Tiziana's accommodation is the best you can wish for if you are looking for peace, silence and immersion in nature. Very close to the house, a path takes you to a waterfall and in 5 km of uphill you reach the Hermitage of Carpegna. Otherwise, if you travel by car, there are many natural and historical places of interest a few kilometers away. If we happen to return to the area, we will be happy to be hosted again by Tiziana.

If you truly want to feel as if you're a local, stay at this beautiful home! You're right in the middle of everything, yet you feel as though you're in your own private oasis. The courtyard, the rooms, the views-it was all amazing. What a gem! I will stay here again.

The flat is great and the location is simply top. Everything is just like on the photos. The kitchen has everything needed for cooling and a solid stock of coffee. The small garden is great for kids to run about. The bicycles are nice and working but not for smaller kids unfortunately. Well, you can't have absolutely everything) Rather difficult to find a free parking spot nearby, but the paid one is easy to find and not too expensive. All in all we are very happy with our stay. The price is just right too. Highly recommended!

Very cosy house in a remote area.

Very nice and spacious house, with all the comforts. Everything was also neatly clean. The pool and AC are a breath of fresh air in the heat. Pool was also kept neatly. Nice decor by the pool with seats and sunbeds available. You indeed hear the nearby road, but we did not find that disturbing. Communication with the host was great. They gave fun and good tips for outings and amenities and even helped with an inflamed mosquito bite. There is much to do in the area, but not super touristy. And the dogs Susie and Mila are really sweet. The goats, chickens, and goose fit all the way into the rural area. Thanks for the pleasant stay!

Magnificent place, more beautiful than in the photos. The property allows for privacy even if the other apartments are occupied by vacationers, as it was for us. So also in this case, no disturbance. Anke was super helpful and discreet at the same time. Access to the house is by very well maintained white street, no problem from this view. We had a truly wonderful stay at Alessandra’s villa in Stia. We were two families — 4 adults and 4 children — and everything exceeded our expectations. The location is ideal: peaceful, surrounded by nature, and yet conveniently close to everything. The villa itself is immaculate, tastefully furnished, and radiates authentic Tuscan charm. Alessandra was incredibly kind and attentive, always available and generous — she even spoiled us with delicious homemade treats. The children were absolutely thrilled and didn’t want to leave. It’s also worth mentioning that photos simply don’t do the place justice — the beauty and atmosphere must be experienced in person. I would highly recommend staying here; it’s a truly unforgettable and heartwarming experience in the heart of Tuscany.

I spent 4 wonderful days at this campsite and I can only recommend it! It's a really nice and familiar place, where you immediately feel at home. The atmosphere is welcoming, quiet, and relaxing, perfect for getting away from the routine and enjoying nature. The house I stayed in was very clean, well maintained and equipped with everything you need to be comfortable. You can see that it is maintained with care and love. Highly recommended, I'd love to go back!

We were already in Serena's accommodation in 2023. It was very nice again. The location is very quiet, located in the middle of the forest. On the terrace you have a beautiful view of this. Everything is available in the apartment: pellets for the oven (if necessary), kitchen utensils, salt, sugar, etc. Serena and Paolo are very friendly and accommodating. There were two of us here with our little dog. The accommodation can be reached via a gravel path. So a car is a must. Nearby is a small stream, here you can swim nicely (even if the water is cold). There are very good restaurants with delicious Tuscan food in the area. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

We stayed in the Villa at the end of April. The place is beautiful, surrounded by nature, quiet, with a beautiful garden that surrounds the house. About a km there are bakers, supermarket, butcher, all the shops you can serve. Lorena was fantastic, you helped us with everything, both to find a restaurant for Easter and as a guide to the various sites to visit. The house has every comfort, two living areas, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, a kitchen with a table of 8. The house is about an hour from Rimini for those who love the sea. For those who want to visit the cities of art less than 45 minutes away are: San Leo, San Marino, Urbino, Urbania. Wonderful stay, thanks again Lorena.

We (two adults, two 14-year-old sons) felt very comfortable in the place from the beginning. The furnishings were practical and simple, no frills. The division also suited us: the parents downstairs, the youth upstairs.The location was😉 also right for us. We can highly recommend the accommodation!

Just outside the villa, the convenient driveway leads to the large green park where you can walk... The villa is really nice, well-organized spaces, faithfully reflect the photos. A dream home, waking up and having a view of the hills and Brisighella is priceless. The olive grove around the house offers unparalleled peace and tranquility. Thanks to Francesca's instructions, finding the accommodation was a bit of a joke. Once in the house we found some insects, but with the house so immersed in nature you can't ask for complete isolation from the outside. As far as I'm concerned, it's all part of the connected experience with nature. In general, perfect accommodation to get away from the stress of the city and take time to yourself.

The accommodation is in a quiet location, but convenient to the city center. The spaces are clean and well cared for and equipped with many amenities. The apartment is also naturally cool, making it pleasant to stay even on hot days. Check-in was simple and flexible thanks to the availability of the owners. I highly recommend it!
