If you're not just looking for a place to stay, but you want to have an experience, this is the place. On the 29th floor of the skyscraper you are really suspended between time and space, in a wonderful "bubble" from which you observe the life that flows 100 meters below. The apartment has crazy views, the space is very well organized and we found it super clean. With the elevator in a few minutes you are in the center of Cesenatico, a stone's throw from everything. Claudio was very kind and very patient (we had to postpone our arrival several times...) Highly recommended, in every way: we will be back!

We were very satisfied with the apartment and especially the location of the apartment. 5 minutes from the beach, free parking nearby, otherwise few minutes away parking for 2 euros a day. The apartment is located to the main street with great food options, but still a little private because it is located in a kind of backyard. Alessandro was easily accessible and was able to give good recommendations, check in and check out totally easy with code. Everything you need for your vacation. The only thing to note is that the Wi-Fi signal is weak because you share it and you can't operate several household appliances at the same time (e.g. washing machine and stove).

First time on Airbnb, 2 wonderful weeks thanks to Gianni's place, a very kind and super helpful person. Great location, we never touched the cars that were comfortably parked inside. Spacious house very well equipped. Great place for anyone, we had a great time with grandparents and three girls!

Marco greeted us with a bottle of wine and a bottle of fabulous oil! We were impressed by the excellent basic assortment of the house: detergents for cleaning the house and for the washing machine, coffee, salt, oil, breakfast cookies... products that are usually not included, in addition to the fresh water in the refrigerator... these are the details that make a difference! We had a great time, comfortable services and sea, many tips provided by Marco on restaurants and shops in the area and of course as a great plus the parking space. We recommend Marco's apartment and hope to come back again next year!

Our stay was great. The apartment is located under pine trees and it was quiet. The apartment was clean, has everything you need and is very cozy. We enjoyed the terrace and pull-out sofa. The landlady was very friendly and welcomed us very spontaneously. We were very satisfied and would come back.

Silvano is a kind host, he responds quickly to messages I wrote to him for more information about the apartment. We used the apartment as a base to visit beautiful Romagna. Ravenna and San Marino were our destinations between 40 and 50 minutes away. But we also had an afternoon by the sea that is very close to the apartment. PROS of the apartment: bed and sofa bed, comfortable and equipped with many pillows and blankets. various spare towels. the vacuum cleaner is also convenient. the recycling is great. apartment on the 4th floor but there is an elevator 👍🏻 CONS: i would say nothing Thank you to Silvano for his kind and responsive presence. Professional, friendly and proactive hosts if needed. Spacious apartment (3 adults and 4 children) with everything you need for a serene vacation. Delightful outdoor garden. The pickled furniture of the entrance and staircase was beautiful and special, I always paused to observe them. We never used the car. Small but active village, tailored to families. We were able to access the apartment before the indicated time and they allowed us to leave the car in the shaded parking lot even the entire day of departure, resolving the typical parking problem of San Mauro. Thank you for a great vacation!
