appartamento fantastico, spazi ampi, puliti e luminosi. eravamo in sei persone, tutti molto soddisfatti. letti comodi, fornito di varie cose molto utili. potrei sbagliarmi ma mi è sembrato di non vedere un kit di emergenza che potrebbe essere molto utile.

Elena was a great host. The apartment was well equipped with everything you need. The location was great close to the Mora and to everything in town all the shops and restaurants. Elena responded immediately when we had any questions. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. She’s a great host and we highly recommend her Apartment, OK

This is a lovely and very large apartment. It had 3 bedrooms (which we required so our kids could each have their own room and not disturb each other), but also a large living room. The apartment was well equipped throughout (especially the kitchen and the fact there was a proper washing machine and separate tumble dryer). Extras we requested (high chair and travel cot) were also provided and were of good quality. The location is great; you get a little noise from outside in some rooms if you try and sleep too late in the morning, but this is the expected trade-off for a very central location. A key point for me though is that this is what an AirBnB should be. It is not a hotel listed on an alternative platform but a real apartment with history that has been well looked after and loved. The owner lives in the same building, takes pride in the apartment and was a genuine, caring and helpful person in all respects.

Wer sich für den Aufenthalt bei Elena entschieden hat, wird es keineswegs bereuen. Elena ist super zuvorkommend und total sympathisch. Sie kann zudem auch etwas deutsch, was die Kommunikation nochmals vereinfacht hat. Tolle Tipps und die Gegend ist einfach traumhaft. Wer Unterstützung benötigt, bekommt sie umgehend, in welcher Form auch immer, Restaurant, Ausflüge, Strand etc. danke nochmals für die wunderschönen Tage, die wir in der Unterkunft verbracht haben

The place is near train station so you get fast and easily especially if you like to travel and explore other cities. Apartment is big and really fit 6 people with a lot of space. Ideal for big families. The beach is in walkable distance. Place is great, with 3 separate rooms, kitchen and sitting room. Host was very helpful. So for me and my family this place was great especially that it has two bathrooms 😂😁

Tutto molto pulito, organizzato e chiaro. Posizione ottimale per arrivare al mare in 2min di camminata. Per ogni necessità sono stati presenti e disponibili. Grazie mille

Abbiamo soggiornato da Elton due notti in occasione del carnevale. L'appartamento era in perfetto ordine e dotato di tutto il necessario, in una posizione estremamente comoda per accedere sia al mare che alla sfilata. È stato molto comodo inoltre avere un parcheggio riservato. Elton è sempre stato disponibile a dare tutte le informazioni necessarie. Lo consigliamo sicuramente!

Un soggiorno veramente riposante e confortevole, ma al tempo stesso vicino a Tutti i servizi … Inoltre è di una Bellezza unica, molto curato nei dettagli e nella Pulizia. E’ dotato di ampi spazi sia Interni che esterni con molto verde perfettamente Tenuto e Mantenuto con discrezione… Dotato di Tutto quanto necessario e non … perfettamente pulito ed utilizzabile… che dire… un vero paradiso gestito da Persone Uniche, Bravissime in Tutto e sempre Gentili e Disponibili… Grazie di Cuore

Her home is the best of Airbnb, a gorgeous, warm, peaceful opportunity to experience the true dolce vita! She is an exceptional host and her home is truly beautiful. She is a very kind, responsive, and thoughtful host. We stayed with our young toddler son who thoroughly enjoyed running around in her garden. We highly recommend booking here and look forward to when we are able to return!

Lucia ist eine sehr herzliche und freundliche Gastgeberin 💕, auch unser Hund fühlte sich sehr willkommen. Das Haus hält alles, was es verspricht und ist der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen. Es ist super schön und liebevoll eingerichtet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Traumhafter Blick. Sensationelle Sonnenauf- und Untergänge inbegriffen. Die letzten Meter sind steil und eng, wir hatten einen 3er BMW, damit war es zu schaffen, mit einem größeren Auto könnte es eng werden. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Haus ohne Einschränkungen wärmstens empfehlen!

This is the perfect place to stay in Forte dei Marmi. The apartment is fully renovated, located in a quiet area, yet just a short walk from both the beach and the town center. It’s even better than it looks in the pictures, and the host was incredibly friendly and welcoming

A little piece of heaven on earth. Honestly, if you wanna get away from the crowds for some peace and quiet after touring, this place is a delight. You will be breathless as you approach the property and feel incredibly spoiled to even know that a place so beautiful exists. It is off the beaten track but very close to a small village that has three restaurants and a couple of small stores. I walked down to the village and we had a delightful dinner there at a family restaurant. It is also about a 20 minute drive to Luca or to Pisa so really centrally located so you can get back to touring but then come away and it’s remarkable. The lodgings are so cute and comfortable. It’s hard to leave once you get there. A spacious bed room for the parents, a small loft for a child or teen and a pullout bed in the kitchen that is easy to put away during the day. The bathroom was beautiful, nice big shower, the host gifted us wine and juice. You will be bragging you were able to stay in such a place!

Sehr schönes, bis ins kleinste Detail gestaltetes Stadthaus mit großer Dachterrasse. Strand und Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen, ein Michelin-Restaurant ist nur ein paar Häuser weiter. Super Ausstattung und auf jeden Fall etwas für Design-Fans.

Host disponibilissimo, l’appartamento è situato vicino alle mura il che lo rendo facilmente raggiungibile anche durante i giorni di fiera del Lucca Comics. Consigliato fino a 6 persone per dimensione, molto bella la terrazza esterna per rilassarsi la sera o far la colazione la mattina.

Appartamento centralissimo, pulito e ben fornito di tutto, con ristoranti e punti di interesse a pochissimi minuti a piedi. La comunicazione sempre tempestiva, anche il primo dell’anno. Bellissimo il palazzo e alcuni dettagli dell’appartamento, sembra di tornare indietro nel tempo!

L’appartamento di Antonio è in una posizione molto comoda, è ben arredato e accogliente, più bello dal vivo che nelle foto. Antonio è stato disponibile e preciso. Assolutamente consigliato.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit is very high quality and well furnished with everything we needed. The location is literally steps from the main square and all the main attractions. The kitchen is well stocked with very high quality tools which was a plus for us. We also really appreciated having a large bed since that’s what we are used to at home but is not common in Italy. Lastly, the Internet was super fast and allowed us to get some work done. Would love to stay again in the future!

We stayed in the apartment while attending an Italian language class. Great location for school and beach. Very comfortable bed. Great to have a washing machine. Good kitchen. Nice balcony to sit and have a drink. Great shower but be aware it’s small in size. Not a problem for us. Great space for us over the 2 weeks.

This is one of the best Air BnBs that we have stayed in, very well designed and kept up. Although in an ancient building, the apartment was the most thoughtfully designed for comfort and utility. There is very little that could possibly be added to improve it. The location for us was the best. It was very near the center of the city, but far enough away to be extremely quiet. We especially enjoyed the use of the bikes, and completely circled the town on the Mura, a unique experience maybe in the world. The 15th Century creation of a Green Space outside the walls was more than inspired, and allows Lucca to remain Lucca. Leandro was kind to help with our baggage and was always available when needed.

Grazie Mille Super Luigi 😉!! Nous venons de passer un formidable séjour à Viareggio avec ma femme et nos 2 enfants. Et l’appartement proposé par Gianmarco y est pour beaucoup !! Le bien est propre et très fonctionnel, suffisamment spacieux pour 4 personnes! Une situation géographique d’exception! A quelques mètres de la promenade principale qui longe les magnifiques plages de Viareggio et ses bagnos par dizaine. Des restaurants exceptionnels comme le « Pivot bistro di mare » ou « l’Amaro » sont à quelques mètres! Et que dire de la communication de Gianmarco qui a été de très bons conseils et qui a toujours su se rendre disponible selon nos besoins! Nous recommandons « 1000 fois » ce bien pour passer de très belle vacances toscanes à Viareggio!! À très bientôt Gianmarco (Super Luigi)

Très bel appartement en plein centre-ville. Très propre et très agréable. La communication avec Elena a été facile. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu.
