Everything is perfect, beautiful view, safe, quite area, vey clean, big place, 10 minutes to San Marino, very safe & free parking place & feel like home. Very recommended place if you want to go to San Marino. Federica was very nice, easy to reach, communicatice and explained very clear about the place. Perfect....

Both the location and proximity to the sea are good. Prices in line with the offer during Artevento. Absolutely perfect hospitality, indoor spaces and cleanliness.

Very clean and nice apartment

I stayed in one of the apartments with my collaborators and we were very satisfied. The host was very helpful and kind in giving us recommendations on restaurants nearby. The apartment is located in a very quiet place in the middle of the vineyards with a beautiful view. Wide spaces and impeccable cleanliness. Very well cared for and welcoming. The only advice I would give the property is to provide a few extra coffee pods when you stay more than one night. I'll definitely see you soon. Thanks again

This farmhouse in the countryside was ideal for spending a quiet evening with friends, the description and photos are detailed and correct, the cleanliness and amenities are excellent. Ander was available and always responsive. Definitely recommended

Clean and spacious space. Isolated, in a very quiet and beautiful place. We enjoyed our evenings behind the house, in the sun, with mountain views. The bedding is of good quality. A car is a must... Ander is very responsive and answered our questions quickly...

The stay at Marta's was very pleasant and we felt very welcome. The beach is about 5-10 minutes from the property. Due to the heat, you can cool off in the pool or in all rooms, which are air-conditioned. Marta provided us with a booklet with the most important information, both in English and Italian.

The accommodation was clean, tidy and matched the listing, the house was very cozy, tastefully furnished and with love. I found everything I needed. I really enjoyed the coffee maker in the room and the very well-stocked breakfast. Overall a great experience, I would absolutely recommend this place. The Hosts were very nice and helpful, I felt comfortable. Near the house you will find buses with which you can easily get around the city

The best experience of renting a flat I've ever had! Beautiful, cozy, and clean flat. Very friendly and helpful owner! Nice neighbours. The location is excellent: very close to the main square, within walking distance to the train station. It's very quiet in the building.

The place was nice, clean, and in a quiet area. The parking spot is a great bonus.

One of the best Airbnb we have been to so far. Everything new, spotlessly clean, modern but also decorated with a lot of charm and „gusto“ / taste !!! You can see how much of affection they put in there. Coming to the hosts: a great couple who welcomed us so warmly and sympathetic! I often had very nice and interesting chats with Monia and Fabio was also always available and asked how we were doing, if we needed something etc. The view is stunning, it’s quiet to relax and work (WiFi works also on the terrace) and it’s a fantastic & strategic location to visit all important spots of Emilia Romagna. We stayed at the farm in the central week of August and everything was perfect. In the apartment there is everything, the space outside is huge , very well-kept. There are also the animals that keep so much company, our 2 and a half year old son appreciated it very much, and we with him! We've never been bored Last night we had dinner there , all homemade and very good. You can tell that things are done here with passion . A thank you to Mrs. Lorena who gave us a ride on the tractor and also to Mr. Filiberto who we helped "potare" (..) :) !!! I hope to go back to my parents soon too because they would love it too! Thank you for everything

Fabio & Monia were really great hosts,very welcoming.We felt right at home. And the surrounding just breath-taking .it’s exactly what we wanted.The place was super clean. The amazing views were definitely the highlight of our stay. Highly recommend!
