs for four and a couple of lounge chairs. The kitchen is reasonably well kitted out. Paul was exceptionally responsive and nice.

Coconut Cottage was absolutely wonderful! A perfect, little hidden gem! The location could not have been better for our teen son and his friends. The cottage was exactly as described and offered everything we needed for our stay. We suffered a family emergency while there, and Susan was so understanding in assisting with our immediate needs. I am so sad that we had to cut our vacation short, but we cannot wait to return!

This place was awesome! Such beautiful views of the ocean, comfortable seating on lanai and full stocked kitchen. Seems they thought of everything from an ice chest to beach towels, chairs, snorkeling gear and even sun hats. Easy walk to town for dinner and light shopping. We had a small problem of no electricity when we arrived. I called William and he was there to fix it within 5 minutes. I would love to come back and stay another time😃

Our hosts were terrific! Very responsive. We received a detailed message with all instructions ahead of time. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay (even batteries!). They had games available, and all sorts of beach items available (umbrella, chairs, boogie boards, noodles, etc.). The pool at the condo was wonderful-we made several trips to the pool. The moment we arrived we knew the condo was exactly what we needed and that we had made the right choice renting this condo. We hadn’t even left yet and were looking to rent this again for our next trip!! We absolutely recommend this place to families!

Our family of four had an absolutely lovely time here! The place was clean, comfortable, quiet, and stocked with everything we needed during our stay on the Big Island (beach chairs, towels, snorkel gear, beach umbrella, etc). The pool was wonderful and our kids loved the pool floaties! Doris went above and beyond setting the place up for our stay - the pack and play was set up and ready to go when we arrived. And when one of our kiddos got sick, she helped us quickly access the laundry and even moved our items into the dryer for us so we could head out and enjoy the day. Would absolutely stay here again!

This was our second stay at one of Patricia’s properties. Great location, had everything that we needed and Patricia responded to our one need in a very prompt and professional manner.

The home was clean and very inviting. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we could have needed. The hosts were welcoming and available to answer questions but not intrusive. We didn't spend much time in the house except eating and sleeping - but it was nice to have a beautiful home away from home. Very lovely stay. Jack and Jackie, Lee and Christi

We found ourselves in need of last-minute accomodations in the Kona area, and Melissa's place exactly fit out needs! The location is great -- convenient to the airport and a few different beaches, and a bit closer to Mauna Kea than other areas on the Kona side. The space was more than spacious for two, and having the scuba equipment and beach towels was a huge bonus. Especially appreciative that our early check-in request on was accommodated. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful and well-maintained home. The ocean view from the balcony was stunning, and the house was tidy and comfortable. Communication with the host was prompt and friendly, making the experience smooth from start to finish. It’s a great base for exploring the island—just keep in mind that having a car is essential. Nos encantó la casa! Es un lugar muy tranquilo con sonidos de la naturaleza. A las personas que les guste estar rodeado de lo natural, sin que se pierda la comodidad, es un sitio excepcional, con vista increíble. Jenne nos indico a la perfección la ubicación de la casa y nos recibió con amabilidad y una sorpresa de su parte nos esperaba. We can’t say enough good things about our stay at Barry’s Airbnb! Barry was super kind and friendly, and very supportive. The house was exactly as described, beautiful! No regrets, we’d 100% do it again.

This place was fantastic. The view is amazing- ocean, stars, mountains, it literally has it all. It’s super family friendly, tons of stuff to help you if you are traveling with an infant, toys, yard, safe space, play pen— everything you could need. It’s in a great spot with beautiful beaches ten minutes away. The hosts are so incredible. We grilled out on the deck watching the stars, picked fruit in the yard, enjoyed Kona coffee. If you stay anywhere else on big island you are missing out. This is a must stay and an incredible experience. We will return ❤️

What a perfect place to stay. Beautiful view and awesome accommodations. Quiet and peaceful. Easy to get to everywhere. Chad was great! Super helpful and attentive. Very comfortable place to stay with everything you could want. Would highly recommend to everyone.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view was outstanding and great to see surfers every morning and afternoon. The condo itself was very comfortable and would stay here again.

This sweet condo was just what we needed! The pools and little porch were great and the ability to walk to the bench and see the sunset was perfect. It was so great to be able to use the umbrella and beach chairs on our outings. Great spot!

We had an amazing stay at Daisy’s place! The home was absolutely beautiful—thoughtfully decorated, clean, and very comfortable. Daisy was incredibly responsive and made sure everything went smoothly for us. We felt right at home and would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommend!

This place was neat and clean. The kitchen was stocked with many of the things we needed. The host was very helpful and responsive. We really loved sitting on the lanai having our morning coffee as the sun came up. This place is on the west side of the island so we were able to catch a couple of beautiful sunsets as well. There were a lot of places to see and do in the town nearby. It is within walking distance but there is no sidewalk so at times it felt safer to drive there. We stayed here for 3 nights and wished we could have stayed longer. We recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet place to enjoy Hawaii.

Staying at Ineke’s place was a fantastic experience! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed—and the home was equipped with all the amenities to make our stay comfortable. The bed was large and very comfortable, and all the appliances worked flawlessly. We especially appreciated the thoughtful local recommendations, which made exploring Hawaii so much easier and more enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely book this place again!

Great spot! Peaceful and quiet. Overlooks a quiet piece of land that is walking distance to a variety of spots. Would stay again!

The place was pretty clean and had all we needed for our stay. The A/C works great!
