We (2 adults & 2 kids) had a lovely time in San Pietro. We are very familiar with the region but this place was a hidden gem. Perfect for strolls along river Natisone, close to Cividale, very calm and tidy. Lovely house with everything you need, very welcoming hosts. Thank you!

Very central! Five minutes from the beach!

Wonderful stay in Grado in a central location. Valentina responded quickly to any queries and apartment was as described. Due to it's central location, no close cost effective parking but Valentina gave clear instructions for parking (12 minute walk away/€5 per day). Attentive host who messaged to check that all OK. Even with it's central location it was quiet as windows overlooked an internal courtyard. Just to point out, view from balcony not particularly scenic but fine for sitting out with a morning coffee and beautiful sea views just a 5 minute walk away and in the heart of the old town.

Superb accomodation, very spacious and clean. A comfortable bed, plenty of cupboards, spacious high spec bathroom, great kitchen. We were impressed with Sergio's attention to detail. There were lots of local visitor guides and a list of recommended cafes, restaurants etc. This was one of the best BnB's we have found over many years of travel. Thanyou Sergio.

Check-in was easy and flexible, parking was easy to find. The place was very clean and you had everything you needed for cooking. The location is perfect for getting to the beach and seeing the city, but accordingly not so quiet, as there is a lot going on in the evening. When we had a problem with the internet, Deborah responded quickly and helped us immediately. Overall, I highly recommend the place!

Our family of five had a lovely stay over Easter weekend in Jody’s home. The villa is well-stocked, with comfortable beds, and a really nice living room/loft area. It all felt very spacious and had a beautiful outdoor space. We were able to explore the surrounding areas easily and there’s great restaurants and a wonderful bakery nearby. It all made for a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation.
