We had a great stay at Gita's place. The view is incredible! The place is well stocked with whatever you need, whether it's beach and snorkel gear, kitchen and cooking tools, or just relaxing on the lanai. We had a small maintenance issue and Gita was very quick to fix. Excellent communication throughout. The noise on the street can be loud at times, light sleepers may need to get earplugs like my wife, but I had no problem with it. I'm a deeper sleeper. The ocean waves crashing can be loud too, but I find it peaceful and amazing. Overall we both loved our experience there and would come back next time without hesitation.

Very comfortable condo. Was great for our adult family. Used the beach wagon and beach towels a bunch of times. There was snorkel gear, but we had our own. Was great to have a very nice washer and dryer in the unit. Kitchen was adequately equipped for when we ate in. It was great to have so many close shopping and restaurant options within walking distance. Airconditioning was great, especially with ceiling fans to circulate ite air. The parking garage was a little worrisome. At first it looked like our big suv would be too tall, but there was about 3 inches clearance. A little tight getting around the temporay foundation supports in the garage, but it worked out. Nice to have convenient parking. We would definately rent this condo again. Host is wonderful. Very quick responses each time we contacted him.

Chris is an amazing host and is very clear in his communication. House was exactly as described. Very clean and well maintained. Kitchen was stuffed with a lot of condiments and a lot of attention to details. Yard had many fruit bearing trees. A quick drive to nice beaches, restaurants, grocery stores etc. All in all we were very satisfied.

This place was exactly what we were looking for, a private place with a pool. It was a great base for our vacation where we could come back after a day of being out and about. We could also just BBQ and relax in the pool. They had beach gear for use, which was very convenient. overall we had a good time.

THE Ultimate Oceanfront Location at Magic Sands

Part of a condo group, next to (unpretentious) Beaches restaurant - which locals stated was "the best in Kona" - and only steps away from Magic Sands Beach. View out the double wide slider was to clear ocean surf, full of yellow tang and black trigger fish visible in most swells. There is no A/C but the fans (there were 5 but we really only need the two large ceiling fans) kept it very comfortable.) This was April and daytime temperatures were low 80's. All in all a very nice place hanging out or as a home base. Great location for Kona and the beaches north. About .1 mile to La'aloa St, which takes you up to Hwy 11 (bypass highway for north or south travel. I recommend for a group of 2.

Terry is truly an unmatched host. Her apartment was just as beautiful as the photos with comprehensive amenities such as snorkeling gear and tennis rackets. She was incredibly proactive in making sure we were enjoying our stay, provided spot-on recommendations for activity, and even added some lovely personal touches as we celebrated our honeymoon. Wonderful stay with a great view. The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was on point. We sat outside for a few of the sunsets and highly recommend doing so! Our travels took us all the way up and down the Kona coast and this place was a perfect central hub for those trips. Annette is an excellent communicator and responded very quickly to our questions. Would recommend taking the snorkels to one of the local beaches and enjoying all the beautiful sea life!

Wow. We are so blown away by this beautiful home. It's much better than the pictures and any Airbnb we've stayed at. We feel so much kindness and love Kerry & Justin have for this place and everyone who have stayed here. They put every consideration for each traveller. It has everything we needed and much more. The bed and sheets are super comfortable. When we entered this home, we immediately felt the space opens its arms to welcome us.
