This is such a great apartment for discovering Udine and the surrounding area! There are many supermarkets, shops, cafes really close by. Everything can be explored by foot! The Apartment is really cozy, and the kitchen has everything you need for cooking! Stefania was such a nice host! She showed us everything in detail in the apartment and also helped us with any follow up questions we had during our stay. I can really recommend this place :)

Luka is a wonderful host, very helpful and friendly. Once you enter the apartment you will feel like you’re at home, there’s everything you need for a peaceful vacation, easy to reach, 5 minute walk to the bus station, in a middle of the town. I would highly recommend Luka’s apartment with a private yard.

Erica is the perfect host. She is very warm and helpful. The check in was great. Erica was at home and we were warmly welcomed by her. The place is tip top and has everything you need. The beach is less than a 3-minute walk away and the city center and shops, restaurants and bars/cafes are a 10-minute walk away. Erica gave us tips and a city map and we got a wonderfully delicious breakfast every morning ( big praise to the bakery ). What is also worth mentioning and makes the accommodation additionally recommended is the private, closed parking in the courtyard (worth its weight in gold). You can leave the car without worrying and explore the beautiful city in peace. We had a wonderful weekend at Erica's and will definitely be back. Hopefully the room will still be available with so much praise the next time we come to Grado 😅🌸

Fantastic apartment right in the city on the main square, lots of restaurants, shops, coffee shops. Claudia invited me for coffee and was extremely friendly and helpful and had great English communication skills..I don't speak Italian and Claudia made the whole experience really great. I would definitely recommend the apartment and is great value for money!!..I would definitely stay here again!

Elena is a great host, we were very warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable since the first minute. The house is away from tourist hotspots and we enjoyed it. It was quiet, the garden very well maintained. Our daughter had a favorite spot: the hammock under the shaded trees - plus the kittens born in May, and she was happy. There is plenty of parking. The apartment is clean and conveniently furnished. The small kitchen with fridge we found very helpful. Sleeping rooms are air conditioned. In just under 15 minutes, you will be on the beautiful natural beach inưa. Bakery and restaurants nearby. Elena gives a lot of tips and is very helpful. Breakfast is outdoors - we found it beautiful and very relaxing. There are rolls and croissant, homemade cakes, and homemade jam and honey. In addition, fresh fruit, yogurt and cereals. Tea and coffee. Great we found the fresh eggs of the farm's own chickens. Elena prepares the best pancakes on request.... We had an insanely relaxing holiday and will return. Thank you for the wonderful time. ❤️

We found a very well-kept, equipped and clean apartment. The area is quiet, suitable for those who want to rest and get away from the daily stress. There are also excellent restaurants nearby. I stayed with Elena and Alessandro both for work and to visit the surrounding area. The room and house are well kept and very well maintained. The house is very spacious and certainly has many stories to tell. Everything in order, well maintained and very clean. There is a large and convenient indoor parking lot. The location is great: in a few minutes' walk I arrived in the beautiful center of Cividale and I was able to walk through its magical streets full of wonderful buildings. Cividale is a center that combines a long and complex history with powerful nature. The Natisone River allows you to savor the beauty of wild nature just a short walk from the city center. An imposing river and synonymous with a nature that requires attention and care, but which surprises with its majestic strength. For those who want to immerse themselves in the historical, natural climate of Cividale, Elena and Alessandro's accommodation is really great. In about fifteen minutes I comfortably reached Udine. Super recommended. Congratulations!

Floriana was a lovely and communicative host and her place was large, clean and perfect for our family. The location is beautiful, quiet and peaceful and it was very convenient for us to visit with our local family and friends. We felt very lucky to stay for 5 nights. Our 3 year old was very sad to say goodbye to our "Italy home". We hope to return again one day 🙂

Wow what an amazing experience. Our family spent Easter here and had a terrific time. Lots of activities for the kids (both under age 5), morning walk to the chicken coop to collect eggs and a visit to the donkeys. The breakfast that is provided is so generous, an abundance of freshly made bread and a fully stocked fridge. Really every detail was thought through. Definitely recommend the extra activities/ add ons. The pizza making, horseback riding and meals cooked for us really made the experience feel like a 5 star experience. We also had onsite Turkish bath, sauna and wine tasting. Loved it and highly recommend.

We staid at Ines place for one night during our Xmas trip to our family in Rome. It was wonderful, such a nice place and rooms! Even we where three hours late due to a traffic jam, Ines waited for us until 23:00h. Also the breakfast with ham and eggs and typical and self made jam was wonderful. A private parking spot you have directly in front of the house next to the road. We will definitely come back and next time take the holiday apartment with a terrace.

Thank you for your hospitality! Everything was perfect, tasty breakfest, spotless accomodation, really nice location. I was there with my family and my 18momths old daughter fot 10 days. Bicycles was super cool for little trips (we went to Bibione and Sabbiadoro), they have one bicycle with kid seat so I could take my dougter to trips. We agreed we would definitely come back again.
