Townhome vacation rentals in Province of Sondrio

Very nice area on Lake Como. The place is very nice and everything is modernly furnished. Towels, bed linen, shampoo, hair dryer, etc. are all provided. The property is approx. 15 minutes walk from Colico.

Colico is nice and not too touristy. Place is on two floors the lower floor or the basement is a bit damp and cold, but it’s still a nice space; the second floor is nice with mountain views. House is on a steep hill, 20 min walk up. Maria is a nice and kind host. She is very accommodating and responsive. Internet is not super fast but works good enough. Nice place for long stays as well. Definitely recommend

the stay was really pleasant. the apartment is perfect, brand new and very clean. No problem with the cold, great heating system. The full kitchen of dishes (bottoms, floors and fruit), glasses, glasses, cups, cups, pots, pots and pans, boilatte, microwave, microwave, dishwasher, dishwasher, tea, tea, dishwasher, dishwasher, dishwasher, microwave. Children's games and playing cards are also available for guests. Parking lot in the garage below. the only downside, if you can define it, the laundry service is outside (even if the staff was quick and very available), while with all the space in the garages it could be equipped with two washing machines and two coin dryers. Anyway perfect!!!!

If you are looking for a quiet place to spend your holidays, this is the perfect place!! The place is spotless and everything is available to feel at home!! Access to a small beach just below is at its best. 2 mins from the listing! The owners check in to see if everything is okay and are at your disposal if needed. The only downside, the car is a must to do everything. Even buy bread in the morning.

We had a lovely stay in Gravedona. Francesca was always available and very flexible. The place has a very nice promenade (right outside the door) and a great beach, especially for children, which is a 10-minute walk away. The apartment is on the ground floor, very reassured as the house is surrounded by greenery and gardens. There is no through traffic here as it is located in the backyard directly to the lake. The access to the lake is locked by a door, which may be used with a paddle board from Francesca. This is good, otherwise all holiday guests of the different apartments would walk by. We felt comfortable and thank Francesca. Tip: Rent a boat in Dongo, behind the Iperal or enjoy the lake by the beach. The best ice cream is on the promenade just in front of the church.

We spent 2 wonderful weeks in "Zimmer Franka". Grazia is a very nice host ,the well-being of her guests is important to her. The accommodation is simple and yet everything necessary + more is available. The garden is a paradise for people and animals. The lake can be reached after about a 5-minute walk and the bus stop is directly opposite. From here you can drive towards Colico or Como. Gravedonna itself is a beautiful rather quiet town. If you like it more hustle and bustle, you can easily make excursions to the more touristy areas from here. We were very comfortable and welcome. Thank you for this.

We were very hospitably welcomed by Dennis and Janna with wine, fruit and flowers. Everything was spotless, communication couldn't be better! Jana responded to all our questions right away. We loved being there. There can be no two opinions about the location. Terrific. We loved being there.

This place was very cozy and clean. The view was so beautiful from the terrace. Also the host Melissa was very friendly

Alex and Leonardo were very helpful, they gave us a walkthrough of the property when we arrived and made sure we knew how to work the hot-tub, etc. before they left. Their place had all the needed amenities including a bunch of outlet adapters which was great as we were from out of country. The view.. absolutely amazing. When you see it you will not regret staying in their place. The town of Varenna can get pretty crowded but Bellano which was about 4 mins away had a much quieter feel with the ability to park and walk around. If you’re a bigger person you may find the shower to be a but small (I’m 6’2” - 220lbs and it was hard to move around in) but it got the job done and they have done a lot with the space they have so don’t let that stop you. Both hosts were very polite and friendly when we arrived even though we were very late due to delayed trains and some difficulties with getting our rental car. 100% would stay again!
