The place was very comfortable and the property was beautiful. I particularly appreciated the wonderful exotic fruit from the property that the hosts provided.

The place was beautiful and very comfortable to stay in. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made cooking easy. The outdoor shower and washer/dryer were clean and convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This unit is part of a building with other units. When there were guests upstairs, we could clearly hear kids running from the bedroom, but quiet hours were well respected. We drove an AWD SUV, which was helpful for getting to the house—not just because of the steep road, but also because the pavement wasn’t in great condition. We had to slow down when turning in from Mamalahoa Highway; otherwise, the bottom of the car could scrape. We still really enjoyed our stay surrounded by beautiful trees, and we’d love to come back again!

Gorgeous property and cute place to stay! This is our second stay at Adam’s place…. Adam is very good with communication and went above and beyond with accommodating was with a special request that was not listed on the accommodations list. We always enjoy our stay at Adam’s place! Caryl was a really good host, communication was easy and she made sure we had a good stay. A big advantage is the extra gears available (snorkeling, beach towels, etc) and the garden which makes the stay even more pleasant. Would recommend this place.

This is by far one of the best properties I’ve ever stayed on with Airbnb. When I return this would be my first choice. Pictures do not do it justice. It was private and peaceful and just what my wife and I wanted. We never felt too far away from shopping or restaurants.

Overall, I was very satisfied. First, Joseph welcomed us very kindly and explained things to us kindly. Second, the living room and kitchen were clean. Third, the bedroom and bathroom were also clean and well organized. A place I look forward to visiting again next year.

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful and well-maintained home. The ocean view from the balcony was stunning, and the house was tidy and comfortable. Communication with the host was prompt and friendly, making the experience smooth from start to finish. It’s a great base for exploring the island—just keep in mind that having a car is essential. We had a wonderful 7 day stay. Our 3 boys (16, 13, and 10) spent hours on the diving board and in the pool. Sandra’s place had everything we needed for beach trips, including beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, cooler and beach towels. I was so happy to have a washing machine to wash out the sandy towels and suits after our beach trips. It was a 5-10 minute trip for Costco,-target and Walmart and a 30-40 minute trip to Hāpuna Beach (don’t miss the Malsada stand on the highway on your way). We would come back to the house to cook supper, swim more in the pool, and watch the sunset from the beautiful yard. We also got a lot of use out of the basketball net in the driveway, and volleyball net in the side yard. Sandra was extremely helpful with all aspects of our stay, including local recommendations. Would definitely stay again if on the Big Island!

Had a really enjoyable few days stay at the house. This is clearly a house with lots of love, history and almost feels like you're staying with family. Lots of character and very traditionally furnished with unique furniture, artwork ect. Very much suits someone looking for a true Hawaiian experience off the tourist trail. The outdoor area is beautiful and the view is incredible. The hot tub is a nice addition and great for star gazing at night. The kitchen is well equipped with all cooking equipment you would need and the bbq outside was a great. We were slightly worried about the lack of a/c but as the sun goes down, you get a lovely cool sea breeze throughout and we wouldn't have needed it anyway. There is loads of wildlife around the house and area, very pieceful. Thank you

Panoramic view was so nice and the location was good to travel around. Kids loved toys and sauces on the pantry and papaya from the tree on the house was amazing. My family had a pleasant time there, everything was peaceful and enjoyable. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Loved our stay here! Location & views were exactly what we were looking for. Discounted golf rates at the course and access to the pool were awesome! 15 mins from beautiful beaches. The beach towels/chairs/umbrella/ gear etc were a big plus. The place was clean. Host were quick to answer if we had questions. Two things to note- 1. the blinds are not room darkening so when the sun comes up you’ll know it!This was fine for us, bc we were usually up anyway but just something to note! 2. To get to the bathroom you have to go through the room with the bunk beds. Again this didn’t matter for us because no one was staying in the bunk beds. Overall we really enjoyed our stay & would stay again!

This place is exactly as described, quiet, clean, and close to everything in Waikōloa beach. The decor was nice and AC was wonderful. We enjoyed the pool and the kitchen was stocked with all essentials for cooking! One thing cleaning-wise that would have been better is if the floor was mopped… walking around with bare feet, our feet got dirty quickly. However we will definitely be back to visit Carlos’ place.

The studio condo was immaculate, beach access couldn't be easier. The kitchen is fantastic, all new high end appliances so cooking was a breeze (even the knives were sharp), being a chef I really appreciate a fully functional kitchen. We would highly recommend this unit for two people and look forward to staying here again. Mahalo!

We absolutely loved staying here! Martin & Rachelle’s place is even nicer than the photos. Martin was very responsive and provided great recommendations. He was extremely flexible and willing to work with us on check-in time. They had all you could ever need from a massive book collection and movie collection to puzzles and board games. We played multiple scrabble games outside on the Lani. You cannot beat the location. One of our favorite Air BnBs and hosts ever. Highly recommend!

We stayed here to be close to the IM 70.3 Hawaii. This was such a great location for that (very short drive to the venue). There are good restaurants right near by and the area with the condo is very quiet. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked and everything was beautiful inside.

Andy’s condo was excellent. We had the best time staying a week for our anniversary. I took a lot of time looking at other options and reading reviews…we are so glad we chose to stay here. The property was super clean, super quiet, and gave us plenty of room to stretch out. Feels like home. The beach club access is so nice. Shaded parking, covered beach chairs, and not very crowded. The snorkeling around the point to the south of the beach is amazing. We saw turtles every day and even a spotted eagle ray. So fun! As some of the reviews stated…it’s one of the nicest places to stay on the Big Island. We will be back again! Thanks Andy!

Beautiful condo right on the water. Had a very well appointed kitchen with good appliances. The deck is a showstopper- lounge chairs and a table and plenty of space. Would definitely rent again. Holly was easy to communicate with and responded very quickly.
