Julien's house, nestled in the mountains, is an atypical, cozy and very peaceful place. When you get there, you'll have breathtaking views of Lake Como. Many hikes are accessible from the house. You will also find in Colico many restaurants, beaches for swimming and shopping. Julien is a great host, welcoming, caring and full of tips for a successful stay. We are very happy with our stay.

It was a wonderful vacation at Il Terrazzino. We really enjoyed our time at the lake and in the house.

The two days we spent on Pierinos estate weren't enough to fully appreciate all the advantages this place has to offer. Nevertheless, we are left with a great impression. Thank you very much, Pierino.

The place was really beautiful and partly really cute. Communication with the host worked out great. However, one should be aware that the path to the accommodation differs greatly from a normal road. You drive about 20 minutes on very challenging roads. Those who love nature will be rewarded with absolute tranquility and a fantastic environment.

Those who want nature and tranquility and have their own car will absolutely appreciate this accommodation. The surroundings are beautiful. No crowds of tourists, no noise. We have not tried how easy it would be to get around here with public transport, but we do not imagine it to be so easy. The car could be parked not far from the accommodation (300 meters approx.). Como town is 1.5 hours away, and the northern part of Lake Como is 30 minutes away. The apartment is spacious, super clean, it has everything you need for cooking. Bed comfortable, bathroom pleasant. Internet is sufficient for private use. Giovanni is very nice and even if he doesn't speak English, he is very resourceful. Many instructions had already been prepared in writing and when he received us, he used Google Translate on his cell phone so that we could communicate with each other. There is even a small children's playground opposite the bus stop. We will be happy to come back.

The accommodation is spacious, super clean and the local pizza place is a gem. Luca is a fantastic host who is extremely friendly and goed the extra mile with local recommendations. Just a fantastic place!!

The house is in the middle of nature with great views of the lake. Our dog loved the enclosed garden. Perfect for many walks in beautiful nature or as a base for exploring the beautiful villages of the area. Always happy to come back.

The apartment is very nice, super new and equipped with every comfort. Ponte di Legno is about a 15-minute drive away. It's perfect for a group of friends or a family who want to ski in Ponte di Legno or Passo del Tonale and also have the comforts of a real home, where you can cook, eat or watch a movie in the evening on the large sofa in the living room. Everything was perfectly clean and tidy upon our arrival. The host was more than helpful, promptly answering the many questions I asked him, from information about the house to tips on potential trips to the surrounding areas. The icing on the cake for us: there is a fireplace that you can light, but you have to buy the fuel at the supermarket, which adds the right atmosphere to your stay in the mountains. We will definitely be back.

The property is very spacious and is located in a quiet place on a hillside. Everything necessary was available on-site. We met Alessia and her family in person and the two are very nice, helpful and were always easy to reach. The only drawback is the Wi-Fi and cell phone reception.

We enjoyed the stay very much and were able to relax in the very nicely maintained accommodation including hotpot in the quiet and fantastic surroundings. Many thanks to the very friendly hosts🤗

Truly spectacular - one of the best views I've enjoyed from any accommodation ever. The home inside was also perfect for a short term stay for two people - super cozy and very clean. Communications from the hosts before and during our stay were great. The home is a little bit further outside of the city then we realized when looking at the map (~15 minute drive up the hill) so take advantage of the restaurant recommendations nearby! Agriturismo Zertin was fantastic

I had an amazing stay at Daniele’s! The location was absolutely perfect, making it easy to explore the cities and mountains around. The space was spotless, well-organized, and exactly as described in the listing. Everything exceeded my expectations, and the attention to detail was fantastic. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area – I would definitely stay here again!

A perfect stay! We loved the apartment, it was so beautifully decorated and well located. A perfect location to the restaurants and lake. A wonderful host with great recommendations and communication. The place itself was great, lots of nice restaurants and the public beach was lovely. 10/10 stay!

4 nights didn’t feel enough and we left with such a heavy heart. Laura’s place is breathtaking and pictures don’t do it any justice. We were so sad to leave the tranquil and peaceful villa. I’ve never stayed anywhere like this and look forward to going back.

What a wonderful and charming find!! A real treasure! All of the postcards and art you see of Varenna have this wonderful apartment on them making it feel even more special. Our host was warm and welcoming. The TV had Netflix which as fantastic! One word of caution… the stone steps in this town are everywhere down every street and you can’t access the apartment by car. So luggage is difficult. But to us the struggle was worth it! Both when we checked in and out we had people offering to help us with the stairs. Everyone was so friendly. I can’t wait to stay again

Very clean environment and with every comfort. It's like feeling at home. I enjoyed everything... from the soft and fragrant linens, to the terrace where it's a show to eat, to the pool to cool off. Katiuscia's dad set up umbrellas and deck chairs for us every morning. The place is very relaxing and is a strategic point for reaching beautiful places to visit. Thanks for hosting! :-)

Four of us stayed here for only a couple days and were incredibly impressed by the spectacular view of the lake and the surroundings. It looked like out of a travel magazine. The unit itself was quite nice with total upgrades everywhere which were in top condition. If you are driving yourself up the hill to the home be prepared for some fun driving adventures on twisting turning curves that are somewhat narrow. We always had a driver. We could see that it takes some experience to get good at it.

The house looks good like on a picture. When we checked in , it was not cleaned up after previous guests, bus Susanne was responsive and organize quickly a cleaning lady and refund us cleaning fee . I’m satisfy with a stay. The only minus that you can’t park right in front of the house, might be uncomfortable if you carrying heavy things. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

Incredible accommodation! The pool is fantastic and you can relax. In addition, the beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms very clean. Also, the communication in advance and during our stay was great. Always available and there was a quick response. The way to the accommodation is a small, winding adventure 😄 if you are lucky, there is also a free parking space near the accommodation. Thanks to the small cart, we were able to drive our luggage to the accommodation. Thanks for this great experience with you!

The place is as shown in the pictures. You have everything you need. The kitchen was also equipped with spices and oil. We enjoyed the time and especially the great view very much. Approximately 10-15 minutes' walk from the property, there is access to the lake. However, bathing shoes are an advantage here. Since we had a big car, it was difficult for us to get in or out of the parking lot. It is not possible to turn around here. Unfortunately, this was also very muddy due to water. We usually parked a little further down in the paid parking spaces. This was a much more comfortable solution. Simona really did a great job and was available to us at all times. She also gave us great tips on what to do in the area. In case of problems and questions, she always helped immediately.

We had a lovely time at Resy and Luciana's. The kitchen and bathroom are very well equipped and we lacked nothing. The views and location are breathtaking. We enjoyed the time on the terrace very much. The approach leads over a winding, partly narrow road, but becomes wider upwards. The fact that the house does not have its own parking space is no problem at all, as there are always many spaces available in the local parking lot. The beds were already prepared especially for us and there are also plenty of towels available. Thank you so much for the really nice days - we enjoyed the time very much.
