Vacation rentals with beach access in Province of Terni

Apartment with large spaces. We stayed 2 nights in 4, they had a great time. Paolo, Floriana's son, always available and very kind. House also stocked with new coffee and soaps. Really great hospitality. Strategic if you want to sell the surroundings and stay by the lake.

A perfect stay for those looking for relaxation and nature! The accommodation is a short walk from the lake, a priceless location for those who love walking or simply enjoying the view. The tranquility of the place is a great point in its favor, ideal for getting away from the daily routine. One of the aspects we appreciated is the equipped outdoor area, also perfect for those traveling with their dog. In addition, the host Marta was extremely kind and helpful, allowing us to leave the house well after check-out time, which made the stay even more relaxing. Highly recommended for a refreshing getaway.

I loved my stay at this beautiful little apartment. Maria Argia and Massimo are lovely hosts, very welcoming, attentive, generous and available. I really appreciated the overall comfort, the impeccable cleanliness, the parking behind the gate, the pretty arbor with lemon trees, the proximity to the lake and the village, everything can be reached on foot. Thank you Maria Argia and Massimo for your kind attention, I felt at home and I will be happy to come back.

My husband Matteo, my two children and I stayed in Giulio's chalet from May 26 to 28, 2023 and we had a really great time. The cottage is surrounded by beautiful nature, with a well-kept lawn, a stone's throw from the lake. For those traveling with children or teenagers, the place allows children to have fun and parents to relax, there is the possibility to use a very nice swimming pool and soccer goals (my children spent wonderful days between soccer, lake and swimming pool). It's a place for those who love silence and uncrowded spaces, at least now in May there were very few people. By car, you can easily visit the various towns and eat in delicious restaurants. Giulio is a considerate and kind host, we will certainly be back!

What can I say? Gorgeous lake views, and Marco prepared everything we needed (and even things we didn't know we'd need). Stay was way beyond expectations. When we left items behind, Marco quickly helped us get them back - so thoughtful! Thank you so much Marco!

We had a lovely stay in Bolsena. The house is in a great location with excellent views from the multiple balconies and roof terrace. It was very clean and check-in/check-out experience was very simple. Communication with Oystein was very good and plenty of useful information provided. Would highly recommend staying here!

We are convinced that you can't live better in Bolsena. There is this cinematic moment as you catch your breath when you enter the apartment and open the blind doors in front of the large windows: across the beautiful old rooftops of the place spreads in a 180 degree panorama of the lake and the landscape in front of you - that's all you need. Always great the view, in all the weather. But then there is also this wonderful apartment, so cozy, nicely equipped, everything comfortable, the sofa, the bed, the kitchen with sufficient equipment to cook well with the fine products from the many small shops that make up the charm of the place. We stayed there for a whole month in February / March, and the apartment was optimally heated. But you can immediately sit on the magnificent balcony in the sun and only enjoy being here! There is also quick, helpful, friendly communication with Eva. THANKS!

We have truly enjoyed our stay here. It is so much more beautiful in real life. This is not just your average Airbnb. The view is INSANE. The pool was bigger than it seemed to us on the pictures! You also have a private sitting area outside right in front of your own door with beautiful view over the whole lake and the best spot for enjoying the beautiful sunsets with a nice local Italian wine. Everything is so well thought out, from the design of the room, as the parking spot as the seating area, it is clear that Giulio's family but a lot of love, thought and attention into this.
