Vacation rentals with a balcony in Province of Lucca

Very charming, nice decorated and nice equipped the apartment. The location is fantastic and it was a great experience!

Beautiful little traditional Italian home in a tranquil suburb of marina di pietrasanta. Hire bikes and cycle from the house to the foreshore and forte dei Marmi. 5 minute ride. Very quiet location. Little bit difficult to initially find the house, so make sure you ask the lovely people at Interhome to give you the exact directions!

Very well-kept and in a strategic position both in terms of beaches and Carnival. Friendly and helpful host. Amenities and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended for a sea time or Carnival

Beautiful views! There is also a good train connection in Massa to go to Pisa, Lucca or Florence. We also always found parking on the street with quite big cars. It is recommended on arrival to take the road, where the bus also runs long. The property is also well equipped for cooking and feeling comfortable.

Great place with self check-in, heating, and 10-15 minute walk to both the train station and the Carnival area. Host was quick to respond and helped with all of our questions promptly. We had dinner at Branzo and Osteria del Pesce and both were phenomenal. Thank you!

Excellent cottage, the owners are very welcoming and very nice, the sea view is better than in the photos, the place benefits from a micro-climate hence this green vegetation paradise with birdsong . Beautiful, clean and well-maintained villa. Equipped with everything. Very nice and well organized outdoor green area and swimming pool. A great solution for those who want to spend time with friends and family in maximum relaxation and privacy. Very kind, helpful and nice owners. Highly recommended.

We stayed 3 nights at the house, we were 2 families, 4 adults and 4 children. The house was clean and spacious. We felt at home, we had everything we needed to cook but the location is also strategic because within 500m there are bars, pizzerias, sandwich shops and bakeries. The place is strategic for those who want to visit many places in a few days. We went to Florence for a day and then we were in Pisa, Viareggio, Portofino, Lucca... A beautiful extended weekend for Easter... Self-check-in was very easy and the staff was available 24/7 ... Thank you

We had a great time in this home. The entrance is gorgeous and very well decorated. The garden and swimming pool is very pleasant. The interior is as described and photographed. It may be missing some kitchen amenities like a kettle or dishwasher. Special mention for the owner who was adorable and always attentive. It's a very beautiful place.

Everything was very clean and looked like in the pictures. Alessandra and her husband were very friendly and helpful and gave us great tips for activities.

The host was friendly and helpful. Spaces were good and the surroundings were super nice. Great place to go with a car. Without a car, it's hard to reach the amenities. Ideal place to relax and easy to drive to the tower of Pisa and beach.

A beautiful villa with lovely and airy views towards Massarosa, Viareggio and the sea. The photos show the house well, but it's only when you get to The Gargoyles that you really sense the size of the house. Very high under the roof, good rooms and lovely pool. Not much beats standing in the outdoor shower looking out over Massarosa. The outdoor area is very nice, but there will quickly be some sand in the house and in the pool. Well equipped kitchen. Both billiards and table tennis a plus. Bathroom for all bedrooms is convenient. We were two families who were here for over a week. The house is located perfectly for seeing a lot of this area. 20 minutes to Lucca, 25 to Pisa, 12 minutes to Viareggio with good eateries and lovely beach. Forte Dei Marmi, 1.5 hours to Florence and possibility of boat or train to Cinque Terre. A great starting point to experience a lot of Tuscany or just relax in this great house. Would love to go back here!

We had a very nice stay at Manuela's cottage. Its great benefits are the seclusion, privacy and wonderful outdoor space. At the time of our visit, it was very hot, so even the stone construction alone was no longer sufficient to keep the temperatures in the house relatively low. But if you help the house, that works:-) Allow window shutters during the day, open the windows at night (fly screens are on), ventilate in the morning (as soon as possible), do not stay in the house during the day (which is why) and above all only use the outdoor kitchen (gas stove, coffee maker, toaster). This was really completely adequate for me, I appreciated it very much (I like to cook and a lot)! The other outdoor area offers enough shaded zones (two large trees on the terrace) and is a joy for the eye and child. We played wonderfully, explore nature and enjoy the view. Herbs for use grow on the property (rosemary, oregano, sage) and we always had fresh lemons :-) You should be prepared for mosquitoes (scented candles, cigarettes in lemons, protection from stings, agents for the treatment of stings ...). Seclusion of course also means that nature is louder than the man (dogs, cats, birds and various communicating roosters), but that was completely OK ... there are earplugs:-) The path to the house is sometimes exciting, the mountain road to Greppolungo is becoming increasingly narrow but is completely sufficient if you take into account the approaching traffic. There is plenty of alternative spots. The owner Manuela herself is very nice and takes care of any problem immediately if one should occur. Corinna from Interhome may be called Beat or Vasili, but you get Manuela's contact information quite quickly after booking and can easily contact her via VVhatsapp via VVhatsapp. Thank you for that Manuela!
