Wilma welcomed us with the proverbial Resiana hospitality to her home, as if we were family, she was flexible with check-in times, courteous, welcoming and very communicative. In fact, he did much more than what is expected of a Host! He welcomed us even before our stay to help us prepare things for the carnival in Resia! It was a pleasure to meet you and we will definitely be back.

Elena is a great host, we were very warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable since the first minute. The house is away from tourist hotspots and we enjoyed it. It was quiet, the garden very well maintained. Our daughter had a favorite spot: the hammock under the shaded trees - plus the kittens born in May, and she was happy. There is plenty of parking. The apartment is clean and conveniently furnished. The small kitchen with fridge we found very helpful. Sleeping rooms are air conditioned. In just under 15 minutes, you will be on the beautiful natural beach inưa. Bakery and restaurants nearby. Elena gives a lot of tips and is very helpful. Breakfast is outdoors - we found it beautiful and very relaxing. There are rolls and croissant, homemade cakes, and homemade jam and honey. In addition, fresh fruit, yogurt and cereals. Tea and coffee. Great we found the fresh eggs of the farm's own chickens. Elena prepares the best pancakes on request.... We had an insanely relaxing holiday and will return. Thank you for the wonderful time. ❤️

Such a nice Place. Clean, new flat. Big, cosy and with everything you need. Summer-Highlight for our three kids was the Pool in the Garden. Loretta and her Family are very kind and funny, she gave us many really good tipps for spots we can visit. Also good is the parking-slot next to the house. Perfect host.

Communication via airbnb exemplary, fast, friendly and detailed. Handling and booking no issues. Green Village Resort: A dream. Luxurious villa, super pool landscape, shuttle to the beach well available, with rental bikes in 5 min also accessible. Beautiful beach section, nice staff in the beach bar. Food in the hotel a bit overpriced, but with self-catering in a new kitchen, it also lives very well. The staff has always taken care of everything. We had an internet outage and everything was put back in order within a day. Super friendly cleaning squad that takes everything very discreetly and carefully. We will definitely repeat the Green Village vacation, there was nothing to complain about!

My experience in Passariano was excellent, the apartment was just as you showed it. Vittorio and his wife are two luxury hosts, they even left us things for breakfast and drinks. The area is beautiful, and we felt right at home. An experience we would definitely repeat.

The stay was very pleasant. It felt like I was at home. Juri was very helpful and welcomed us with familiarity and also gave us several directions on where to park. It was a great experience!

Comfortable house, quiet place and always available host. The only sin is the narrow road to reach the house, but once you arrive you appreciate the landscape and peace.

We spent a great week at Patty’s little house in the woods . The house offers everything you need to spend a nice time. The surroundings and the views are great. The valley offers many hiking trails with different level of difficulties. You can spend days walking in beautiful forests, close to rivers, staring at wild animals coming out when you least expect … If you want a very quiet place this is a must go destination. Be mindful … if you want a place with restaurants, bars, places for aperitivo each day and other amenities, this is not where you want to go. We will be back !

Very nice remote place for people looking for peace and calmness. Sweet owners, very clean and nice unit. Great Japanese bath.

All in all a great place to stay - for me personally, however, the big bed on the ground floor was too soft. In the living room you should put a new sofa - in winter the heating situation is sometimes difficult. But Michela is a great hostess and so everything fits wonderfully. Small tip: in nearby Sedegliano there is a small shop, where everything is simply good, from croissants to prosciutto, cheese, but also ready-made dishes - opposite the church, called "Tauler" (exact opening hours are not available, in the evening usually open until 7 PM)

Apartment in the center, ztl, great for tranquility and convenient to reach all the services offered by this town. Attentive and helpful owner. Clean property, very well furnished, on the 3rd floor without an elevator. Equipped with everything you need. We felt right at home!! Thanks Silvia, we'll be happy to come back!!! R&M.

Perfect stopover if you're on a long journey home!

We have been in the accommodation for the 3rd consecutive year and are still enthusiastic... location, amenities, cleanliness and communication leaves nothing to be desired.

The organizational handling (booking, directions, etc.) worked smoothly and quickly with Pamela from Inter Chalet. Upon arrival we only had contact with Chiara, the owner. We were very kindly welcomed and well introduced to the locations. Chiara was always on site and responsive if needed. The entire property was well maintained and clean. The house was very well equipped. The nearest supermarket is about 5 min drive. It takes about 15 minutes to get to Udine.

Marco’s apartment was spacy, clean, well equiped. Marco and His brother were helpfull and they react really fast. The swimming pool was nice and big.

Beautiful location at the end of the building with a private garden space and staircase to the beach. Best location in the complex for me as I recovered from a cycling accident in Slovenia. Quiet and private. A bit hard to find in the dark. Not the owner’s fault. Inexplicably the buildings and condominiums are not labeled or numbered making navigation difficult. Would stay here again and give it 2 thumbs up!

Our family of five had a lovely stay over Easter weekend in Jody’s home. The villa is well-stocked, with comfortable beds, and a really nice living room/loft area. It all felt very spacious and had a beautiful outdoor space. We were able to explore the surrounding areas easily and there’s great restaurants and a wonderful bakery nearby. It all made for a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Old-fashioned likeable - was our style. We enjoyed the goats and the pool during a short visit. Only some dust was on the floor and there were worms in the cereal. They were immediately disposed of and all other cereals were also looked through. I didn't expect breakfast myself and looked forward to the worms. Since this is a no-go for my partner, we will probably not come anymore. Thanks anyway.

It is a wonderful place to stay, a small house adjacent to a large house, with a large, idyllic garden and a great pool, from which you can overlook the entire Tagliamento. Andrea is a very friendly and helpful host who provided us with good information. Within walking distance there is a good Alimentari with a small bar. For hikers, there is Monte Pala and a beautiful medieval path to Vito d'asio via San Martino - right outside the front door!
