Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare, con un gruppo di amici, in questa grande casa al mare ed è stata un'esperienza meravigliosa. La location è infatti proprio ideale per gruppi e/o famiglie numerose; offre ampi spazi, sia interni che esterni. La casa è molto accogliente e ben arredata, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole e rilassante. Ma ciò che ha reso ancora più piacevole la vacanza è stata l'ospitalità dell'host. Siamo stati accolti con grande gentilezza e disponibilità e ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. L'host è stato sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità o domanda. Consiglio vivamente questa casa al mare a chiunque cerchi una vacanza rilassante in una posizione tranquilla e con un'ospitalità eccezionale.

Stayed here for the Ironman event. Perfect location not to far away from the start, enough room to prepare all the gear in front of the race. You can park you car on the property that is a nice bonus so it's not in the streets. It's almost on the run course so for the fans it was easy to cheer you on and you had a point of reference. The rooms were tidy and as described in the picture. Everything was provided to have the perfect stay. Can advice it to anybody that wants to do IM Emilia-Romagna

Wir waren mit unseren 4 Kindern hier, die sich gleich bei Ankunft über den großen Garten , Volleyballnetz und Auslauf gefreut haben, nachdem es auf Hauserkundung ging. Alle Zimmer waren schlicht , liebevoll und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Uns hat es an nichts gemangelt und wir hatten schnell "Urlaubsgefühl". Licia war von Tag 1 präsent mit möglichen Ideen zur Tagesplanung , aber vor allem auch, als wir ein Problem mit der Tür hatten , war sie schnell erreichbar. Der Kletterpark direkt nebenan hat ² der Jungs für 2 Tage ( einmal zahlen, doppelter Eintritt ) mit Action versorgt. Wir sagen Danke, danke für die tolle Zeit !

Siamo andati in questa meravigliosa casa per Pasqua, due famiglie con bambini… Che dire… immersa nella natura, circondata da frutteti, la villa è così come viene descritta, pulita e perfetta sé si hanno bambini, potevano giocare all’esterno e correre in sicurezza. Ci sono molte lepri che corrono in libertà tra i frutteti cosa che per me è stata piacevole. La signora Valeriana gentilissima così come il signor Antonio, ci hanno fatto trovare delle uova di Pasqua per i bambini, succhi di frutta, una crostata e dei biscotti, ci hanno dato consigli su dove andare anche per il pranzo di Pasquetta visto che cercavamo un ristorante di pesce sul mare e ci siamo trovati molto bene, disponibili e ospitali qualità che ho spesso trovato andando in vacanza in questa regione. Direi tutto perfetto e il fatto di essere immersi nella natura a me personalmente da una pace enorme. Consiglio questa villa assolutamente, il mare e a mezz’ora di macchina, c’è un paesino vicino ben servito, e Mirabilandia a20m

Es ist eine große Wohnung mit drei Ebenen. Platz in allen Räumen. Prima Terrasse zum Verweilen und noch Balkon und Dachterrasse. Cesenatico Valverde ist ein schöner Ort: Die Gegend ist ruhig und angenehm im Mai, viele Bäume und Gärten, schöne Umgebung, kurzer Weg zum schönen, freien Strand. Cafés und Supermarkt um die Ecke, nette Nachbarn! Eigentlich alles vorhanden. Bettdecken mitbringen. Alberto war freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit, alles Bestens. Danke!

I think this may be the nicest place we have ever stayed. The hosts were so friendly, interesting and kind. The house is glorious: it feels like home. The pool is heavenly and the park it is set in is beautiful, calm and shady. Heaven. 2 lovely local restaurants - we walked to both - serve genuine food in a friendly relaxed atmosphere. But we ate in a lot because the kitchen was big, comfy and fun to cook in. Completely wonderful stay, especially for anyone who really wants to sample the Italian way of life.

What an incredible Tuscan Villa, even more beautiful in person! The gardens are immaculate and the views of the country side and Poppi are stunning!! We were two families that fit so comfortable in the space, many areas to relax and play. Kids loved the clean pool and playground. Monica and Cristina were incredibly responsive to questions and requests and even helped us cook the most delicious pizza in their authentic outdoor fire pizza oven! We would stay again in a heartbeat, it was our favourite villa during our long travels in Italy.

During our stay in Modigliana we've had a great time with 3 collegues. The appartements were peacefull and still, the atmosphere is magic!

Villa Lamborghini is unique: it literally borders the sandy beach strip of Lido di Savio, and its location could not be more convenient for everything. The swimming pool is huge (hotel-sized!) and it is great to be able to come dipping into it straight from the beach, all very pleasant. We were a family of 7 in the upper floor, a large apartment with a superb sea-view balcony, ideal for all our meals outdoor. Both the kitchen and the rest of the house have everything we needed and more, and Silvana has been a great host. We look forward to coming back!

This house was absolutely incredible. We came for 3 days on a university retreat with a large group and had no problems at all. The kitchen is very big and very well equipped, so making food for everyone was no issue. Additionally, the bedrooms were all spotless and there were plenty of bathrooms, so we never had more than 4 people sharing one. The hosts are incredible too, as they are responsive and very kind. They were so happy to show us around, give us reccomendations in the area, and talk about the renovations they were doing to the house to make it even better. The ping pong/foosball room was a particular plus, as was the dining room with floor to ceiling windows that looked out over the sunset. I cannot reccomend this place enough, as the hosts and the house were absolutely amazing. Thanks so much!

Alda made us feel very welcome. We had a wonderful time at the house, in town and at the beach. We will definitely be back another time.

casale con vista stupenda e in un area molto tranquilla, posto perfetto per vacanze di gruppi numerosi e di famiglie

Il borgo è sicuramente molto caratteristico ed immerso nel verde. L’appartamento era ampio , ben ristrutturato e con dettagli iconici . All’interno c’erano tutti i confort e anche la cucina era ben fornita . Nei dintorni ci sono innumerevoli passeggiate senza dover prendere la macchina , tra le quali si possono visitare anche un paio di cascate . Un punto che merita di essere condiviso è che la struttura , trovandosi appunto immersa nel verde , è raggiungibile solo attraverso 1km di strada dissestata e in pendenza. Nei ditorni scarseggiano ristoranti (siamo dovuti scendere a Dicomano per cenare) . In ogni caso sicuramente noi ci torneremmo ! :)

Wunderschönes ruhig gelegenes Haus mit traumhaftem Pool!

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in deze unieke villa! Francesca is een ontzettend vriendelijke en behulpzame host. Ze komt elke ochtend en avond even langs om het zwembad te openen/sluiten en de tuin te bewateren – een kleine inbreuk op de privacy, maar met charme gebracht. De villa is ruim en comfortabel: wij waren met het ouderlijk gezin, partners en kinderen, en iedereen had een eigen badkamer. Het zwembad (op verzoek verwarmd) is afsluitbaar met een hek – heel fijn en veilig met kleine kinderen. Wat je nergens anders ziet: werkelijk álle muren zijn beschilderd met 3D-ornamenten. Geen idee hoe het kan, maar het werkt! De tuin is prachtig, al wel wat glooiend, dus hou daar rekening mee. In de omgeving kun je fietsen huren, er is veel te zien en eten kan van simpel tot super-de-luxe. Kortom: een aanrader! Francesca, bedankt – de dronebeelden zijn onderweg!

We had the greatest time at Nicoletta's little village in the mountains! It's beautifully perched against the mountains and has an amazing view over the valleys and surrounding forests. Because getting there was a bit tricky Nicoletta guided us to the house safe and sound. Once arrived, we found everything as described with an equipped kitchen, inviting and comfortable rooms and great outdoor spaces. The property offers many oportunities to eat outside, allowing to follow the sun as long as possible. Its also a great starting point for hikes in the surrounding mountains. Nicoletta was super accomodating regarding the check-out was the nicest host imaginable!

tutto fantastico! Un bagno a camera è un sogno, il posto stupendo la sera eravamo circondati da lucciole non abbiamo niente da dire se non che sono stati gentilissimi e la casa era dotata di tutti i comfort se non di più!

Guido ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, immer gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Die Hauptvilla hat drei Zimmer mit großen Queensize Betten und zwei Zimmern mit je zwei Einzelbetten, dazu gibt es fünf Badezimmer. In einem Extrahaus gibt es nochmal ein Doppelbett mit Bad, jedoch deutlich älter als das Haupthaus und sehr einfach eingerichtet. Der Pool und der Tennisplatz sind absolute Highlights zusammen mit dem super gepflegten Garten! Wir konnten nachts Glühwürmchen sehen. Die Einrichtung ist insgesamt eher schlicht und und alles hätte sauberer sein können. Sonst super :) Danke Guido P.S.: Internet funktioniert nur im Haupthaus

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa — it’s clear that every detail has been thoughtfully considered. The house, pool, and garden are absolutely stunning and incredibly private, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Giulia is an amazing host: warm, proactive, and genuinely welcoming. She went above and beyond to make our stay special, organizing a fantastic wine tasting for us at Fondo Giuseppe and even welcoming us with some delicious local specialties, which made us feel immediately at home. We honestly have no tips for improvement — just book it and enjoy this amazing place!

Marina e Leonardo sono sempre pronti e reattivi nelle comunicazioni, educatissimi e super cortesi. La villa è bellissima e tenuta davvero bene, soprattutto gli esterni sono curati nei particolari e molto ampi , offorno grande godibilità e privacy essendo in posizione dominante sulla valle e senza nessuno intorno. Hanno saputo consigliarci luoghi e ristoranti davvero meritevoli e sono stati sempre reperibili e super disponibili per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Faccio i migliori auguri loro per questa avventura da Host e spero di rivederli presto per un altro soggiorno di relax magari in primavera con la piscina utilizzabile!
