Great location! On the rail trail for walking and biking, and just down the street from lots of great restaurants and shops.

Carina was always reachable and available, even for check-in, with a lot of flexibility. Cute apartment with everything you need. Access to the pool was quite complicated, but it wasn't Carina's fault. Only those who have sun loungers in the green beach can go to the pool. You had to upgrade to have two more loungers, but in return your loungers are lost on the beach. The only person who could tell me about the location of the sun loungers was the lifeguard. Uncompetent staff for such a bathing establishment.

Unfortunately the original property had issues with the heating. The host responded immediately and arranged another property for us which we were very happy with. Comfortable, pleasant and very friendly. I highly recommend the host La Marmote.

Large, clean and tidy apartment, equipped with all comforts. The Stube on emitted a special warmth and a sense of serenity. Sabrina warmly welcomed us by giving us precise and punctual directions.

We really enjoyed our holiday in Villagio Europa. The house is practically furnished. The kids quickly met friends and played a lot. Only small point of criticism. Check-in is guaranteed between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. as soon as the house is clean. According to the description, we were guaranteed to be 4 pm. We had to wait a little over one hour.

It was really awesome to stay in the house after long trip in the surrounding mountains. The house is very spacious and has all the necessary things. The breakfast with fresh croissants and bread was so good. Thank you very much.

We enjoyed our brief stay at Irca’s comfortable house. There was plenty of room to spread out - our kids loved having the big room on the third floor to themselves. The house is newly renovated and everything is in great condition. Communication was easy from start to finish. Irca and her husband were there to greet us and kindly left us a delicious box of pastries and a fridge full of drinks. All in all a great base for exploring the Veneto region.

Everything was comfortable and convenient. There was a bit of confusion in the process of finding it through the navigation, but the street name was different, so it guided me to a different house, but I was able to find it right across the street. However, the unfortunate thing was that the evening heating didn't work, so I texted the host and he turned it on right away. If you're traveling in slightly cold weather, you can contact the host in advance. We are a married couple in their 60s traveling Europe by rent-a-car.

Lovely home! The “smart home” made everything very easy to use. We were offered a key but never used it because the smart locks worked so well. The hosts thought of every little detail, there was even a treat for us waiting the first evening. We felt right at home. It was a great stay and will be our first choice for future trips in the area.

Everything was perfect, the apartment is clean and so comfy, location also great. Antonio is very nice owner, he answered all my questions very fast and he made the best stay for us.

Located in a quiet area near the center, equipped with many amenities, the apartment proves comfortable and livable with a large convivial space; a kitchen with everything you need including a microwave and dishwasher, a comfortable new bathroom, equipped with a washer and dryer, a very livable bedroom with large closets. Cristina was immediately very friendly and helpful as well as responsive in communications. Recommended!

The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need for a stay in Udine. The location close to the center stands out in particular: in a few minutes you can reach all the sights and special places. In the area you will also find very good restaurants and bars. If you arrive by car, we recommend the cheap Moretti parking lot (parcheggio Moretti), from where you can reach the apartment in 5 minutes. Communication with Antonio is very good, he answers all questions and you can arrange the check-in flexibly with him. We stayed in the apartment for the second time and we will book with Antonio again on a next stay in Udine.
