Vacation rentals with a balcony in Province of Massa and Carrara

We stayed as a family in the beautiful house in a great location on the mountain with breathtaking views. We loved the layout of the house, the garden, the pool and the various terraces. The decor in the house was a good fit for the style of the house, the equipment of the rooms and kitchen was very good. The path to the house is very steep and curvy, after a few days we were practiced up and down. Communication with Ian and on site with his mother was very friendly, helpful and straightforward. We enjoyed the stay very much, at any time we will be happy to come back to the house.

Cozy apartment with everything you need to spend your holiday. Spacious house, very large terrace and very practical private garden. The area is very quiet even if there are other homes nearby, but quiet and really polite neighbors. The equipment of the two bikes is also a great plus for the area easily accessible by bike without always having to use the car. Ian was a very attentive host and always ready to help us. Great choice!

Excellent cottage, the owners are very welcoming and very nice, the sea view is better than in the photos, the place benefits from a micro-climate hence this green vegetation paradise with birdsong . The cottage is well-maintained , clean atmosphere is very friendly. Very good location close to the sea and various shops and markets.

Very welcoming host and clean accommodation with fenced garden ideal for our dog. Perfect location for Cinque Terre and Pisa The house is spacious ideal for large families Quite quiet even if in this spring the maintenance of the hedges and lawns was done around 8 a.m. I would highly recommend it.

A very cozy and super equipped place to stay. A nice base for days at the beach and hiking in the area. Also the contact was friendly and easy. We will be happy to come back!

Luca has a lovely place in the middle of town. Beautiful frescos on the ceiling! Well equipped kitchen and all was very clean. Little balcony which allows you so sit outside and enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city. Would certainly recommend the appartement.

Very nice house. Great outdoor area, nice pool, very quiet. Friendly host. Wifi a little slow and weak coverage outside, but worked fine.

By far one of the nicest, if not THE nicest, Airbnb's we have ever stayed in. The place is beautiful, clean and in a wonderful location. Francesca is extremely pleasant and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back. For note, parking is not in the building and you will need to find street parking - some is free, most is paid (in blue lines).
