The house is very nice with a great lake view. Spacious and clean, with a beautiful garden and pool. Location is very quiet and you need to drive to the more touristy places in Como but we definitely liked that!

The location of the accommodation is truly heavenly and completely private! We felt very comfortable there and it was very clean. The bedroom is in the basement and therefore always nice and cool. Silvano is very nice and always very accessible. We would keep coming back! Thank you!

First time visiting Veranna. Great location; 5 minute walk to train station and less than 5 minutes to ferry. House was well stocked and cozy. Lovely garden. Perfect for family of five.

It was a wonderful vacation at Il Terrazzino. We really enjoyed our time at the lake and in the house.

we stayed for three days with our two children, Oreste and Aunt Adele were very nice giving us a lot of information about the area, I hope to return soon to visit the surrounding area.

We had the best time at the lake house! Everything was great and we loved swimming in the lake right after waking up or just whenever we felt like it! Maria is super nice and quickly responded to our messages.

The two days we spent on Pierinos estate weren't enough to fully appreciate all the advantages this place has to offer. Nevertheless, we are left with a great impression. Thank you very much, Pierino.

If you've ever dreamed of staying in a gorgeous villa, nestled high in the mountains, with incredible views of Lake Como then Villa Nina is the place for you. Claudio and Maria are incredibly kind and responsive to all inquiries - they made us feel right at home. The benefit of being further from the hustle and bustle of Varenna (approx 6-8 min drive) is that you can experience a truly local experience. I opened my window each morning to incredible views with sounds of the beautiful stream nearby. Some of the amenities (veranda, pool) are shared but this was not an issue for our family. We were able to enjoy everything on the property. The villa itself is well-appointed with everything you need for your stay. We traveled as a family of four (2 adults, 1 teenager, 1 older child) and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. We look forward to our next stay at Villa Nina!

Incredible views. Highly recommend renting a scooter to make commute up and down the hill much easier. 10/10 would stay here again.

Great place in Perledo. Close to market and bus station. 7 min drive to Varena. Very fast communication and clear guide.

It's a very peaceful place with a nice terrace and a lot of plants. The road is quite audible from the bedroom and the curtain is very thin, so good to bring earplugs and an eye mask. All in all, it was a pleasant stay, I would recommend it.

Views from the apartment were amazing. Andrea collected us from the train station and dropped us off again which was really helpful. He gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants/bars/local transport. Walk down to Varenna is very steep but very scenic, took about 20/25 minutes. Apartment was clean, bed was comfortable, local bar, restaurant and supermarket nearby, would highly recommend!

We’ve had a fantastic stay at this apartment!. The view was phenomenal!!!. The apartment itself was perfect for our group, plenty of space and 3 balconies where we could admire the views of the lake. The apartment is in such a perfect position and location. It is definitely THE BEST view of the lake. We did have a car and found this useful but it’s only a 20-25 min walk (uphill) and in my opinion it wasn’t too bad. Varenna was lovely, the scenery absolutely stunning and it’s been an amazing trip!. The hosts were great and had great communication. Thanks again for a great stay! We would recommend!

We feel so privileged to have been able to stay in Sabrina’s beautiful apartment. Exactly as it looked in the photos, yet somehow more spacious. Had everything we needed, including robes, slippers and extra blankets. The bathroom was amazing - incredible steam shower and sauna for your private use. Beds were very clean and comfortable and we loved having the washing machine and dryer right there - so convenient. Location is fantastic. Sabrina is helpful, friendly and very responsive. The things I weren’t that fussed about; the stairs up three levels to the apartment and the ski storage area being about 100m walk away. These wouldn’t stop me coming back. There was lots of help from a friend of Sabrina’s to help bring all our bags up to the apartment when we arrived, which was fantastic. The ski storage is a little inconvenient, but it is large and private and the boot dryers are excellent. Again, I add this only for information. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The location was within easy walking distance of the train and ferry stations and the old town center. The view from the patio and living room was lovely. One day was rainy, but the covered parts of the patio and open doors from the living room made for relaxing lake and mountain views, even in the rain. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was handy for cooking a couple dinners, and the washing machine was small but convenient for a couple quick loads. Communication and check-in went smoothly. Highly recommended.

Super charming home with absolutely stunning views of Lake Como better seen in person. The amenities were wonderful and the hosts were so very friendly, attentive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here! Also, be sure to book any transportation ahead of time.

Great experience staying with Marinella. She was very helpful and always responded quickly, helped us with the tourist tax change and recommendations for dinner. There were even delicious biscuits in the kitchen :) The location was great, easy walk to good pizza. The views from the balcony are great too.

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.

Sandra's apartment is beautiful, clean, in a quiet area, super cozy and with a beautiful view of the mountains. Sandra was very kind, flexible for check-in and available to provide useful tips about the area. I will definitely keep it in mind for the future. Highly recommended!

Serena's place is absolutely lovely, we felt right at home straight away. The accomodation is spotlessly clean and in a very pretty area that is easily accessed by car or public transport. there is a free night bus that runs up and down the road to Varenna between 7pm-Midnight which is very convenient. Perledo is a very tranquil place with fantastic views. We were checked in by Serena's father who was very helpful and then visited by Serena soon after. Both were very lovely and helpful and passed great knowledge of their local area. We were even lucky enough to get a free pass to Vezio castle which had some of the best views I've seen.

Absolutely wonderful stay 😊 the flat and the views are absolutely gorgeous!! In a quieter area of lake Como, but it is an absolute gem. Still plenty of bars/restaurants within walking distance, and a little shop as well. There is a wonderful bar/cafe a 10 min walk down the lake front, which is the best place I’ve had my morning coffee. Musso will now be our base for future visits to Lake Como - there are few tourists but a 10 min drive to Menaggio where you can catch the ferry to Como, Bellagio and Varenna (among others). We didn’t go to Como, but Varenna and Bellagio were each a 15 min boat ride. Simone was extremely helpful with recommendations, and also when we extended our trip for a few days. You must catch the sunrise on the balcony - it is magical, as is the whole place! Plenty of parking, and a little beach right infront of the apartment. Cannot recommend enough, and we will be back. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Casa Valeria in Perledo! From start to finish, Fabio was an exceptional host—kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful. He made sure we had everything we needed, and even offered to drive us to the train station upon checkout if we couldn’t secure a taxi. That kind of hospitality really stands out! The apartment itself was perfect—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the essentials. The view is truly breathtaking—honestly, the photos don’t even come close to capturing how beautiful it is in person. Fabio also made it easy for us to get to and from Varenna with helpful info on local buses and taxi options. There’s also a grocery store and a bar just a five-minute walk away, which was super convenient. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Casa Valeria for anyone visiting the Lake Como area!
