Vacation rentals with beach access in Province of Terni

Posizione ottima, Giovanni è stato un host ospitale. La casa ha un soggiorno molto spazioso ed uno spazio esterno molto carino.

Appartamento dagli ampi spazi. Abbiamo alloggiato 2 notti in 4, ci sono trovati molto bene. Paolo, figlio di Floriana sempre disponibile e gentilissimo. Casa fornita anche di caffè e saponi nuovi. Veramente ottima accoglienza. Strategico se si vuole vendere i dintorni e stare riva lago.

Es war einfach traumhaft! wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Besuch.

Io, mio marito Matteo e i miei due figli abbiamo soggiornato nello chalet di Giulio dal 26 al 28 Maggio 2023 e siamo stati davvero benissimo. La casetta è immersa in una splendida natura, con un prato curatissimo, a due passi dal lago. Per chi viaggia con bambini o ragazzi il posto consente ai figli di divertirsi e ai genitori di rilassarsi, c'è la possibilità di usare una piscina molto carina e delle porte da calcio (i miei figli hanno passato bellissime giornate tra calcio, lago e piscina). E' un posto adatto a chi ama il silenzio e il non affollamento, almeno ora a Maggio c'era pochissima gente. Con la macchina si arriva facilmente a visitare i vari paesi e a mangiare in deliziosi ristorantini. Giulio un ospite premuroso e gentile, noi torneremo di certo!

Posto magnifico ottimo per dei giorni di puro relax in mezzo alla natura con vista sul lago mozzafiato,ottima posizione per raggiungere le cascate delle marmore e dintorni,zona servita di ristoranti e mini market,Marco è un ragazzo molto preciso e attento alla cura del cliente. Ci ritornerò sicuramente :)

We had a lovely stay in Bolsena. The house is in a great location with excellent views from the multiple balconies and roof terrace. It was very clean and check-in/check-out experience was very simple. Communication with Oystein was very good and plenty of useful information provided. Would highly recommend staying here!

Wir sind überzeugt, dass man in Bolsena nicht besser wohnen kann. Es gibt diesen filmreifen Moment, da einem der Atem stockt, wenn man die Wohnung betritt und die Jalousientüren vor den großen Fenstern öffnet: über den schönen alten Dächern des Ortes breitet sich in einem 180 Grad Panorama der See und die Landschaft vor einem aus - mehr braucht es eigentlich nicht. Immer großartig der Blick, bei allen Wetterlagen. Aber dann ist da ja aber auch noch diese wunderbare Wohnung, so behaglich, schön ausgestattet, alles komfortabel, das Sofa, das Bett, die Küche mit ausreichender Ausstattung, sich gut zu bekochen mit den feinen Produkten aus den vielen kleinen Läden, die den Charme des Ortes ausmachen. Wir waren einen ganzen Monat lang im Februar / März dort, und die Wohnung ließ sich optimal beheizen. Aber man kann bei Sonne sofort auf dem herrlichen Balkon sitzen und nur geniessen, dass man hier sein kann! Dazu gibt es schnelle, hilfreiche, freundliche Kommunikation mit Eva. DANKE!

We have truly enjoyed our stay here. It is so much more beautiful in real life. This is not just your average Airbnb. The view is INSANE. The pool was bigger than it seemed to us on the pictures! You also have a private sitting area outside right in front of your own door with beautiful view over the whole lake and the best spot for enjoying the beautiful sunsets with a nice local Italian wine. Everything is so well thought out, from the design of the room, as the parking spot as the seating area, it is clear that Giulio's family but a lot of love, thought and attention into this.
