Caterina personally welcomed us and provided us with tips and was always easily accessible during our stay. Your apartment is spacious, well laid out and ideally located. Numerous restaurants, grocery stores and a large Despar are easily accessible. The apartment has been recently renovated and newly furnished. You can tell from many details that it is used as a private family apartment: washing machine, clothes rack, ironing board and iron may be used. In the kitchen, there is really everything you need in terms of appliances, dishes and basic equipment. The apartment was exceptionally clean. 2 small disadvantages: If the air conditioning and dishwasher ran at the same time, the circuit breaker tripped several times. The neighbors upstairs were often quite noisy even during the night. In summary, the apartment is ideally suited for a family of up to six people. We'll be back for sure!

We felt very comfortable and the accommodation was large and beautifully located. Roberto was very friendly and always available. It was very cozy in the evening on the terrace. Sea is just around the corner. However, the free beach where you can set up your own umbrella and beach shell is a little further away. The apartment is definitely recommended. The complex is beautiful and very well maintained, each has its own parking space. Mosquito nets are attached to every window, which is of course great. The apartment has everything you need. We loved the stay and were able to relax nicely:)

Federico is a very accommodating host. The communication went smoothly and very friendly. Messages were responded to very quickly and also a spontaneous change in arrival time was not an issue. The apartment is very nicely located, right on the beach. You can walk very quickly to the pedestrian zone. In the apartment you will also find everything you need for cooking, etc. It was a very nice and successful stay. Thank you for that 😊

Very small vilage, quiet, people friendly to us and the dogs. There is a worse signal here, but that is very good for relaxing today. I recommend and we will definitely come again.

We felt very comfortable. The location is super-almost directly on the sea. With air conditioning and a fly screen on the lower floor, it was good to bear - end of September. Good starting point to explore Grado or also to make further excursions to Trieste, but also Croatia. Only the non-functioning TV could have been a problem if the weather had been bad. Then it's better not to specify a TV. Otherwise, we'd love to come back.

The location is rather close to the main hikes we wanted to do (approx 1 hr driving to Tre Cime, Lago di Sorapis, Cinque Torri). The apartament is modern designed and the kitchen is very well equipped for any needs. Carlo recommended some free parking spots at a walking distance from the apartment. He was also very responsive for any inquiry we had. The only thing we missed are the curtains for the ceiling windows in the bedroom to avoid the light early in the morning.

Great communication, flexible at check-in, available for any questions and needs, apartment well heated, clean and quite equipped. To be considered for those who rent that are not provided: oil/coffee, body soap/shower shampoo, and servicers. There are paper scraps but they are limited. Outside the house, there is a small shop where you can buy what you need.

After resolving small issues, the stay turned out to be extremely positive. The place is of incredible tranquility, healthy and surrounded by greenery. Obviously being in the middle of nature, we have to fight with the many insects that live there, but it's not a big deal. Few mosquitoes and fights with mosquito nets, as well as the presence of a mosquito net in the bedroom. More than anything, it's about butterflies and camole. The apartment is located in a private courtyard, the walls are thick, as is suitable for a farmhouse, so even in the presence of a hot summer like this, at least this part of the season, with the help of a fan and taking advantage of the current between the two airs of the apartment, eating and sleeping was easy

We felt very comfortable in our holiday. The apartment was clean and conveniently furnished. Enrico and Marta were very nice and easily accessible. We were even allowed to move in to the apartment earlier than indicated. All important utensils are available, even a washing machine and a dishwasher are usable. Cleaning products, washing powder, etc., everything is there. There are screens everywhere on the windows, not unimportant in Grado! In the bathroom, next to a bidet, there is a large shower that allows for shared showering, especially if you have smaller children, that can be beneficial. The garden is largely in the shade all day. Very pleasant in summer on hot days. The only thing we were missing was that unfortunately there are no loungers for the garden. It would be pleasant to read or rest comfortably in the garden in the sun lounger every now and then. All in all, however, we were satisfied. Thanks to Enrico and Marta Happily again!

Wilma welcomed us with the proverbial Resiana hospitality to her home, as if we were family, she was flexible with check-in times, courteous, welcoming and very communicative. In fact, he did much more than what is expected of a Host! He welcomed us even before our stay to help us prepare things for the carnival in Resia! It was a pleasure to meet you and we will definitely be back.

Such a nice Place. Clean, new flat. Big, cosy and with everything you need. Summer-Highlight for our three kids was the Pool in the Garden. Loretta and her Family are very kind and funny, she gave us many really good tipps for spots we can visit. Also good is the parking-slot next to the house. Perfect host.

Lovely place. Easy to find, convenient to the hospital but also at the city center! The house is completely renovated, spectacular kitchen but the highlight is the bathroom. Spacious, comfortable, brand new and the hot tub! After a day of walking around with a light rainfall, I assure you that it was magical! I would come back tomorrow!

We arrived as a family with 5 people. In advance, there had already been communication via chat about the booking and the further procedure. We felt very comfortable as a family, the children (teens) did not want to go home. The pool in the enclosed garden area is not visible from the outside and is simply mega. You have a spacious playground and places to escape to. The house offers everything you need for your vacation and is air conditioned. Everything was functional in terms of amenities and we didn't lack anything. We usually ate out, so we were also unable to use the kitchen intensively. However, everything was available for the daily breakfast and small meals. Shopping is best done at the supermarkets in Lignano, everything is less than 10 minutes away by car. Overall, we were very satisfied and would book with Aleksei again. Thank you for the opportunity and the contribution to the successful holiday.
