This mini apartment was really a school: until the end of the 1960s, the children of the sharecroppers who lived in Selvoli and the nearby farms attended elementary school here; the teacher walked down from Pienza, and the children of the nearby farms joined her along the dirt road and arrived at school in Selvoli.

On the private terrace, there is a Jacuzzi.
