The house is really a gem, great for relaxing in a quiet village. The house was as described, very cozy, clean and also scenic, in the kitchen there was all the cooking essentials. The only "flaw" is the heating, it cannot be regulated by the guest despite paying separately and being still an old house at times we were cold, the fireplace helped. The host Sara and the owner were very kind. Highly recommend!!

Marcello is a great host, always available and very attentive to the needs of his guests. The house was as described, everything was very clean and well-kept. The area is perfect for relaxing and walking in nature, but also for visiting the magnificent villages nearby. Definitely back.

Amazing place in forest! Need to drive 25mins from Siena, you will find the peaceful maison. Private and quiet, close to nature, rooms are large and clean. We woke up early in the morning and visited the pigs in the farm. This is dreamful retire life. Everything is so great!

La Cipressina is a beautiful home in a beautiful setting. It is one of the most peaceful settings I have ever had the pleasure of staying. Certaldo Alto is a wonderful place only a 10 minute drive also. Paola and Luigi are the most wonderful hosts too, thoughtful and friendly. I will definitely be back!

Wow, what an amazing stay at Gianluca’s place! The location is hands down amazing. In the central shopping area with lots of coffee shops and restaurants within a few minutes of walking. We always felt very safe traversing the area. The interior of the unit was spectacular. Beautiful furniture. Gianluca had slippers, different soaps, & snacks awaiting for us upon arrival. Check in and checkout were both easy. Beds were so comfy. And there was a sauna! We requested a change to the reservation and Gianluca was quick to respond and accommodating. He also gave us suggestions on transfers and tours in the area. Really appreciated how helpful he was and also how beautifully stunning the place was! The pictures don’t even begin to do it justice! Thank you for the opportunity to experience Sienna from your home!

Pier’s place was so beyond beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We loved cooking in the kitchen with the lovely ambiance and amenities left for us. The day we arrived he left us a delicious sweet bread that we could not stop eating. Any questions we had for him he responded within a reasonable manner. If you are looking to stay in a place that makes you feel at home, but also in a place that is unimaginable this is it!

We visited with a group of four adults and a 15 month old and had the best stay at this farmhouse! The home is decorated in the typical Tuscan style and is so beautiful. There were four spacious bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms which gave our group lots of space and privacy. The living room and kitchen were perfect gathering spaces filled with natural light. We cooked a few meals while we were there and the kitchen was fully equipped with what we needed. The best part of this home was the surrounding views of the Siena hills! We spent every day walking around and admiring the extraordinary views here. As a bonus, there was a hot tub! The perfect end to a day spent walking around the hill towns of Tuscany. The owners of the property were there whenever we needed them and were very gracious and friendly hosts. We really enjoyed all aspects of this house and would definitely return!

This villa was absolutely perfect for what I was hoping for. It was even better than the pictures, and the surroundings were beautiful. We loved the secluded feel of the villas, and the size of the villas was perfect for our group. Serena was super helpful and very flexible, so I can't recommend this place enough!

Our stay at Villa Montemarcoli was fantastic. So peaceful. No noice from cars and really no air traffic noise whatsoever. Just the birds singing. Just want to mention you will need to drive to everything but the roads are so beautiful you won’t mind! I would recommend a small SUV or car with all wheel drive as the villa is located up a gravel road and roads in the area can be narrow and parking can be tight in places. I would definitely recommend Brigitta’s Villa and hope to come back again someday 😎🍷

The extended family stayed at Deborah's place over Easter 2025. 7 adults and 2 babies. The villa is very nice - located in the beautiful Monticchiello, still very private. We cooked a lot in the kitchen and the ensuite rooms are very nice with three of them having amazing views. Deborah was always very responsive and helped us with various things. Breakfast was served in her nice little restaurant just around the corner which was very convenient. Eggs, bread, yogurt and coffee. We were really happy with everything - the house, the location and peaceful environment and the communication with our host. It's tricky to drive in Monticchiello so think twice if you were planning on driving big cars there. But small and medium sized ones are fine if you are careful.

This home is breath taking. The most beautiful home i’ve stayed in. Everything was very well thought out. The road up is bumpy so I suggest a bigger car or 4 wheel drive- but besides that everything was amazing! The host was lovely and we organized for the chef to come and cook and it was delicious! I would definitely come back to this beautiful place again and recommend it to everyone!

We had a lovely stay! Giada and her helper Christine were so welcoming and made us feel right at home. Their recommendations were wonderful-we especially loved the pasta cooking class and Triocco Restaurant. We felt comfortable and at home and especially loved looking at the sunset and stars from the hot tub. It is a beautiful area and we loved our time there, we did a number of day trips-to Florence, Monteriggioni, and San Gimiginano-and it was nice to come back to the house and relax at the end of the day! La Dolce Vita!

The villa was more beautiful in person than in the pictures. Margherita and her family were outstanding. Great location to visit many cities. I recommend using the train in bucinne rather than driving in the future. Walking around the vineyards and local farms was peaceful and relaxing The maintenance and facilities were better than expected
