The fee includes cleaning. The area is elegant and quiet just a short walk from downtown, close to the hospital and university. On the doorbell, ring PERSIC. The apartment is located on the second and last floor. It has recently been completely renovated, bathroom and kitchen are new. The decor is modern. There is a removable cot for children. In the basement there is a small garage, but it is not difficult to find parking immediately outside the house. There is a nice common garden and a terrace.

Samuele was really friendly, very polite and immediately ready for our requests. I had to leave the accommodation a few days earlier than expected due to the loss of my dear mother, and he without hesitation. He didn't even let me refund the days I didn't take advantage of it. So what can I say, a delight. As for the accommodation, nothing to say, everything is perfect, clean and tidy. I recommend the host Samuele I will never finish thanking him .

Mrs. Catia was really kind and helpful to us. His house and the fully fenced garden were in line with what we expected and respected the proposal offered on the site. Very well-kept interiors, comfortable, cozy and clean beds. Warm environment heated by a pellet stove. Equipped kitchen, utensils, comforts of all kinds available. If we really want to find a flaw, I could mention the extractor hood and its light that did not work and was not clean. But, I would recommend Catia's house for a wonderful vacation. Thanks again for your hospitality

Excellent and ideal location. We chose Valentina's accommodation because it allowed us to reach destinations such as Udine, Palmanova beautiful hexagonal city, Cividale, Redipuglia in 30 minutes, Gorizia and Gradisca in 10 minutes. In just over an hour you are in Trieste and Piran in Slovenia. The apartment is very clean, spacious and in a quiet place with a garden where my children played before leaving for our excursions. Ideal for a family. Nothing was missing and the abundant breakfast provided was really a nice surprise. Valentina is nice and very responsive. Excellent!

Jenny was amazing, the apartment was spotless and fully equipped, the outdoor space was excellent and spacious and the neighborhood super quiet. Host had a wonderful touch in every regard from the snacks she had left on the table and brought again, not to mention the fresh towels mid stay. Can not recommend enough especially for people with kids with the spacious beautiful backyard. Can keep going with the amazing things but we will definitely be back.

We would book the place again in a heartbeat. The location is perfect, incredible view, right on the beach and also the decor is very tasteful. We found a full refrigerator not only for breakfast, even pasta, sugo, beer, wine water juices..... When checking in, we had slight difficulties because Airbnb did not release the data. Davide was very welcoming during our stay! He contacted us prior to our check-in to inform us of the property location, check-in process and wifi details, throughout our stay, we never struggled to get in touch with him for any clarification. The property had adequate spaces with spacious kitchen, bathroom and ac etc. We loved our time here and recommend it to anyone else that is going to visit Pordenone as the property is located close to the town centre.

Stayed here with my family of three. The place was well appointed and in an excellent location walking distance to the centre of San Vito. Naomi was great and frequently checked in if we needed anything. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space. The street below is quite busy though and loud so with windows open and you are a light sleeper it tough.
