The location was absolutely perfect—just a short 5-minute walk to the cable cars and the bustling main street, which had charming shops and fantastic restaurants. Plus, the nearby bus stop makes it incredibly convenient to head over to Mottolino. The apartment itself was spotless and well-equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. From crockery and cutlery to pots, pans, toaster, and even a caffetiere, the kitchen had all the essentials to whip up meals after a day on the slopes. There was a minor hiccup during check-in, but I was impressed with how quickly the host responded to my concerns. Their attentiveness made the process much smoother, and I appreciated their willingness to help. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to explore Livigno.

Unfortunately, we got a pretty rainy week. This makes an apartment where you feel as comfortable as in this one all the more important. We found two bathrooms, a washing machine, Fire TV Stick, a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove as well as plenty of consumables and towels. We were also very pleased with the welcome basket with greetings. Paola always provided us with information on time and very nicely beforehand, there is also an information folder in the apartment. And of course the view is incredible - even in bad weather. We would come back!

We had a great time at this place. The apartment was very nice, the terrace was beautiful with its lake view and the spa area was very clean.

A spectacular location, far from the tourist hustle and bustle. Breathtaking views from the window and from both balconies. Very good starting point for hikes to the mountains and historical sights of the mountain villages. Very nice, stylishly decorated, very clean place, a great host. We enjoyed our time in Aurogna and did a lot of hikes. A little far from grocery stores, but can be reached by car or with a longer walk without any problems.

There were 5 of us on the property. We had a wonderful 12 days. Unfortunately, you have to mention the thing with the main street because it is really very noisy. But the view in the morning directly onto the beautiful lake and the direct access to the lake makes up for it.

This is honestly the best vacation home I have ever stayed in, and we travel a lot. The pictures of the view don’t do it justice. We were in awe just staring out every window at the beauty of the mountains and lake. The indoor pool, sauna, and steam room were great places to relax and unwind, and even better it was private (you book the hour). The inside of the home was beautiful and the kitchen had everything you need. At first we didn’t have a car, but after seeing how high up the mountain we were, we went back to town and rented a car for the duration. Made it a lot easier to explore without having to rely on taxis. Can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful lakefront view condo, snow mountain in the distance, swan in the lake shore, and a not so busy but lively square below the apartment. The rooms are perfect for our group of 9, both adults and teenagers enjoyed the space and views. The host is very responsive, helpful, and friendly as we checked in after the hour. The only small thing is that I wish the apartment had some sugar, salt, detergent for washer. It would make it convenient and homy for travellers staying for just 3 nights.

You can’t get a better view of Lake Como than right here. The patio was the star of this stay! We lucked out with great weather, so we didn’t even feel like we needed to go anywhere. It also felt incredibly safe and accessible for our baby. The hosts left us a crib, a bottle of amazing white wine, and plenty of soap and necessities for the kitchen/ bathroom. The only thing I will say is you definitely need a car, which the listing clearly states. The place is better than the pictures and the hosts were very attentive and provided us with lots of helpful information. Book your stay here!

Beautiful area, fantastic view of the lake from the balcony. The apartment is perfect for 2 people, but a car is advisable because of the location. We enjoyed the time very much, also the SPA area is highly recommended. Communication with our host was also very good. We will be happy to come back!

Simona’s place was a charming slice of Italy! Cozy and rustic house nestled on the side of the Lake Como. The balcony and view over the lake was breathtaking. The house had everything we needed - very clean and comfortable. As indicated in the listing, it is a steep walk up, but not an issue if you are aware. Simona was a great host, very helpful and responsive. We appreciated her helping us up with our bags. Thank you Simona. We would definitely come again!
