Casa confortevole, posto tranquillo e host sempre disponibile. Unica pecca la strada stretta per raggiungere l’abitazione, ma una volta arrivati si apprezza il paesaggio e la pace.

Alberto è stato un host gentilissimo e disponibile fin dal primo messaggio. Non c'è stato nemmeno bisogno di contattarlo più di tanto in quanto mi ha fornito subito tutti i dettagli sul come accedere/lasciare l'appartamento. Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo trovato un bellissimo appartamento fornito di qualsiasi comodità, tranquillo e anche profumato (ce ne si accorge non appena si entra dalla porta d'ingresso). Spazi non grandissimi ma più che sufficienti anche per un'intera famiglia visto la presenza di due camere da letto e un divano letto. Abbiamo trovato veramente comodo l'avere uno spazio interno dove poter lasciare l'auto nonostante comunque di fronte e vicino alla casa ci siano parcheggi gratuiti. Consigliato se volete passare una o più notti in tranquillità per esplorare poi di giorno le zone nei dintorni di Gonars!

The cozy small cottage is located in an ideal location for cycling (bikes can be stored in the basement) and yet away from tourist traffic. Mrs. Barbara prepared a delicious cake "Torta di mele" for us, some food for breakfast, fruit. There is a large amount of dishes, some ingredients for daily cooking, detergents including those for washing clothes by hand (there is no washing machine). The accommodation is optimal for 2 adults and 2 smaller children, who will appreciate the many elfes located in the cottage, especially those with extensible legs:-)

Villetta in zona tranquilla, da cui il centro è raggiungibile in circa 15 minuti a piedi. La villetta offre parcheggio interno privato. Spaziosa per 4 persone (noi siamo stati in 3 più il cane), dotata di elettrodomestici utili e ben tenuti. Ospiti molto cordiali e disponibili.

Margherita è un host disponibile e gentile. Prontissima a rispondere ad ogni richiesta, e prodiga nel dare consigli sui posti da vedere e dove mangiare. La casa pulita ed in ordine. Davvero un bel soggiorno.

The house is amazing, large with alot of history and is beautifully renovated. Great for the number of guests we had everyone had their own room and own space. It was a great base for where we needed to be to visit relatives in surrounding visit and nothing is too far away. The beds were comfortable and large so plenty of storage and had everything you needed. We could park off the street and also had great washing facilities and room to hang clothes in the upstairs attic space. Matteo’s house exceeded our expectations and would highly recommend.

Ideal para lo que estábamos buscando, cerca del aeropuerto. La casa tiene de todo, muy amplia y espaciosa, Romano muy amable, nos dejó varias cosas para el desayuno, y la pizzeria que nos recomendó muy buena y buenos precios. Muchas gracias Romano!

beautiful house, beautiful location

Alles war sehr gut,Unterkunft sauber sehr schöne Aussicht und Umgebung vieles zum Unternehmen gute Restaurants… Gastgeberin sehr sehr nett und freundlich, sie reagierte schnell auf Nachrichten und beantwortet alles fragen und sie ist immer erreichbar einfach zu empfehlen.

Die organisatorische Abwicklung (Buchung, Wegbeschreibung etc.) hat mit Pamela von Inter Chalet problemlos und zügig funktioniert. Nach der Ankunft hatten wir ausschließlich Kontakt zu Chiara, der Besitzerin. Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen und gut in die Örtlichkeiten eingeführt worden. Chiara war stets vor Ort und ansprechbar, wenn sie benötigt wurde. Das gesamte Anwesen war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet. Der nächste Supermarkt befindet sich ca 5 Autominuten entfernt. Bis nach Udine benötigt man ca 15 Minuten.

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche bei Andrea verbracht, der uns warmherzig und bestens gelaunt empfangen hat. Das Häuschen ist liebevoll eingerichtet, man hat alles, was man braucht. Der große Garten bot viele Möglichkeiten zum Entspannen. Gekrönt wurde das Ganze mit einer fantastischen Aussicht und tollen sternenklaren Abenden. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist bei Andrea genau an der richtigen Adresse!

Perfekte Wohnung für 2 Familien mit Kindern. Alles in der Nähe zu Fuß erreichbar, Strand, Pool, Einkaufen und Restaurants. Trotzdem die gewünschte Ruhe, also nicht mitten im Trubel.

Etwas kompliziert zu finden. Unser Navi hat uns mit der Route von Airbnb falsch geschickt. Ist außerhalb von Triest. Meerblick ist wunderbar. Der Zugang zum Meer ist entweder über eine Stiege, Leiter oder sehr spitzen kleine Steine. Es gibt ein WC mit Dusche und ein separates WC - leider ohne Dusche- beim zweiten Schlafzimmer. Ein kleiner Garten mit Liegen ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Super war die Steckdose in der Garage für unser Auto zum Laden.

Antonia ci ha gentilmente accolti nel suo appartamento, che abbiamo trovato anche più ampio e luminoso di quanto sembrasse dalle foto. C'era tutto il necessario, sia in cucina che in bagno; in più, Antonia ci ha procurato una culla per il nostro bimbo. Il grande Residence ha una piscina e molto verde attorno. Si può tranquillamente raggiungere a piedi il mare anche con il passeggino in una decina di minuti. Siamo stati bene! Lo consigliamo!

We loved our time staying at this place in Bibione, really lovely apartment perfect for what we needed while we visited friends who live nearby. Thanks so much Andrea we hope to visit again

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was nice, beds were good, and the surroundings are very beautiful and peaceful. Perfect for relaxing. The beach was very close (10-15 min walk) and there is a market and gelateria close by. Communication was perfect. Thanks Daniela and team Mozart!

Es war sehr gemütlich. Gut für Hunde geeignet, mit Wiese direkt vor der Tür.

Paolo ist ein sehr freundlicher, schnell reagieren der Gastgeber. alles hat sehr reibungslos funktioniert. Wohnung ist sehr zentral in der Altstadt von Grado gelegen. alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

We spent a great week at Patty’s little house in the woods . The house offers everything you need to spend a nice time. The surroundings and the views are great. The valley offers many hiking trails with different level of difficulties. You can spend days walking in beautiful forests, close to rivers, staring at wild animals coming out when you least expect … If you want a very quiet place this is a must go destination. Be mindful … if you want a place with restaurants, bars, places for aperitivo each day and other amenities, this is not where you want to go. We will be back !

Giovanni hat viel Zeit und Liebe in seinen Turm gesteckt! So ist ein wirklich besonderer Ort entstanden, den er nun an Gäste vermietet. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und bei Getränken und Kuchen erklärte er uns das Haus und gab Tipps für die Umgebung. Auch unsere Kinder fanden die Woche im Turm wunderbar und die Lage ermöglicht viele verschiedene Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Wer ein charmantes Unikat für seinen Urlaub sucht, findet es bei Giovanni in Premariacco! Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Wir haben uns mehr als wohlgefühlt und es wurde sich aufmerksam um uns gekümmert. Vielen Dank! Die Gegend ist traumhaft und die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen zum Entspannen und Abschalten. Wir möchten sehr gerne wiederkommen!

Séjour agréable, Lorenzo est une personne chaleureuse est sympathique. Appartement plus que convenable. Localisation très calme et proche de toutes commodités. A recommander.

Monika e suo marito erano davvero gentili e l‘appartamento era comodo. C‘era anche una pizzeria che aveva delle pizze molto gustose.

Sehr schöne, ruhige Gegend, alles, was man im Appartement braucht, war vorhanden, großräumig, nahe am Meer und sehr nette, hilfreiche Gastgeberin.
