Comfortable house, quiet place and always available host. The only sin is the narrow road to reach the house, but once you arrive you appreciate the landscape and peace.

Alberto was a very kind and helpful host from the first message. There was no need to contact him much as he immediately provided me with all the details on how to access/leave the apartment. My girlfriend and I found a beautiful apartment equipped with every comfort, quiet and even fragrant (you notice it as soon as you enter through the front door). Spaces not very large but more than enough even for a whole family given the presence of two bedrooms and a sofa bed. We found it really convenient to have an indoor space where we could leave the car, despite the fact that there are free parking spaces in front of and near the house. Recommended if you want to spend one or more nights in peace and then explore the areas around Gonars during the day!

The cozy small cottage is located in an ideal location for cycling (bikes can be stored in the basement) and yet away from tourist traffic. Mrs. Barbara prepared a delicious cake "Torta di mele" for us, some food for breakfast, fruit. There is a large amount of dishes, some ingredients for daily cooking, detergents including those for washing clothes by hand (there is no washing machine). The accommodation is optimal for 2 adults and 2 smaller children, who will appreciate the many elfes located in the cottage, especially those with extensible legs:-)

Margherita is a helpful and kind host. Very ready to respond to every request, and lavish in giving advice on places to see and where to eat. The house is clean and tidy. Really nice stay.

The house is amazing, large with alot of history and is beautifully renovated. Great for the number of guests we had everyone had their own room and own space. It was a great base for where we needed to be to visit relatives in surrounding visit and nothing is too far away. The beds were comfortable and large so plenty of storage and had everything you needed. We could park off the street and also had great washing facilities and room to hang clothes in the upstairs attic space. Matteo’s house exceeded our expectations and would highly recommend.

Ideal for what we were looking for, near the airport. The house has everything, very spacious and spacious, Romano was very kind, he left us several things for breakfast, and the pizzeria that he recommended very good and good prices. Thank you very much Romano!

Everything was very good, accommodation clean, very nice view and surroundings, lots to do, good restaurants… Hostess very very nice and friendly, she responded quickly to messages and answered all questions and she is always available easy to recommend.

The organizational handling (booking, directions, etc.) worked smoothly and quickly with Pamela from Inter Chalet. Upon arrival we only had contact with Chiara, the owner. We were very kindly welcomed and well introduced to the locations. Chiara was always on site and responsive if needed. The entire property was well maintained and clean. The house was very well equipped. The nearest supermarket is about 5 min drive. It takes about 15 minutes to get to Udine.

We spent a wonderful week at Andrea's place, who welcomed us warmly and in a great mood. The cottage is lovingly furnished, you have everything you need. The large garden offered many opportunities to relax. The whole thing was crowned with an amazing view and great starry evenings. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, Andrea is the place to be!

Perfect apartment for 2 families with kids. Close to everything in walking distance, beach, pool, shopping and restaurants. Nevertheless, the desired tranquility, so not in the middle of the hustle and bustle.

Beautiful location at the end of the building with a private garden space and staircase to the beach. Best location in the complex for me as I recovered from a cycling accident in Slovenia. Quiet and private. A bit hard to find in the dark. Not the owner’s fault. Inexplicably the buildings and condominiums are not labeled or numbered making navigation difficult. Would stay here again and give it 2 thumbs up!

Antonia kindly welcomed us into her apartment, which we found even more spacious and bright than it looked in the photos. There was everything we needed, both in the kitchen and in the bathroom; in addition, Antonia got us a crib for our baby. The large Residence has a swimming pool and lots of greenery around it. You can easily walk to the sea even with a stroller in about ten minutes. We had a great time! We recommend it!

We loved our time staying at this place in Bibione, really lovely apartment perfect for what we needed while we visited friends who live nearby. Thanks so much Andrea we hope to visit again

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was nice, beds were good, and the surroundings are very beautiful and peaceful. Perfect for relaxing. The beach was very close (10-15 min walk) and there is a market and gelateria close by. Communication was perfect. Thanks Daniela and team Mozart!

Enrico was very kind and helpful. His little house is really a love and there is everything you need! And needless to say that the area is very nice and there is a beautiful view. I'll definitely be back!

Paolo is a very friendly, quick to respond to the host. everything worked very smoothly. Apartment is very centrally located in the old town of Grado. everything is very easily accessible on foot.

We spent a great week at Patty’s little house in the woods . The house offers everything you need to spend a nice time. The surroundings and the views are great. The valley offers many hiking trails with different level of difficulties. You can spend days walking in beautiful forests, close to rivers, staring at wild animals coming out when you least expect … If you want a very quiet place this is a must go destination. Be mindful … if you want a place with restaurants, bars, places for aperitivo each day and other amenities, this is not where you want to go. We will be back !

Giovanni put a lot of time and love in his tower! This is how a really special place has emerged, which he now rents out to guests. We were very warmly welcomed and over drinks and cakes he explained the house to us and gave tips for the area. Our children also found the week in the tower wonderful and the location allows many different excursions in the area. If you are looking for a charming unique item for your vacation, Giovanni will find it in Premariacco! We would definitely come back!
